Men like this should locked in a cell if the death penalty isn’t used, and thrown a piece of raw meat once a week and a cup of water.
Look what this SOB and others did to the victim, and tell me he is entitled to rights just because he is seen in his human form.  It just makes the blood boil to think that the culture of the west has been so badly undermined by the left, may they all rot in hell with those they defend, that life forms like this are allowed to go on breathing and given considerations their victims never stood a chance of getting.

A murderer won taxpayer funding for a High Court case in which he demanded the right to wear a woman’s wig in jail.
Craig Hudson – who is serving a life sentence for torturing and killing his wife – said he wanted to change sex and protested that without a female wig he would look like a ‘bald drag artiste’.

The claim, paid for through legal aid, will result in a prison service review of the right of transgender prisoners to wear wigs and outsize women’s clothes.
In a ruling revealed yesterday, Judge Jeremy Richardson QC accepted the argument of governors at maximum security Frankland prison, Durham, who told the court wigs are banned because prisoners can use them as a disguise in escape attempts.

But the judge told prison officials: ‘Further work, I feel, needs to be done to see if the security risks may be mitigated.’
The judicial review brought by Hudson is understood to have cost taxpayers up to £10,000 = ( $16,406 ) in payments to a specialist firm of prison solicitors and a barrister. 

Taxpayers also funded a barrister and other lawyers to represent the Ministry of Justice, and the expense of running the court, resulting in total costs of up to £30,000.  = $49,221.00

The case provoked a row at the Ministry of Justice, which runs the Legal Aid Agency, as Justice Secretary Chris Grayling is trying to cut legal aid waste and limit the number of spurious judicial review cases.

But he is now known officially as Kimberley Green and accused prison authorities of unlawful discrimination on transgender grounds. Hudson, 29, was a member of a ‘family from hell’ in Nottingham who imprisoned and tortured his 20-year-old wife, Rachel.

Mrs Hudson died after two years of daily beatings and abuse. Her body was wrapped in a carpet and dumped.

A 16-year-old mugger has been killed after a bullet fired by an accomplice ricocheted off their victim’s face and shot him dead.
The incident happened when a group of males accosted the man at a housing complex in San Francisco and demanded he hand over his possessions, police said.
The man complied, but as the muggers were taking his valuables, including a mobile phone, one of them pulled a handgun and shot at him.
The bullet struck his face, bounced off, then hit one of the other robbers, 16-year-old Clifton Chatman.
When police arrived on the scene, Chatman was pronounced dead and the muggers’ victim was taken to hospital with serious injuries. He is expected to survive.
The other suspects fled following the shooting, which happened at around 11pm on 14 December.
A second 16-year-old has now been arrested on suspicion of murder and attempted robbery. Police did not say whether they believe he was the one who pulled the trigger.
The remaining members of the group involved in the crime are being searched for by investigators.

Drew already posted the jury verdict on these scum.  These totally worthless bastards who, were there any real justice, would have been taken out and lynched.
However ... they of course got a trial where they and their lawyer argued they were merely soldiers.

So the trial is over ... they will most likely remain in prison with three meals supplied and medical needs seen to. You know all the rest of it.

The trial is over and the justice criminal system lumbers on but ... Brit system, ( America too ? ) shows how ready we are to be humane and therefore no death penalty.  No torture ... can’t do that.  We must make a show of how we play by rules. ( vomit ) Of course the enemy has no rules so being humane doesn’t impress them any.

Enough of that.  Here’s what I wanted you to see.

A homeowner fatally shot a man as he climbed through a window and into his home Monday afternoon, Dallas police say.

The shooting took place at a home on the 2200 block of Morrell Avenue at about 4:15 p.m.

Police said the homeowner heard a noise inside his residence and shot a man, later identified as 33-year-old Deyfon Pipkins, aka BJ, as he climbed through the window.

“The homeowner heard a noise. He came around the corner, saw the individual trying to climb into the window and according to the law, the castle doctrine, he used deadly force,” said Sgt. Calvin Johnson, with the Dallas Police Department.

According to police, the homeowner then called 911. When police arrived, officer’s found Pipkins’ body lying lifeless in the window.

Pipkins mother, Catherine, said she had been called to the scene by her daughter-in-law and said the crime sounded like something her son would do.

“Yeah, it’s something he would do ... Somebody called me and said my son got shot that’s the reason I’m standing here,” said Catherine Pipkins. “Somebody called her [her daughter-in-law] and told her he had got shot. She said, ‘Momma you need to sit down, they said BJ just got killed.’ That’s the reason I’m here.”

The woman said her son did not live at the home.

Pipkins had a lengthy criminal history in Dallas that included numerous charges for theft, trespassing and possession of a controlled substance.

Police said the shooting is a Castle Doctrine case and the Dallas County Grand Jury will decide whether or not the homeowner faces any charges.

OK it may be scary if you start think about the possibility of someone actually being innocent.

BUT .... but ....

I believe the Japanese should first round up all those weepy eyed hand wringers like Amnasty Intl, and ALL other groups of like nature, and hang them too.

Notice they avoid the word, ‘execute’ in some places. They like to say ‘killed’ instead, as though the scummy bastards don’t deserve what they’re getting. In fact, with the nature of the crimes here, I’d say hanging was giving them a mercy they don’t deserve.

Here’s a really good idea.  Instead of hanging the human rights idiots, execute the shits in the very same manner the victims had to endure. The same pain and the same fright and the same feeling of being totally helpless and alone.  Let those fucks feel all of that.  If only.

Two men hanged by government in Japan in latest ‘secret executions’

Human rights groups slam practice in which inmates are told they will die just hours beforehand

Two men have been hanged in Japan as part of a campaign of “secret executions” carried out by the government, according to reports from the AFP news agency.

Eight prisoners have now been rushed through the country’s capital punishment system since the right-wing nationalist Shinzo Abe became prime minister a year ago.

Japan is the only major democratic country other than the US to execute its people. International human rights groups say the practice is particularly cruel because inmates are held for years and then only told about their impending death a few hours beforehand.

Amnesty International Japan was quoted as saying that “the high-paced executions under the Abe administration stand squarely against repeated international calls for abolition of death penalty”.

Despite this, capital punishment continues to attract widespread public support in the country. Though no one was executed in the whole of 2011 – the first time this had happened in two decade – hangings resumed in March 2012, and seven people were killed legally executed.

Announcing the latest round of executions, which happened today, Justice Minister Sadakazu Tanigaki said: “There are various criticisms of the death penalty… but Japanese law allows for it and I believe we have people’s support in principle.”

Media reports say one of those killed legally executed was Ryoji Kagayama, 63, who stabbed to death a student from China after robbing her in 2000 and was also convicted of knifing a man to death in 2008 in a failed robbery attempt.

The other prisoner was Akira Morinaga, 55, who drowned a relative of his former wife in a bath in 1986 and murdered one of her acquaintances days later.

Only lefties would wring their oily hands over this slime.

I’m not sure what sort of gun was used here, but if the victim was able to survive, perhaps the shooter didn’t intend to kill him.

There’s video here but no sound and that’s a moot point anyway since it would be in Russian.

The headline calls it a racist attack, but it does not look that way.

Gee .... I wonder if anyone is calling for gun control in Russia. Shooter here looks pretty mean. Now why couldn’t he have targeted the Gweenpeace loons who invaded his country recently.  Hmmm. No patriot he. I mean after all, he has a gun and he’s shown how ready he is to use it.

A security camera has captured a suspected racist shooting on the Moscow metro as two men armed with handguns attacked a dark-skinned passenger.

Two men sit on the underground train in the Russian capital when a fellow passenger travelling in the same carriage attracts their attention.

There isn’t anything new in this story.  It’s an ongoing thing and has been on going for a few hundred years.
There is NOTHING that will change these vermin.  People are born as different colors and shapes and sizes. Some are smart and others got left behind.
I think what I am trying to say is, these villains are born this way. Period.  The world could be so much better if they were entirely eradicated. 
Who knows. Perhaps some day in the far future when enough of the scum cause enough mayhem, maybe future peoples will say enough and destroy the scourge.
It’s the only way to deal with the menace that is after all, not really quite human anyway, and so can not be reached on that level.

A Roma pickpocketing ring which trafficked hundreds of children across Europe threatening them with severe beatings if they did not go out to steal has been smashed, French police claim.

More than 200 children, some as young a 12, would allegedly be given targets of stealing up to £250 a day before being dropped off in central Paris or other cities and ordered to target tourists.

According to the police some of the children involved had been arrested, cautioned and released hundreds of times but were simply sent back out to steal.

The suspected masterminds are a married Romanian couple named as Stejar B, 43 and Lucica T, 44, who are also accused of exploiting four of their own children, aged from 13 to 17, as part of the operation.

The pair, along with four other Romanians have been charged with people trafficking, forcing minors to commit crimes, money laundering and criminal conspiracy, the Times newspaper reported.

Officers said the children were being ‘trafficked for criminal purposes’ to other countries, describing it as the biggest family-based network exploiting Eastern European youths they had ever discovered.

Apparently they’ve been asleep then because this sort of thing has been par for the course going on for generations. The biggest problem is that the authorities are not allowed to deal with the virus properly.  And of course the Romas have rights ya know. And lawyers to speak for them. And thousands of the scummy unwashed, lice ridden sub species will soon be heading for Britain.

Ten youngsters, who were present when the Romanian couple were arrested, were placed in a care home but fled within an hour.

In 2012 French police arrested 1,769 minors for pickpocketing or distraction theft, but even if caught they are released within a few hours.

‘There’s very little we can do with them,’ admitted a Paris police source. ‘As children, they effectively have absolute immunity from prosecution.

And there’s a large part of the problem. The little snots know they are immune. But ... what if that changed and police were allowed, due to the nature of the criminal invasion, what if they were allowed to break arms and legs. Nah.  Better yet, shoot the scum dead on the spot. Bet that message would get through.  Interesting, when the Nazis (for all their own evil which is acknowledged) held Europe, there wasn’t any problem with kiddie thieves or the parents either.  Their charmed life was put on hold til ‘45 when they started breeding again, and look where Europe is today. Over run with them. So long as they know they can get away with their lifestyle at the expense of all others, don’t look for things to improve.  What’s the point of arresting and then letting go when it’s already known what they will do again and again.
A final solution to the Roma problem is a sure way to end the infestation.  People simply have to put aside all this useless talk about rights and humanity and fair play yadda,yadda.  Romas don’t understand all that except where it feeds and advances their own agenda to prey on whatever culture they decide to invade and occupy.  And they do not move on btw. They are very dangerous and that should be understood.

If we’ve read this sort of thing once, we’ve read it a thousand times.

Some brute beats the hell out of a woman, a girlfriend or a wife, puts her in hospital, sometimes she is near death itself, and she will defend her abuser.
“He really loves me and it’s MY FAULT.” How many times have we heard or read that.

So I just have to ask cos honest I don’t understand.

WHAT IS IT THAT IS SO WRONG WITH SOME WOMEN ?

What makes so many of them so blind? Why are they making excuses for guys who come so close to killing them?

Her face was fractured in 20 places - including her cheeks, nose and eye sockets - and surgeons were forced to rely on old photographs to reconstruct it.

He walked out of a mosque wearing a burka and authorities are looking for him. But he’s been in custody before and it just makes one wonder who’s in charge here.
Anyway .... here’s an update sure to drive Brits with a working brain crazy.

Here was the headline from a day ago. Now keep in mind he is a terror suspect. Right I know.  Suspect doesn’t mean guilty automatically.
But when there’s as many as 20 charges against him, it’s a bit hard giving the bastard the benefit of any doubt.

He is currently suing the Government over claims he was tortured in Somalia, but lawyers today suggested that the proceedings should be blocked while he is still on the run.

He was supposed to attend the Old Bailey today for a hearing about previous alleged breaches of his TPIM.

However, after he failed to turn up - leaving his own lawyer in the lurch - Mr Justice Nicol issued an arrest warrant.

The judge also lifted an anonymity order banning reporting of the 20 charges Mohamed faced before he disappeared.

One indictment included six counts of breaching his TPIM by failing to report to Action police station on a number of occasions in December last year.

I suppose this is what passes for justice here.  Not that the US is perfect but ....

I do not understand this judgment at all.

What DNA?

He stabbed her in broad daylight. She knows who did it ... why is this not open and shut?

If anybody can make sense of this, would you please explain it to me.  Cos I just don’t get it.

A man found guilty of a frenzied knife attack on his ex-girlfriend could be freed in months after investigators lost vital evidence which could have convicted him of attempted murder.

Michael Bennison, 29, could have faced life behind bars after stabbing the woman once in her side and five times in a broad daylight attack on a street in York.

But the charge of attempted murder would not stick after forensic teams misplaced DNA evidence from two knives.

As a result prosecutors were forced to accept the 28-year-old’s plea to a lesser charge of unlawful wounding, which carries a maximum sentence of just five years.

Newcastle Crown Court heard that on December 14 last year Bennison, of no fixed address, was travelling in a car in York with the female victim, Amy Evans, 27, and another man.

Nick Adlington, prosecuting, said Bennison, of no fixed address had been in a volatile, on-off relationship with Miss Evans and an argument broke out in the car.

When they arrived at their destination they got out and Miss Evans produced a knife. But Bennison took the knife from her and stabbed her six times, once in the side and five times in the back.

He then ran off down an alleyway and went into hiding before he was found two days later.

Describing how the evidence came to be lost by North Yorkshire Police, Mr Adlington said: ‘The swabs went missing from the forensic science service in York. I have been told there has been a full internal review.’

Mr Adlington said as well as the lost evidence, the attempted murder trial faced other problems, including the refusal of an expert witness to come to court.

Jailing Bennison, who has previous convictions for domestic violence on different partners, for a total of four years, Mr Justice Bennison told him he posed a high risk to all women.

After already spending a year behind bars on remand, Bennison could be eligible for parole within just 12 months.

The judge said: ‘Originally you faced a charge of attempted murder but because vital evidence had been lost a plea to section 20 was accepted.

‘You pose a high risk of harm to the victim and to all women. There is clearly a significant risk to female members of the public.

‘There was an intention to commit serious harm.’

The sentence also included a guilty plea for assaulting a man outside a flat in November last year after they got into an argument over noise.

After falling to the floor, the victim was kicked in the head by Bennison before he jumped with both feet onto his back.

The court heard that he had 14 previous appearances at court for 27 offences, that included battery and affray.

John Gregg, defending, said Bennison had ‘wrestled with his own demons’, which included drug abuse, but that he has made progress in prison.

Oh good. Now I understand a bit more.  He made progress in prison.  Progress meaning what? Right. This time he only stabbed the woman instead of jumping on her head or on her back. Good. That good. That’s “progress”.
What a fracked up system in play here.  What the hell ... in a few years they’ll be living under sharia anyway.

breaking news …. prison riot

There was a rather large article in the papers with regard to crime and the fact that according to the records, if they can be believed, there are 150,000 criminals now locked up (for how long?) who have all committed 15 serious offenses before seeing the inside of prison.
So leaving that for the moment ....

Nearly 200 foreign prisoners are rioting at a wing in Maidstone prison in Kent in a premeditated attack.

The riot was a planned attack on prison guards by inmates to take control of the wing, according to one report.

Now national resources have been deployed to cope with the violent outbreak, which involves between 160 and 180 inmates in the Category C jail.

The inmates have attempted to destroy the wing by smashing it up, and some prison staff are believed to have retreated to safety, according to the Prison Officer’s Association (POA).

National resources have been drafted in, which is believed to be the prison service’s Tornado Team of officers specially trained in dealing with riots.

HMP Maidstone holds inmates including sex offenders and foreign nationals with more than 18 months left to serve.

The POA’s Vice Chair, Ralph Valerio, said negotiators are at the scene as the rioters smashed and destroyed the wing.

He added: ‘As time is moving on, you’re getting increasingly concerned that force is going to have to be used by tornado teams to resolve the situation.’

He told Sky News: ‘The teams that will be going in there have received extensive training to deal with these sorts of incidents.’

He said he hoped negotiators would be able to subdue the situation but said it ‘could be replicated across the estate very quickly’.

He added that some staff may have been assaulted in the attack but have now retreated to safety.

‘As time is moving on, you’re getting increasingly concerned”

Say what?  As time does what?  How dumb is that.  Why waste any time on these turds?
So far it’s only one wing.
Solution.
Poison gas.
Bingo.
Riot?  What riot? There isn’t any riot. Now.
And be sure and let the other vermin see what death by gas is like.
But no… the bed wetters and hand wringers and bleeding hearts are going to get all sorts of kind , again, and society loses. Again.

Former prison governor John Podmore said that until the prison service had managed to gather enough staff and resources to quell the outbreak, the next few hours could be dangerous to both the service and the local community.

Speaking to Sky News he said: ‘What the prison service can’t do is try to intervene unless it’s got sufficient staff and resources to quell the riot.

‘Given enough time and staff it’s well trained to deal with these incidents.

A spokeswoman for the Ministry of Justice said: ‘I can confirm there is an ongoing incident involving a number of prisoners and national resources have been deployed. It is confined to one wing.’

Kent Police are not involved with the operation, a spokesman said.

Maidstone, with an inmate population of about 600, is a category C training prison that predominantly houses sex offenders from the Kent and Sussex areas.

Since 2009, it has accommodated around 400 sex offenders with around 200 foreign nationals not convicted of sex crimes in a separate wing.

It is mostly a category C prison, but does house some B category inmates.

East End gangster Reggie Kray married Roberta Jones at the institution on July 14, 1997.

Its website says it aims to ‘create a therapeutic environment that supports, embraces and empowers change with a primary focus on risk reduction and protection’.

killer walks out of open prison, police very concerned. for you? Nope. for killer’s welfare they say

There is just NO WAY I can ignore and pass over this story.  Perhaps if Brits really did have their say, they would bring back the rope. Since that isn’t in the cards, wouldn’t you think a guy like this would NOT be in an open area where he could escape.  Which he did.  In spite of serving 2 life sentences.

However ... this little quote is something else to worry about and wonder about the police authorities.  Are they all holding hands and singing we are the world?  What the hell gives with this. Look at this police statement.

“We have information that gives us concern for his welfare”

His welfare?  What about the public?  Do they count for anything?  Sure do. Pay taxes so wankers like this nut case can walk free from an open prison.

A convicted killer was tonight on the loose after he escaped from an open prison.

Alan Giles was in the open part of the multiple-category HMP Hewell in Redditch, Worcestershire, serving two life sentences for the murder and kidnap of 16-year-old student Kevin Ricketts in 1995.

The 56-year-old, who previously worked as a builder and is originally from Oldbury, West Midlands, absconded yesterday - and West Mercia Police officers are now desperately trying to track him down.
