Happy St. Pancake’s Day

Thanks to Vilmar, for reminding us that today is St. Pancake’s Day.

Pancakes for breakfast with assorted pork products. Or pancakes for desert with sour cream, jellies, or other sweet toppings.

Either way, remember to get out your little plastic bulldozer and play with it, or at least play bulldozer with some blocky little object and make all the appropriate sound effects. Don’t forget the screams, ululations, and the Allahu snackbars.

And have a big laugh at moonbats, liberals, paleoswinians, and other insane leftists.

Dealing With Animals

No Good Deed Goes Unpunished

Israel Stops Building Equipment Shipments Into Gaza

After 1.5 Mile Tunnel Found

Built With Previously Allowed Building Supplies

The title pretty much says it all, but here are the details ...

Israel has temporarily stopped allowing shipments of construction supplies to reach Gaza through Israeli territory, following the discovery late last week of a 2.5-kilometer (1.55-mile) tunnel built by Gaza terrorists into Israeli territory.

“Due to security reasons, (the army) decided to stop for now the transfer of building materials into Gaza,” Defense Ministry spokesman Guy Inbar told AFP. He did not say how long the ban would remain in force.

Last month Israel permitted delivery of cement and steel for use by the private sector into the Gaza Strip for the first time since 2007, when Israel banned their transfer fearing that Gaza’s Hamas rulers would use construction materials to fortify its positions and build tunnels for terrorist attacks on the Jewish state.

Israeli officials said on Sunday that a sophisticated tunnel running 450 meters into Israel and intended as a springboard for terrorist attacks had been uncovered by troops.

“This tunnel, which looks like the New York subway, is apparently intended to kidnap soldiers or for some other kind of terrorist attack,” Haim Yelin told army radio.

“It is impressively executed, with concrete supports,” he added.

Terrorists were apparently planning a large-scale infiltration and attack, and were possibly planning to bring Israeli civilians back to Gaza as captives.

Terrorists have made several attempts to kidnap Israelis in recent months, with the goal of exchanging captives for terrorists being held in Israeli prisons. A terror tunnel similar to that found Wednesday night was used in the 2006 kidnapping of IDF soldier Gilad Shalit, along with the killing of two other soldiers.

The terror tunnel that was exposed began in the Gaza town of Absan al-Zariz, located between the city of Khan Younis and the Gaza security fence. It extended for 2.5 kilometers (over 1.5 miles).

The tunnel had been packed with explosives at various points. Several offshoots had been dug leading off in various directions.

earning the right to 72 virgins. easy. slaughter a few children

Folks, sometimes tho it can hurt we have to acknowledge ppl who just do not think as we do, and give em some credit for bravery and all the other macho stuff that makes a fighting man. And these days, some women as well.

For example, when a man has a cause worthy of fighting for and gives his all, he is a hero. He has faced an enemy and either survived or died fighting.

In a world far separate from ours with a totally separate definition of what I describe …. here’s a case of one man facing his enemy and in the brave tradition of his kind of people …. has sacrificed himself against a vicious enemy worthy of his hate.  His reward is 72 virgins and he gets to meet allah.  And all he had to do was … kill a few children.  I ask you. Wasn’t that brave of him? Hey … that’s macho for ya.
Take a look.

A SUICIDE BOMBER KILLED 14 CHILDREN when he drove a truck packed with explosives into the playground of a primary school.

The attack took place at around 9.30am in the village of Qabak, around 260 miles north-west of Baghdad.
An estimated 90 people were injured, the majority of whom were children, and the school’s male head teacher was killed in the blast.

PLEASE NOTE, GRAPHIC PHOTOS HERE. NOT PRETTY.

Then, moving right along another story of some bravery facing an enemy and you can of course understand the threat here.

A nine-year-old Jewish girl was seriously injured in a suspected Palestinian militant attack while playing outside her home on Saturday in a settlement in the West Bank, Israeli police said.

Israeli authorities weren’t able to find the shooter who they say was a sniper.

Meanwhile, spokesmen for militants in Gaza praised the attack.

“We salute and congratulate our people in the west bank for heroic resistance operations that target Israeli soldiers and Zionist settlers as a response to all acts of violence, oppression and terrorism practised by the Israelis against our people.”

The 9 year old has survived as of this writing. She got lucky but, no virgins for the shooter.

Wow ... the Israelis as terrorists? Well yeah. I can see that.

In a world turned upside down.

Kids need training to prepare for the future. Theirs and ours.

These kids train for their future.
The Hitler Youth with a different flag and a different race of people, but the same general idea.

On Monday, Grayjohn posted this comment in reply to a post by Drew.

Jihad strikes again.  Find out where he was born and carpet bomb his village.

Christopher had this to say:

Torture? You betcha!
Desecrate the Koran by wiping his arse with it? You betcha!
Desecrate him by stuffing pig genitals into his mouth so that he suffocates? You betcha!
But… let’s not kill children by carpet bombing his village.
Posted by Christopher

To which I ask,

Really?

Why not?

Because this is what those “children” grow into anyway.  So what difference should it make exactly when we kill them?

I think it’s now referred to as pre-emptive strikes.

I’m okay with that.  Besides, if they can kill their own people including the kids as we know they do everyday, why should we feel squeamish ?

This Is Just Too Easy

Gaza perfume sales soar with rocket name

image

Sales of a citrus-scented perfume marketed in Gaza have soared since it was named in honor of the rockets that Palestinians shot at Israel during a war last month, the manufacturer said.

“M-75” perfume, which comes in men’s and women’s fragrances, is named for the missiles Hamas Islamist militants shot at Tel Aviv and Jerusalem in an eight-day conflict that killed more than 170 Palestinians and six Israelis, ending with an Egyptian-brokered truce.

“I hope the smell is strong enough for them to whiff in Tel Aviv and remind the Jews of the Palestinian victory,” Ahmed Hassan, a customer from neighboring Egypt, said as he bought 30 vials of the perfume as souvenirs in a Gaza City shop.

Rajaey Odwan, director of Gaza’s Continental Style perfume company which markets imported fragrances and local knockoffs, said he thought he’d give customers a chance to smell victory and “turn it into a perfume”.

He sells the 60 ml (2 oz) black-and-green bottles made of orange, lemon and other herbal scents collected in Gaza, for about $13 apiece.

“Sales have gone through the roof,” he said.

Through the roof. Just like your cousins the terrorists body parts did when the Izzies blew the crap out of them.

Here ya go folks, a great opportunity to mock the daylights out of these dingleberries. What would you name a perfume commemorative of this latest little conflict, or how would you help Gazan sales (and other things) go “through the roof”? tongue laugh Inspiration can be found in the comments at the above link. Have at you!

That’s ok. Israel has a fragrance called Smartbomb. It’s a hit with Arab men 18-50.

Such a State

Another late post. Hey, I’ve been busy. And sick!

UN Votes To Recognize State Of Palestine

November 29, 2012 A controversial vote at the United Nations for Palestinian statehood passed overwhelmingly Thursday despite opposition from the United States and Israel.

The resolution that upgraded the Palestinians’ status to that of non-member observer state was approved by a more than two-thirds majority of the 193-member body, with 138 voting in favor, nine members voting no and 41 abstentions.

A Palestinian flag was quickly unfurled on the floor of the General Assembly, behind the Palestinian delegation.

Even before the vote recognizing Palestine as a state, there was rejoicing and celebrating in Arafat Square in Ramallah.

Palestinians erupted in wild cheers, hugging each other and honking car horns after the UN granted them, at last formally, what they have long yearned for — a state of their own.

image image

Fine. Let them have it. Let them eat cake eat sand.  Because once they are a recognized state, the very next rocket that they launch that falls in Israel is an act of war. Which means Israel can declare war on them in retaliation. And then wipe them off the map. Total ethnic cleansing and invasion.  Ah, if the Izzys only had the stones for that. Alas.

Aww, shuddup. Actually, the loonies are about to exhume old Yes Sir Arafish because a rumor was going around he was poisoned with Polonium, just like that defected Soviet spy the KGB knocked off in London.

Because polonium poisoning can’t be told apart from full blown AIDS, right? And since there is no such thing as homosexuality over there ...

WTH, they blame the Jews for his death already, so it can’t get any worse. I hope.

Israel. Military spokesman accused of mocking dead Palestinian. The left is outraged. Yawn.

I have to say I just love this Israeli response to criticism.

image

Conceding that non-violent protests presented a particular challenge to Israeli control of the West Bank, the cable quoted Gen Amos Gilad, a senior defence ministry official, as saying: “We don’t do Gandhi very well.”

OK so, the usual anti-Israeli dead heads have their knickers in a terrible twist, and all because a military spokesman implied that a rock throwing idiot was, a loser and stupid.  Not in those exact words but the rock throwing hero got hit in the head by a tear gas canister, and croaked. Yeah so?

Funny how we never seem to hear from the bed wetters and bleeding hearts when the other side lobs missiles or launches suicide attacks. Of course not. Those are all justified in the name freedom.  Not to say many of us don’t have questions about policy and the religious muddle among Jews themselves in a Jewish state.
Which is really none of my business anyway. After all, I don’t vote in their elections or pay taxes there either.  Well , not directly.
Anyway ... here’s the story.  You may have already seen it.

And please note, just like the USA and the UK, Israel too has their 5th column and peace in our time dupes.

Israeli military spokesman accused of mocking dead Palestinian protester

The Israeli army was at the centre of controversy on Sunday after a senior military spokesman was accused of mocking a dead Palestinian protester on the social networking website Twitter.

By Adrian Blomfield, Jerusalem
image

Mustafa Tamimi died on Saturday, a day after he was struck in the face by a tear-gas canister fired at close range from an armoured military jeep in Nabi Saleh, a village in the West Bank that has seen weekly protests against the Israeli occupation.
Israeli military officials have been largely unapologetic for the death, releasing pictures of a sling they said was found on Mr Tamimi’s body as evidence that the dead man had thrown stones.

A number of military officials took to Twitter to defend the army and attack Mr Tamimi, but none caused as much outrage as a post by Maj Peter Lerner, spokesman for the Israel Defence Forces (IDF) Central Command, who appeared to suggest that the Palestinian deserved his fate.

“What was Mustafa thinking running after a moving jeep while throwing stones #fail,” he wrote as the Palestinian fought for his life in hospital.
“Fail”, and its stronger variant “epic fail”, are American slang terms, popular on the internet, used in a derogatory fashion to denote extreme stupidity.

Activists said that Maj. Lerner’s choice of language was symptomatic of a culture of indifference to Palestinian rights within the Israeli army.
“I think it is important to remember that this is the official spokesman of the IDF Central Command and it shows what the army thinks of a Palestinian life,” said Jonathan Pollack, an Israeli pro-Palestinian activist.
“Mustafa was killed in cold blood, shot from inside an army vehicle at close range.”

Pictures of Mr Tamimi lying in a pool of blood, his face badly mangled, have raised tensions in the West Bank. Clashes erupted at his funeral yesterday as Israeli soldiers fired tear gas at mourners attempting to march on a spring near Nabi Saleh which has been taken over by Jewish settlers.

At least five people were injured, including Mr Pollack who was admitted to hospital after he was held in a chokehold by Israeli soldiers, causing him to lose consciousness.

Maj Lerner denied mocking Mr Tamimi, saying his use of the word “fail” was directed at activists who, he said, had given a one-sided version of the incident.
“I did not mean to hurt anyone’s feelings by writing ‘fail’,” he said. “I felt the need to point out that none of the pictures of Tamimi prior to the incident were published despite the fact that he was throwing stones.”

The IDF has launched an investigation into the incident. Under army rules, soldiers are forbidden from firing tear gas canisters directly at protesters. A spokesman insisted that the army normally responded to demonstrations with “extreme restraint”.

The eruption of weekly protests in the West Bank over the past two years has unnerved the Israeli military establishment.
A leaked US diplomatic cable, written last year, quoted a senior Israeli officer as saying that “even demonstrations that appear peaceful” would not be tolerated and would be broken up.

Conceding that non-violent protests presented a particular challenge to Israeli control of the West Bank, the cable quoted Gen Amos Gilad, a senior defence ministry official, as saying: “We don’t do Gandhi very well.”

Israeli motorist runs down a Palestinian boy in East Jerusalem. Not really he didn’t.

This almost reads as though the driver went looking for muzzie sub-humans to run down.

So then, you’re driving someplace and confronted by masked and stone throwing gangster thugs. What should you do?  What Should you do?

Stop and ask directions?

Stop and hold hands and use reason?

Stop and convert to islam?

Stop and ask them why they are throwing stones?

Stop and offer your help throwing stones at yourself?

Jeesh ....  Frankly I’m sorry the future suicide bomber punk got lucky and only had scrapes.  Crippled would have been better. Oh well. Maybe next time and you know there will be a next time.

There’s a load of photos at the link.

Pictured: The moment an Israeli motorist runs down a Palestinian boy in East Jerusalem

By Daily Mail Reporter
Last updated at 5:19 PM on 8th October 2010

Dramatic images have emerged of the moment an Israeli motorist drove straight into a young Palestinian boy in East Jerusalem today.

The child had been part of a group throwing stones at Israeli cars following news the country’s military had killed two Hamas militants in the West Bank city of Hebron earlier on Friday.

Amazingly the boy only sustained ‘light injuries’ after being thrown into the air by the vehicle and twisting over its roof.

The majority of the boys, with their t-shirts wrapped round their heads to disguise their identity, were lined up on either side of the road near a zebra crossing ready to attack the vehicle.

Two members of the group were positioned in the centre of the road - leading to the collision, with the motorist apparently driving straight into one of the boys.

more photos here

Look at the linked photos. Didn’t look much like the motorist had anywhere to go anyway. Besides, the little asswipe and his friend were standing right in it’s path.  Probably thought the driver would stop. Well, SURPRISE!  Gotcha, ya little bastard.

Oh GAK

Here we go again. Another crop of crazies have got themselves a ship.

image

Behold, the MV Saint Pancake

image

Now owned and operated by this bunch

On March 31, 2010, the Free Gaza Movement bought her at auction for €70,000 and will send her to the imprisoned Palestinians of Gaza loaded with cement, paper, and medical equipment, all banned by Israel from this battered and bruised slice of the Mediterranean.

The Free Gaza Movement along with the Turkish humanitarian organization, IHH, the European Campaign to End the Siege of Gaza and the Greek and Swedish Boat to Gaza organizations will sail 8 boats loaded with building supplies as well as taking 600 passengers and journalists at the end of May.

As the people from the town of Dundalk work on her every day, painting her, guarding her and collecting cargo, they have a vested interest in what was once a lonely and abandoned vessel, now slowly coming to life under their care. The ship has been renamed the MV Rachel Corrie, in memory of the 23-year-old solidarity activist crushed to death in 2003 by an Israeli military bulldozer as she attempted to prevent the demolition of a Palestinian home in Gaza.

h/t to Sondra K, who reminds us that the US has poured over 1.2 billion dollars a year into Gaza for more than a decade and a half ... with nothing to show for it, and they’re still our enemies.

Now, when the ship sails, we’re going to hear a whole media dung pile about these daring humanitarians, braving the crazy Israeli navy, risking life and limb, for the children. And it will all be pure horse manure. Because Israel already decided to let this kind of aid in, and made that decision public BEFORE THE SHIP WAS EVEN PURCHASED!

Israel allows cement, aid into Gaza
By YAAKOV KATZ
04/04/2010 01:14

n a gesture of goodwill to UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, Defense Minister Ehud Barak has approved the rare transfer of large amounts of cement, shoes and clothing to the Gaza Strip, defense officials said on Saturday.

According to the officials, Barak approved the move in late March, around the time that he and Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu visited Washington and Ban traveled to Gaza.

...

Defense Ministry officials said that they were aware of the Free Gaza Movement’s plans and consult with the IDF and the Foreign Ministry over whether to intercept it or allow it to dock in Gaza. One official raised the possibility that the ship would be forced to dock in Ashdod, where the cargo would be unloaded and searched, and if found to be of a humanitarian nature, sent to Gaza via land crossings.

And that’s exactly what is going to happen. The little Free Gaza flotilla - they have 8 small ships - will be brought to port and searched. Expect more Cynthia McKinney-like hysterics and histrionics about their “narrow brush with death” etc. Same old crap; another dose of propaganda from the left.

For all sailors and lovers of ships, regardless of how they get put to use:

The MV Rachel Corrie was formerly the MV Linda, a Latvian 1200 ton cargo ship. That’s pretty small, down in the “tramp steamer” range. 224.5 feet long by 34.5 feet wide.

The Latvian-owned MV Linda was seized by the International Transport Federation (ITF) last July after the owners were found to be withholding wages and subjecting workers to humiliating treatment.

The ship was auctioned at the Crowne Plaza hotel Dundalk last month where the Free Gaza movement purchased it for €70,000.

Now the Ukrainian crew, who remained on board until last November in an effort to secure payment of wages, will receive over €50,000 of the proceeds.

So the ship itself is only worth €20,000, about $27,000. Minus the auctioneer’s cut. Which is the price of a decent new car. For an entire ship. Uh huh. Makes me wonder if this thing will actually float all the way from Ireland to Gaza. It’s going to need more fuel than the ship cost to make that run. This is starting to smell a little ... fishy.

There are several pictures of a MV Linda online, in stories about the sale. The ship shown in all of them is the Finnish MV Linda IMO 9354325. It took me a little bit of effort, but once I was able to locate the auction notice I could get the IMO number. IMO - International Maritime Organization - numbers are unique, like fingerprints. After that it was, as they say, clear sailing.

Same Old Lies

Hamas wants acceptance without changing ideology

Another manufactured international test of Obama’s gullibility

Leaders of Hamas have begun reaching out to the West with conciliatory words, saying the Islamic militant group wants to be part of a Mideast solution and raising the possibility they would someday accept a Palestinian state alongside Israel.

In the most significant statement so far, Hamas chief Khaled Mashaal told British lawmakers recently that the group is open to “real peace.” In Gaza, the Hamas government said last week it is ready to discuss “any approaches and proposals that can lead the region out of its current situation.”

The new tone seems mostly aimed at President Barack Obama, who was meeting Monday with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Washington. As he puts together a new Mideast strategy, Obama must decide whether the U.S. will keep shunning Hamas, which seized Gaza by force in 2007 after winning parliamentary elections.

Those advocating change include a former Israeli military commander of Gaza, an ex-chief of Israel’s Mossad spy agency and a group led by Obama’s now chief economic adviser, Paul Volcker.

Volcker’s group told Obama that any future Palestinian government that includes Hamas should be judged by whether it’s ready to observe a truce with Israel, and allow moderate Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas to negotiate with Israel — not by whether Hamas is ready to revoke its ideology.

In the U.S., the independent Volcker team called on Obama to both reconsider its Hamas approach, and to flesh out the outlines of a final Israeli-Palestinian agreement now rather than leaving it to the two sides, said Henry Siegman, who runs the U.S./Middle East Project think tank and is in touch with the group.

It’s a total crock, and you know it. They’re just trying to put one over on that jug eared socialist. And they probably will. The situation in Israel has not really changed since 1948, except the other side has finally realized it can not win by direct military action. These days they use world sympathy, lies, and a never ending very low level random guerrilla insurgency in a never ending attempt to wear the other side down. Hey, that sounds an awful lot like the lefties here in the US, with their gun control, pro-abortion, and green movements. Wonder who learned it from whom?

Here’s a strategy that will work: Hamas are terrorists. Fatah are terrorists. The whole Palestinian enclave are terrorists. They are pawns of the other powers in the Middle East, yet they do that willingly, training their own children from infancy to be eager cannon fodder. You can not debate with such creatures. You can not make concessions to them. You can not trust them. You can only fight them, because they will only ever fight you. Anything that seems otherwise is just a maneuver, and has been shown to be just an empty lie that buys time, over and over again across the years. So take the fight to them, and wipe them out with any and all means at your disposal. These are demons in human form. Plague carrying fleas and roaches in the guise of people. Get out the cans of Raid™, and press the buttons.

Henhouse, meet Fox

Tons of UXBs missing in Gaza

“Explosives haul missing in Gaza ”

A large stockpile of unexploded weapons has disappeared in Gaza, before United Nations experts were able to dispose of it safely, the BBC has learned. The explosives, including aircraft bombs and white phosphorus shells, were fired by the Israeli military during its recent offensive in the Gaza Strip.

UN officials said they were urgently trying to establish where the arms had gone and have called for their return.

Israel has accused Hamas of taking the stockpile, which was under Hamas guard.

Well, no shir Shitlock. I’m sure the UN inspectors are Amazed, Simply Amazed.

Cubic stupid. The Izzys should have sent in a detonation squad at once. Or a small airstrike.

Two weeks ago, on 2 February, the UN team was given access to a storage site in Gaza City where more than 7,000kg of explosives was being housed. It included three 2,000-pound bombs and eight 500-pound bombs, which had all been dropped from aircraft but failed to explode. There was also a large number of 155mm shells for delivering the incendiary chemical white phosphorus.

Many of the explosives had been collected by the Hamas authorities in the Gaza Strip.

Oh, don’t worry. I’m sure they’ll turn up eventually ... one rocket or one IED at a time.
