You know, if these Republican Convention protesting fucktards would take half the energy they are dedicating to their protests and apply it towards finding a job, they'd have no reason to go around bitching that unemployment is high (although they will never admit that when in 1996 under Clinton when it was higher than today, they were singing his praises for having done such a great job!)I think a good idea would be to allow the delegates to go in there armed with tasers or electrified cattle prods. Soon as one of those smelly bastards/bitches got close--ZAP!!!! Down they'd go after which the delegates could kick them in the head and hopefully knock some sense into them. Who's with me? Just Do It!
From Russia: Attackers wearing suicide-bomb belts seized a Russian school in a region bordering Chechnya on Wednesday, taking hostage about 400 people — half of them children — and threatening to blow up the building. Anywhere between 3 and 8 people were killed, one of them a parent who resisted an attacker.Some children were able to escape. Here's one:

Until we (the entire world community) stands up and declares that ANY TERRORIST ACT WILL BE PUNISHED WITH HORRID, MEDIEVAL PENALTIES they will continue their atrocities. We need a uniform declaration that the terrorists (and their immediate families) will be drawn and quartered, after agonizing punishment and their dismembered bodies buried in pig shit. Fight fire with fire is my motto. We can go back to being civilized after this has passed. Sometimes you just gotta be a hardass. For the record, every time I look at the picture of that little girl running with that soldier, my teeth start grinding, my jaw starts clinching and my fists start pounding on the desk. WOW!!!
To all our readers who contributed, I want to add my thanks to what Allan wrote. I am doing it a bit late because I just got back from pulling a 14 hour shift at my local precinct. Florida had primaries today and I was the ballot box inspector. Turnout was nothing to write home about but if I learned anything at all, it is this: for the same reason we test people to get a driver's license, so should we test people before they can vote. Christ Almighty!! People walking in and not knowing what party they belonged to and then ARGUING with us saying they were a different party (they hadn't changed in years, BTW!), people using "x"s to mark ballots, crossing out what they filled in and initialing the change (as if the electronic reader would know what the hell they meant, and on and on.But this post isn't about them.
It is about you and your kindness and generosity during our need. You may not know it but I am all cranked up first thing in the morning ready to unleash my poison pen on moonbats everywhere. I'll sit here at 5:30 AM, reading stuff and chomping at the bit for Alan to post his "Daily Dose" so that I can then unload.
Truly, it is really exciting for me to have a venue for I what I am passionate about and I have a blast doing it.
And now, thanks to you, we can not only continue to do so but at the same time keep many of the lurkers and trolls..

Earlier today I posted about the French and the fact that terrorists had taken two French journalists.Wellm the Frog King has sent his Foreign Minister to "negotiate" the release of those two distorters of news (my term for present day journalists.).

In a follow-up to yesterday's post about the asshole bed-wetting, liberal, tree hugging, Birkenstock wearing protestors (read about it here and here) the cops in NYC are getting their batons ready and starting to smack down these shitbirds. 264 of the moron cyclists were arrested yesterday and they whined all the way to jail. I especially liked reading the bits where they were:"hurling their bikes over the church fence in a desperate bid for sanctuary."
Or how about this one:
"The cops surrounded them in a line and they were picking them off from the back and arresting them."
And then you have one of these fucktards say:
"This whole thing is about peace,"
But what was it that precipitated this mass arrest?

Oh! Oh!!! I smell dissension within the ranks.
Black solidarity in this country is beginning to fracture over the use of the term, "African-American." American born Blacks like the term.. African born Blacks prefer to be called, for example, Nigerian-Americans.

Reader Input Requested
For those of you out there who own guns, I am sure you are aware of what will hopefully expire September 13th---the 1994 Clinton-Feinstein-Schumer gun-control regulations.President Bush said he'd sign it if Congress sent it to him and so far it looks like they've not done so (since, I've been informed, he told them NOT to!) Clever way of dodging the issue, really.
But as far as I am concerned, it will die (and hopefully a violent and bullet riddled death!)
Like you I am tired of liberal bed wetters making legislation to restrict sale and purchase of guns because they "look scary." Or because they "appear to be" assault weapons.
Given the assumption the legislation will not be renewed, what are your thoughts as to what we can expect September 14th?

Cheaper mags?
Different variants of rifles/shotguns/pistols available that are not now?
