good example of an old gripe. another lying, thieving, cheating gypo scam. take a look at this one.
Anyone interested in yet another long rant from me on this subject? Or have I already said and more then once all I need to say? Yeah. Guess I have.
This gets soooo old after a time. But the thing is, it keeps on coming. Has a life all its own. For sheer hypocrisy and deviousness , this wins it’s own prize.
And the scummy slag doesn’t even have the courtesy to keep her phony sign in English with proper spelling. Not that it would make any difference. These ppl are and have always been about cheating, stealing and running scams. Europe would have been so much better off had this group been eliminated.
Campaigner for gipsy rights ‘ran £2.6m benefit scam’By Dan Newling and Stephen Wright
![]()
(a scam artist hard at work and it’s always race, isn’t it?)A campaigner for Roma gipsies’ rights has been charged with helping scores of Romanians illegally claim millions in benefits.
Lavinia Olmazu, 30, and her boyfriend Alin Enachi, 29, are said to have masterminded a scam by which 172 Romanians claimed £2.6million.
Olmazu, who was arrested last week, was working as an ‘inclusivity outreach worker’ to Roma gipsies for both Haringey and Waltham Forest councils in North London.
The academic, who has campaigned for greater understanding of gipsy culture, is accused with Enachi of using a supposedly charitable organisation called Roma Concern to help coordinate the fraud.
The couple appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Friday alongside six gipsies, each of whom is alleged to have pocketed thousands of pounds from the scam.
Under rules introduced when Romania joined the EU in 2006, Romanian migrants cannot get a National Insurance number - which is the key to getting benefits - unless they can prove they have paid employment lined up.
Olmazu and her boyfriend are accused of giving unemployed Romanians false documentation which purported to offer them work. They are also said to have provided false invoices and references purportedly showing they were working.
Scores then used fraudulently obtained NI numbers to claim child benefit, working tax credit and child tax credit, the court heard.
The fraud was allegedly facilitated by Enachi, who attended Benefits Agency interviews with Romanians as a translator.
While the couple, who moved to Britain in 2007 and live in Woodford Green, Essex, were said to be living here legally, they appeared in court with six jobless Roma gipsies whom District Judge Nicholas Evans said had ‘no right to be here’.
Stelian Dumitru, 23, and his brothers Ardelean, 24, Daniel, 20, and Cristian, 29, appeared alongside Stelian’s girlfriend Leventica Vasile, 24, and Cristian’s girlfriend Paula Mihai, 29. They all live in council properties in Tottenham, North London.
Stelian and Vasile - who is a beggar - were said to have obtained £27,000 from the scam. Cristian, a Big Issue vendor, and his girlfriend - who have six children between the ages of nine months and 11 - allegedly obtained £36,000. Daniel, a father of two, is said to have obtained £12,515. Mr McCabe said:

burglary victim chases off bad guys but now regrets not shooting them as cops arrive 50 min. later
I go through the papers every morning and grab coffee etc. and generally get worked up even before booting the puter. That reminds me. I really NEED to take a typing course. I’m fast with two or three fingers but wish I could type properly. But that’s not the topic. Burglars and a shotgun and a home owner are.
So then, while going though the first paper I landed on page 13 of The Telegraph and saw this headline.
I WISH I HAD OPENED FIRE, SAYS FATHER WHO CHASED BURGLARS.
Which was alongside this photo, but not on line. So again, this is a scan.
The photo in the hard copy of course is very sharp and clear.
He should have shot the scum. They’ll now go off and find a more helpless target.
Burglars make off as police take 50 minutes to attend emergency callTwo burglars who a pub landlord confronted with a shotgun to protect his family made off after police took 50 minutes to respond to his emergency call.
By Nigel BunyanSimon Thomas, 45, initially pointed his shotgun at the raiders and later pursued them in his Land Rover. By the time police reached The Anchor Inn at Barcombe, east Sussex, the men were nowhere to be seen.
Mr Thomas, whose children, Toby, 14, and Holly, 12, were asleep at the time of the raid, said: “If push came to shove I would have opened fire.
“In some ways I wish I had done – to stop them. Both my children were asleep in the house and protecting them was my priority.“I don’t want people to think I’m some gun nut, but I was prepared to do pretty much whatever it would take. I would not hesitate to do it again to protect my children and my livelihood.”
Mr Thomas, an experienced hunter with a collection of licenced guns, recalled hearing the burglars moving about outside shortly before 2am on Saturday.
“I am a firearms man and have been for 25 years, so I went to my cabinet and got out a shotgun. I couldn’t believe what was happening.“One of them was loading the bikes into his car and the other was breaking into the conservatory. I opened the bedroom window and shouted out `Do not move – I have got a loaded gun on you`.” Mr Thomas conned the burglars into believing he had already dialled 999 and that the police were on their way.
When they saw his shotgun they begged for their lives and started unloading their haul of stolen mountain bikes from their car. They claimed to have thought the premises were empty. The raiders drove off into the night as Mr Thomas lowered his gun and finally went to summon police.
He said: “I called the police and they told me they didn’t have anyone available to come over right away but to put the gun away so I did.”
A few moments later he gave chase in his Land Rover but lost the pair as they drove through Barcombe.Sussex Police confirmed that it took them 50 minutes to get officers to the scene and that there was no trace of the offenders when they arrived despite control room staff having graded the alert as one requiring an “immediate response”.
A police spokesman said: “The call was graded for immediate response. Officers arrived as soon as possible but were responding to other calls at the time.”
The thieves were still at large last night as police continued to investigate the attempted burglary.

RIGHTS OF A SERIAL KILLER AND THOSE WHO LOVE THE CREEP. IDIOT WHACK JOBS ALL!
With NO disrespect or insult directed at the ladies, I really do have to ask.
Why are so many women so crazy? Or are they only stupid? What little quirk or loose screw compels a woman to write love letters to a convicted serial killer of 13. That the authorities know of.
We guys know you glorious creatures laugh at our often times odd ball thinking. We go off the deep end and make ourselves look foolish, often while trying to impress you. You have favorite men jokes you exchange with each other and compare notes. That’s due to us giving you the ammunition to start with. However, it seems to be women or mostly so, who fall in love with killers. I really believe that men no matter how macho in actual fact, might be frightened off by a women who it was found, really enjoyed stabbing ppl with screwdrivers and using hammers as an extra added touch. Macho or not, men can be frightened with no loss of masculinity by a crazed person looking for a blood/kill thrill. But the ladies (some of them) seem to be aroused by psycopathic killers and want to marry them. I just don’t understand that. Especially when the killer in question has only women as his target.
The bastard I’m posting about here was (is) known as the Yorkshire Ripper with very good reason. A few of his victims survived with one now age 80, in a wheelchair since her attack many years ago. We even heard about this creep in the USA.
Happily I can report that he himself has been attacked in prison and been stabbed in the eye and face on more then one occassion. Good. It’s fitting that he should have some idea of what it feels like. Which brings us to the present where he now claims he is close to being cured and wants his freedom under some sort of human rights bs. Read the story. It is very doubtful this slime ball will be free but his appeal is being funded by ... you get ten guesses coz this is a hard one.
But wait, that’s not all. There is this from today’s Daily Mail.
He would have to convince a Mental Health Tribunal that he was sane enough to be moved from Broadmoor Hospital back into the prison system, then persuade the Parole Board he was safe to release.
Now guys and girls, how hard has it been in the past to convince the shrinks who are crazier or at least far less clever then the perps they let free to do harm again. And again. And again.
HUMAN RIGHTS OF A SERIAL KILLERSutcliffe is seeking to exploit a change in the law ordered by the House of Lords and the European Court of Human Rights.
Before 2002, the decision on the length of the ‘tariff’ to be served by a killer serving life rested with the Home Secretary. But in 2000, David Blunkett lost a court case brought on behalf of the killers of James Bulger, stripping him of the power to set the tariff of juvenile killers.
Two years later, the House of Lords ruled that adult killers had a human right to be sentenced by an ‘ independent and impartial tribunal’ - a judgment upheld in Strasbourg.
I’m sure you folks caught that. Right? A judgment upheld in a place OUTSIDE of England. And oh yeah ... things here must be in compliance with the European court of silly justice. Damn fools.
As a result, the tariff has been fixed by courts alone since 2003. Any killer convicted before this date has since been sent before the courts to have a minimum sentence fixed. Factors which can lead to a wholelife tariff include multiple victims and a sexual motive.
The fact that the Ripper was convicted of killing 13 women - and that his motive was sexual - ought to make him a near-certainty to join the 36 criminals in British jails told they will die behind bars.
Should the court opt for a 30-year tariff, then his sentence would be effectively served but this would not make him eligible for immediate freedom.
He would have to convince a Mental Health Tribunal that he was sane enough to be moved from Broadmoor Hospital back into the prison system, then persuade the Parole Board he was safe to release.
So now I come back to where I started. With women, both as lovers and victims. His former wife still visits him. And there’s this.
His wife Sonia divorced him in 1994. She went on to marry for a second time, although that relationship collapsed after seven years. Bizarrely she ended up moving back into the house in Bradford she once shared with the Ripper.
She has stayed on good terms with Sutcliffe and has visited him a number of times in Broadmoor.
Other women whom Sutcliffe did not know personally wrote him hundreds of letters. His cell is said to be festooned with pictures and cuddly toys send by his admirers. Women have been regular visitors and he has reportedly suggested marriage to several.
Artist Sandra Lester believed she had found love with Sutcliffe and moved house to be near him only for the killer to deny her visiting rights, telling the authorities he wanted to have many female friends and not just the one.
So then, due to his “human rights” he gets to make the calls while on vacation in hell. I hope he ends up back in the prison system again as opposed to the hospital, where it is further hoped that someone else uses a screwdriver on him and removes his worthless being from those above ground.
The entire story can be found and read RIGHT HERE AT THE SOURCE
PS: We well know there are ppl who might respond to this post even though they have nothing at all to say. They just feel compelled to say something even if it’s nothing. Sad to see such desperate and lonely people here but if it helps in those hours of solitude to lighten the awful and painful burden of being alone and unloved and unappreciated and unwanted by the many, well. I guess you can be our charity case so post away you poor thing.

the us supreme court MUST order a retrial … says the Times of London. I say, FUCK YOU Times!
It’s late, I’m tired and I had shut down about two hours ago. I need to be off this damn thing, BUT ....
I made the mistake if reading a Times editorial while having a snack before going upstairs. Nothin’ like something to piss one off to wake one up.
RCOB .... Commit a crime in my country and pay the price. Of course in this case the prisoner is not only Brit says the Times, she’s also a minority member.
Ah, must be why she got the death penalty.
Look, till tonight I knew nothing of this case. It’s too much and too late for me tonight to go and research it. I’ll leave to others and do it as well tomorrow or Monday.
So here’s the editorial. All of it.
February 27, 2010
Undue processThe US Supreme Court must order a retrial for the Briton who stands on death row
Friends must sometimes agree to disagree. Britain forbids capital punishment; the United States supports it. But above all, good friends must honour their word. An Anglo-American agreement requires Britain to notify the US if it takes legal action against an American citizen, and for the US to do the same if a Briton is to stand trial in America.
So the case of Linda Carty — who was born in St Kitts, which qualifies her as a British citizen — is especially galling. Carty now waits on death row in Texas. In a last attempt to avoid her becoming the first black British woman to be executed in more than a century, the British Government has now presented an amicus brief to the US Supreme Court urging it to reconsider the case.
Carty’s story raises disturbing questions on several levels. First, the case represents a gross abuse of British trust. The British Government — quite rightly — seeks to defend any Briton who stands accused of a capital crime abroad. Other countries may kill their own citizens if they must; where possible we try to prevent them from killing ours. But the Texan authorities made no attempt to discover Carty’s nationality when they arrested her, and the same lack of curiosity and responsibility afflicted the lawyer they appointed to represent her. Hence Britain was effectively precluded from involvement in the case until the death penalty had already been issued.
And speaking of trust, wanna tell us about that muslim slug t binmanmoohamed you rescued from Gitmo and who is now suing YOU guys? And the documents made public in spite of our intel agencies requesting otherwise. But oh no. Our guys were only trying to cover up torture. And binman isn’t even a Brit. Never ever was.
It is impossible to be certain of Carty’s innocence. But the original trial was clearly a farce. Carty faced the death penalty because her three co-defendents testified against her to avoid execution themselves. Meanwhile, Carty’s lawyer conducted a woefully inadequate defence. He talked to his client for just 15 minutes, blaming her for refusing to talk to him until he “bribed her with a bar of chocolate” — an extrememely unlikely version of events given that Carty is allergic to chocolate. It is also alleged that the lawyer neglected to visit St Kitts even though he had been granted funds by the court to do so. Had he bothered, he would have discovered that the island’s prime minister was willing to testify on Carty’s behalf.
Outrage at the nature of the legal defence provided for Carty extends far beyond critics of the death penalty. Baker Botts, a law firm that has often represented the Bush family, has taken up the case pro bono. Michael Goldberg, the defence attorney now representing Carty, is a supporter of the death penalty. He was simply appalled by the abuse of justice.
America’s execution policy is becoming a source of ridicule. Last autumn Romell Brown lay strapped to the gurney for an hour, sobbing while his executioners failed to find a suitable vein to adminster a lethal injection. In time, it is to be hoped that the United States reconsiders its outdated attitude towards justice and mercy.
More urgently, America should consider its responsibilities to its allies. When the US needs British support, it makes a great deal of the special relationship. British soldiers in Afghanistan and Iraq die every month serving the Anglo-American alliance. But friendship cuts both ways. The Supreme Court must demand a retrial. And America should remember that it owes Britain the obligations of trust as well as Carty the right of justice.
America has a responsibility to its citizens BEFORE any responsibility to you or the UK where a crime is done in our country. You don’t like it? Screw you. Go start another war with the Krauts.
America’s execution policy is becoming a source of ridicule? To whom? To anyone that counts? And even if it does. F---Off. Ridicule over the DP is not exactly the number one worry of most of us I would guess and I think I guess correctly.
Or, maybe we should follow you ass wipes at the Time and the libtard left. Sure. We can see how well the UK has done crime wise since you banished the DP
and disarmed your citizens. And turned your country over to the EU or damn near close enough.
OK, now I’m shutting this thing off.
Good night and Cheers to everyone. Except the Times. Jerks!
MONDAY MORNING
I just realized I skipped this bit when I did this post last week.
Romell Brown lay strapped to the gurney for an hour, sobbing
And we’re suppose to care about that? Hey Times idiots, anyone wonder if his victims were sobbing too?
F$~#in Jerks!

now here’s a man wid a plan and a role model for todays yoots.
I want to say something clever or funny or both. Can’t honestly think of a thing. Been at the puter all day and on the phone where we get disconnected while trying to talk to ATT. What a nightmare. Get this, when they ask me for a phone number they want a 10 digit number. HA! How’s that gonna happen when in order to call us here from the states, you would need to first dial in 5 digits even before our area code of four digits and then our 6 numbers. Making 15 in total.
And not fun when you get that one person with an accent that really doesn’t understand what ur trying to tell em. Fergit it.
Anyway ... I was about to quit for the night. I am shot. Then I saw this as I was closing. Had to share it. They never really do learn or reform. Do they? Maybe the odd one and that is odd all by itself. Still, I am tempted to buy the book. ?? Don’t know.
‘Reformed’ criminal who wrote The Art of Armed Robbery jailed - for armed robbery
By RHIANNA KING
Last updated at 7:41 PM on 26th February 2010A ‘reformed’ armed robber who penned a book on the ‘art’ of his crimes has been jailed for at least 12 years for robbing security guards while they filled cash machines.
![]()
Terry Smith, 51, describes himself as ‘Britain’s most infamous armed robber’ and wrote a book in prison titled The Art of Armed Robbery.
In the book, published in 2003, he boasted about an ‘audacious’ escape from custody and said he was responsible for some of the most daring robberies ever seen in Britain.
Despite claiming he had reformed after a previous prison sentence, Smith was jailed for at least 12 years today for planning a string of armed robberies between 2006 and 2008.
He was found guilty of conspiring to rob and conspiring to possess firearms with intent to rob after a trial at Chelmsford Crown Court.
The court heard Smith had used ‘literary research’ as a defence for the crimes.
His brother Len, 52, of Dagenham, was found not guilty of the same charges by jurors.
Both men had denied any offence.
Prosecutors alleged that the brothers were involved in attacks on security guards delivering cash to hole-in-the-wall machines in east London and Essex.
Detectives estimated that £250,000 was stolen and during a raid in 2007, at Rayleigh, Essex, commuter Adam Mapleson was shot and injured when he tried to intervene.
Mr Mapleson was gunned down by another gang member, Brian Wall, 63, who has already been jailed.
Jurors were told that Smith, of Canvey Island, Essex, had previous convictions for armed robbery and had written a series of books in prison.

Vehicle stolen but kops can not retrieve it. Why? The curse of the Travelers. Gypsies. RCOB!
Whatever name they go by they are a curse that the world would be well rid of. Wherever they settle, bad times follow. Since the west decided that genocide is a no-no their numbers of course have increased. Their numbers should be eliminated but nobody will do that, so I predict the problem will worsen with nothing constructive being done about this virus.
Time and time again these folks have caused major problems everywhere they go. They are now declared a race and bad things said against them is, yeah. racism. Woo-Fuckin-Hoo. I don’t much care what label the bleeding hearts attach to thoughts like mine. I merely react to the facts alone and the facts are, those ppl are a menace. They are professional thieves, they overrun property that often isn’t theirs, and when it is, they very often do not have permission to build on or tear up areas of green belt. But they do because firstly, they don’t give a damn, and secondly they are often allowed to get away with things the rest of the population wouldn’t dare. But just saying that makes it a ‘racist’ statement. Cool huh? It’s win, win for them every time.
You might note that although they are active in some parts of the USA and we hear about em from time to time, in the USA they do not (as far as I know) pull the same stunts they do over here. Gotta be a reason for that. Ya think?
Police tell car theft victim: ‘We’ve found your van… but it’s too dangerous to get it back from traveller camp’By DAILY MAIL REPORTER
When a market trader was told by police his stolen Mercedes van had been found, he was overjoyed.
But Christopher Sims was amazed when an officer said it had been located in a ‘no-go’ on a notorious travellers caravan site.
A police officer explained they were unable to retrieve his £1,000 vehicle - which had £1,000 worth of goods inside - because it would mean a major operation which would put officers’ lives at risk.
One officer accidentally let slip that the van is on a travellers site, The Willows, at Sandhurst, near Gloucester.
The father-of-three said: ‘She told me it is a very dangerous and volatile place for the police to go.
‘She said they would have to mount a huge operation with armed officers, dogs and helicopters and it would never be authorised by senior officers for the sake of a van worth £1,000 with another £1,000 worth of contents inside it.
‘I think it’s disgusting. It’s one law for them and one for us. I feel so frustrated and angry.’

the face of Britain’s criminal system …….. see how it doesn’t work ….
Another great example of the Labour promise.
Tough on crime. Tough on the causes of crime. Uh huh. Maybe the PM should be reading this. BTW ... why hasn’t this worthless creep been made graveyard dead after all this? Surely someone could have accidently run him down with their car. This creepy-crawly is for sure more trouble in the future.
Take a look. 100 convictions? What’s it take to convince authorities that some criminals (most in fact) choose that way of life. And it is always the law abiding taxpayer who has to pay their way. I refuse to believe that euthanasia doesn’t have a very good place in the modern world. IT DOES! And the sooner used the safer and better off society would be. In fact, had this one been hung at age 10 or 11, there would have been a few thousand (count em) a few thousand FEWER crimes caused by this useless bastard. So then, what’s he get now? Read on.
Teenager with more than 100 convictions turned town into ‘UK break-in capital’
By JAMES TOZERMichael Craig has been blamed by police for turning his hometown of Burnley into the burglary capital of Britain
Their town has been burdened with the unfortunate tag of the burglary capital of Britain.
But the residents of Burnley are likely to sleep more soundly after a serial offender responsible for a large chunk of the crimes was locked up yesterday.
![]()
Michael Craig has committed 101 break-ins and other offences. Police say the 19-year-old is a key reason for the town’s unwanted title - and could be behind many more unsolved crimes.
Burnley has more burglaries per head of population than any other town or city in the country, with 2,154 in only a year, the Home Office revealed earlier this month.
Craig has regularly been committing crimes since stealing a car when he was just ten.
His record ranges from theft to public order offences as well as shoplifting, breach of an Asbo, affray, criminal damage, attempted robbery and common assault. The latest string of offences began only four weeks after he was freed 12 months early from a two-and-a-half year jail term for what a judge described as a ‘frightening’ campaign of burglaries.
He soon broke into an 88-year-old woman’s home and stole her television as she slept, and later slashed the tyres of a witness after she called the police.
The pensioner, who lived alone, had been badly shaken up, felt vulnerable and had told police it would take her a long time to recover, prosecutor Sarah Statham told Burnley Crown Court.
Craig also broke into a local college three times to steal equipment including overhead projectors.
Finally he was arrested hiding in the roof space of a house and admitted a catalogue of crimes to fund a drug habit.
A police source said: ‘It’s very pleasing to see Craig get locked up but I’m sure it won’t be long before he’s reoffending again when he gets out.
‘The fact is he an absolute menace who has been a blight on the town for years. Even though he had over 100 convictions at the age of 19 it wouldn’t surprise if it was just the tip of the iceberg.
‘When the Home Office burglary figures came out a few people did wonder whether Craig had a hand in it. The figures certainly went down dramatically when we arrested him.’
Craig admitted two charges of burglary, one of criminal damage and asked for 14 further offences to be considered.
This took his total number of convictions to the staggering 101.
The judge, Recorder Andrew Long, told him he had an ‘appalling’ criminal record and jailed him for three years.

the UK. tough on crime. tough on the causes of crime. yeah right. psst. hey. wanna buy a bridge?
There was something in the papers recently that said there had been as many as 80,000 criminals on early release and a large number of re-offenders among them. Which came as no surprise to many. Day after day it’s the same old story. Many with unpronounceable names btw, the result of immigration out of control. Or no. Wait. Not so out of control because it’s also being reported that the govt. (under Labour) has intentionally flooded these shores with ppl from other places in order to make England more “multi-cultural.” The govt. also tried to release and then thought better of it, a document accusing people of racism who were critical of immigration. You could not make that up. I’ll try and find the article. This place has gone bananas under the present government over the last 12 or 13 yrs.
Things do not look like they will get any better or change too much under a conserv. govt. People hope things will change but the polls are reporting the con numbers slipping. I just can’t imagine the folks here returning the left Labour Party to power.
A member of the robbery gang that killed a shop manager was on police bail for a previous fatal stabbing,
The Times
He took part in the deadly raid at a Matalan store five months after knifing a teenager during a mobile phone robbery.
Jamie Simpson, a popular shop manager, 33, was stabbed in the neck with a 10in kitchen knife during the botched Matalan raid in March 2008.
He was at large for 15 months, during which time he took part in the killing of Mr Simpson as well as being caught with a knife, cannabis, crack cocaine and heroin, before finally being charged in January last year over the earlier death.
The full extent of his violent criminal history, which began at the age of 14, was kept from the jury in the Simpson case.
Yesterday the Matalan gang were convicted: Kobina Essel — known as “Aggro”, 19, of east London, was found guilty of murder while Maina, of Canning Town, east London, and Randy Osei-Owusu, 17, of Poplar, east London, as well as Simeon Jumah, 25, were found guilty of manslaughter.

AUTHORITIES FIND SOFT PENALTIES PRODUCE MORE CRIME. ? YA DON’T SAY. WHO’DA GUESSED?
In a comment on another post Rich K said this is a Bizzaro world. Yeah. It most definitely is that.
For example, all sorts of ppl are holding all sorts of events in aid for Haiti. Kate Moss broke down in tears and couldn’t contain herself as a dress she had that was designed by that fellow who recently topped himself, sold at auction for Haiti aid for, £100,000. You can work out the dollar amount. $1.54 to the £1.00. For a dress. It was bought by her business partner. At least I think he is. I’m pretty certain he is. I wonder if he’ll return it to her. ??
Then, there there was this.
David Walliams and James Corden kiss to raise money for Haiti earthquake victims at Naomi Campbell’s Fashion for Relief show.
Two guys mouth to mouth to raise money? The photo was stomach churning. Disgusting, no kidding. Who gives to a charity just coz two loony tunes do that?
If a cause is worthy, why would it take two guys doing disgusting things to induce someone to donate? And even on a scale that doesn’t involve the bizarre or sickening, why would someone riding a bike or walking or running for some charity, induce anyone to give anything? I read about silly make up the event to raise money in the local weekly amateur paper. Bobby Jones age 11 walks two miles for ,,,, (pick a charity). Alice Smith rides her bike for Haiti aid.
It always seems so artificial. Maybe it’s just me but I think those events are a bit stagey and dumb.
And then we have ...... ta-da BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!
Young criminals who escape with soft community punishments such as building bird boxes go on to commit more than 100,000 extra crimes each year, figures show.
By Tom Whitehead, Home Affairs Editor
Juvenile offenders handed community-based penalties instead of custody were responsible for more than 650,000 further offences over just six years.
It meant teenage and child criminals who were dealt with lightly for one offence then accounted for one in every 50 of the 33 million crimes recorded by police between 2002 and early 2008.
The “Making Good” programme has already seen young criminals being left to build bird boxes or make badges as part of their “punishment”.
Activities under other schemes have previously included creating costumes for the Notting Hill carnival.
Analysis by the Conservatives on MoJ reoffending figures estimates some 667,073 crimes were committed by children aged ten to 17 who had previously been given a community-based punishment.

MOM TELLS SON, STOP STEALLING CARS OR YOU’LL DIE. SON IGNORES AND BECOMES CRISPY CRITTER.
You ever get the feeling that kids and especially us guys, need to pay more attention to what mom says?
This jerk and his pals should have listened to mom. But all is okay as the world is now minus four gremlins.
Of course the gremlins were turned into crispy critters when their stolen car crashed on, Killinghall Road. Damn. Hows that for irony?
I might file this under humor. Think about it. One of the moms knew for weeks her offspring was a thief, she didn’t turn him in and now he’s well done. lol.
‘Stop stealing cars or you’ll get killed’: Mother’s stark warning to joyrider hours before he died in fireball crash with three friends

Last updated at 4:10 PM on 16th February 2010Four young men who were killed when the stolen car they were driving crashed into a takeaway and exploded had been warned by their parents to stop joyriding, an inquest heard today.
James McClusky, 21, Craig James, 17, Robert Lynn, 16, and Thomas Tilleard, 15, all from Bradford, West Yorkshire, died when the stolen Subaru Impreza crashed while being chased by police in the early hours of December 11, 2008.
Officers used fire extinguishers in a vain attempt to save those engulfed in the blaze - caused when a gas main cracked in the chip shop in Killinghall Road in the Laisterdyke area of Bradford.
The building collapsed in the aftermath of the crash at around 4.35am.
Family statements read out at the inquest at Bradford Magistrates’ Court revealed the young men had a history of car theft.
Linda Tilleard, mother of Thomas, said the last time she saw her son was hours before the tragedy.
The ONLY tragedy here is the damage to the building. See link.
When he came to her house to get something to eat, she said: ‘Craig and Robert had acted as lookouts while Thomas ate because the police had been looking for him in relation to a previous car theft.’
In a witness statement read out in court, she said she had warned Craig about the dangers of joyriding.
She said: ‘I spoke to Craig. He told me they had stolen a Subaru motor car.
‘I replied to him, saying: “Keep out of the cars, you will get yourselves killed.” I had been telling them all that for weeks.’

One of the country’s most senior police officers, a ‘criminal in uniform’, is jailed
All in the name of diversity and political correctness and a FEAR of being called racist, the dept. advanced a totally crooked cop, a disgrace to the uniform and the service. This was an officer who came very close to becoming England’s top cop.
He has been investagated over a period of years and every time has beaten off his accusers by using the race card.
He has even brought official charges against superiors using race discrimination.
The force was afraid. How fuckin pathetic. He is Iranian born .... he isn’t black but was head of the black officer’s assoc. ?
He is sitting on a possible million pound retirement pension.
He was promoted to commander, equivalent in rank to a provincial assistant chief constable, despite performing poorly in interview and Yard chiefs being warned by the Serious Organised Crime Agency of concerns about his conduct.
Police authority officials had wanted to sack him in a fast-track process last spring but backed down amid fears he would sue for racism - allowing the £90,000-a-year officer to stay suspended on full pay for a further nine months.

‘He knew where he could push the boundaries, and how to use the Met’s fears of appearing racist to make it difficult to investigate him,
Wiretaps revealed unauthorised links with a number of foreign embassies.
His bosses limply played along as he shamelessly played the race card . . .
Further diplomatic concerns touched directly on national security.
He had contacts with senior staff in the Iranian Embassy and sometimes drove a Liberian Embassy car with diplomatic plates.
He dominated and poisoned race relations within the Metropolitan Police.
His public face was that of human rights champion and defender of fellow ethnic-minority officers against prejudiced white colleagues. Dizaei felt their pain. After all, wasn’t he the most unfairly persecuted ‘black’ policeman of them all?
In fact, he was simply a self-serving crook; clever conman, bully, playboy, womanising misogynist, serial litigant and liar, who hijacked the issue of race and used it for his own ends.
Under his presidency the National Black Police Association became a useful tool against those who dared cross him.
One of the most telling moments in his trial was a witness’s account of how the ‘Teflon Commander’ had shouted at him: ‘Do you know who I am? I’m Ali Dizaei. Back off!’
And back off they did, shamefully. Successive Met commissioners, home secretaries and independent police watchdogs were too nervous to take him on because of the race storm he would invoke.
Dizaei grew up in Tehran, where his father and grandfather were both senior police commanders. At ten he was sent to boarding school in England, later studied law and in 1986 joined Thames Valley Police.
He was fast-tracked through the junior ranks but his abrasive personality, self-promotion and readiness to find offence were already an issue with colleagues and public alike.
In 1999 he applied to become a superintendent in the neighbouring Metropolitan Police. Britain’s biggest force was in turmoil, damned as ‘institutionally racist’ by the Macpherson Report into the bungled investigation of the murder of black teenager Stephen Lawrence by a gang of white thugs.
The Met needed more senior black officers. Dizaei was accepted even though Deputy Assistant Commissioner Barbara Wilding described him after his interview as the most rude and arrogant man she had ever met.
Alas, Commissioner Sir Paul Condon was in no position to be choosy. Dizaei, with a PhD newly awarded for a thesis ‘The Thin Black Line’ on - yes - police racism, was in.
Once, when he was questioned by a senior white colleague, he replied: ‘You can’t tell me what to do.’ ‘But I’m your boss,’ said the startled superior.
‘I have only one boss and that is Allah,’ snapped Dizaei, piously.
When a women he was dating discovered he was married and tried to break with him, police recorded this exchange, and this is not even the half of it.
‘You want war, bitch, you’re going to get some war. You will see now what I can do so you will cry for years. First I will start with your family, then I come to you and your reputation. I will spread all over London that you are a prostitute.’
You ain’t read nothin’ yet. Here’s MORE A LOT MORE.

terror attacks by herding civilians …. ROP … as practised by mass killers.
I don’t think much of the ppl in that part of the world. They’re ignorant, they’re filthy and I want no part of them. I especially want no part of their dark age religion. But this photo and the story that goes along with it kinda rattles my cage. Ya have to feel sorry for that kid. So now, no mother. What happens to her? And who treats her emotional shock? What most likely will happen in time and not too much of that, she’ll be married off and you can guess the rest.
Hell of a great religion those folks enjoy huh?
I’d seriously like to know why it is these mass freeken murderers are referred to as “militants” as though they’re part of some freedom fighting unit or have some vague legitimacy. They are butchers plain and simple and I’ll repeat again what I’ve said before. They enjoy their work. They like killing and now they have a religion to hide behind or at least make the bogus claim they are doing their god’s work. What crap. Even they know better. This is their version of Monday Night Football. They get off on it. Worse yet, someway, somehow we (the west) will be blamed. The excuse being of course that we invaded muslim lands yadda, yadda. And the wimpy hand wringers on the left will make the case that it’s all Bush’s fault and evil America, blah, blah. And idiots on college campuses will join in while behind the scenes, the mass killers snicker and plan the next atrocity.
I feel sorry for the poor kid here. She is an innocent, for now. Another scenario. The bastards will convince her that she should become a suicide bomber to avenge her mother. That’s not out of the question as we already know they have used kids. The cruel side of me says good. They won’t breed. But I know how uncivilized that is. It puts me on their level. I don’t like that feeling.
Grief of young girl who survived one suicide bomb… only to see her mother die in second attack at hospital where they were supposed to be safe
By Mail Foreign Service
Her bloody face twisted in a cry of despair and fear, a young girl cradles the body of her mother in the middle of a Karachi road.
She can’t stop staring at the mess of her mother’s intestines, spilled out along the smoking, debris-strewn street.
Her eyes are dead with shock. They were supposed to be safe.
![]()
The pair had already survived one bombing in Pakistan today. They were at a hospital in Karachi, being treated for their wounds, when a suicide bomber blew himself up right in the middle of the ambulances.
The blast blew clothes and sandals off nearby victims. Ten people, including the mother, died as plume of white smoke rose over the hospital.
They had been deliberately targeted by militants, who knew that survivors from the first attack would be taken to the Jinnah hospital.
The cruelty of the sick ‘herding’ tactic by militants is breathtaking.

Armed bank robber enveloped by hot pink smoke as security dye explodes following cash raidBy Daily Mail Reporter
Last updated at 7:56 AM on 05th February 2010This is the moment a bank robber’s plans went up in a puff of bright red smoke.
The raider, who held a knife to the throat of a customer paying in money and shouted at the female bank teller to hand over cash, had clearly not accounted for the hot pink security dye in the cash bag exploding.
Rather than blending into the crowds as he ran down Bedford High Street after committing the crime, the tuxedo-wearing armed raider was followed by a trail of hot pink smoke.
But despite the obvious luminous cloud hanging over his head the smartly-dressed criminal managed to evade armed police and escape the scene with the cash.

SOME COMMENTS FROM FOLKS WITH STRONG VIEWS ON THE SUBJECT.
If he say sorry does he get Kompensation and get to keep the money?
- toto kubwa, Cyprus, 05/2/2010 10:03
Despite police being on the scene, this man covered in a cloud of pink smoke walks calmly past CCTV cameras, which are unable to provide a picture that could identify him, and makes his getaway. The only thing thats missing is an unmanned drone to give him a lift home.
- Paul, Rochester UK, 05/2/2010 11:05
No doubt he will now be suing the bank for embarassing him and covering him in pink dye.
And knowing this country, he will win a large payout!

Guilty Verdict
One hour ago:
WICHITA, Kan. — Jury deliberations have begun in the trial of the man accused of killing a Kansas abortion provider. The jury is considering whether Scott Roeder is guilty of premeditated first-degree murder in Dr. George Tiller’s death.
Roeder’s lawyers on Thursday failed to make a case for a lesser charge of voluntary manslaughter. The judge also refused to allow the jury to consider a second-degree murder conviction.
Roeder has said he killed Tiller to protect unborn children.
If convicted of first-degree murder, the 51-year-old faces a mandatory sentence of life imprisonment with the possibility of parole after 25 years. Prosecutors could later ask the judge to impose a so-called “Hard 50” sentence, which would require him to serve at least 50 years before he can be considered for parole.
Sentencing will be on March 9th.
I’m not going to say something trite about “taking the law into your own hands” because the law has always been in the people’s hands. But law is one thing, and being judge, jury, and in this case executioner is quite another.
Even if you are a staunch opponent to abortion you would have to be unhinged to believe that Roeder’s actions were justified. Same goes for clinic bombing, although we haven’t seen much, if any, of that since 9/11. Arrest those who break the laws. If laws exist that you don’t like, do what you can to change the laws. If you can’t change the laws, even after 37 years of effort, then maybe you should reconsider your viewpoint; you simply do not have enough other people who agree with you to make the changes that you want.
Reporting from Wichita, Kan. - In a trial that never became the referendum on abortion that some abortion foes wanted, Scott Roeder, a 51-year-old airport shuttle driver, was convicted today of murdering George Tiller, one the nation’s few physicians who performed late-term abortions.
The jury of seven men and five women deliberated for only 37 minutes. Roeder faces life in prison after being convicted of first-degree murder.
Roeder also was convicted on two counts of aggravated assault for threatening to shoot church ushers Keith Martin and Gary Hoepner as he fled Reformation Lutheran Church after murdering Tiller.
Whether Roeder shot Tiller at point-blank range in the forehead at Tiller’s church in Wichita last May was never at issue; Roeder had admitted it to reporters, in court filings and finally to a jury on Thursday. He also said he had been stalking Tiller since at least 1999.
“I have never seen a state’s case and a defense case that so neatly dovetail,” said prosecutor Anne Swegle, noting that Roeder admitted systematically stalking Tiller before calmly approaching him in church, pressing a gun to his forehead and firing a .22-caliber slug into his brain. “He was totally remorseless in delivering to you his version of events,” Swegle told the jury.
Roeder, the only witness called by the defense, said he felt relief after shooting Tiller on May 31. After the murder, he drove toward Kansas City, stopping for a pizza along the way.
Roeder had wanted to claim the crime was justifiable homicide, based on his belief that abortion—in every case—is murder. But Sedgwick County Judge Warren Wilbert said he could not claim he acted out of necessity. Abortion rights groups became alarmed when Roeder’s attorneys asked the judge to allow the jury to consider convicting Roeder of voluntary manslaughter. At the end of testimony Thursday, Wilbert ruled that the jury could only consider premeditated, first-degree murder.

Not that very many people ever read this far down, but this blog was the creation of Allan Kelly and his friend Vilmar. Vilmar moved on to his own blog some time ago, and Allan ran this place alone until his sudden and unexpected death partway through 2006. We all miss him. A lot. Even though he is gone this site will always still be more than a little bit his. We who are left to carry on the BMEWS tradition owe him a great debt of gratitude, and we hope to be able to pay that back by following his last advice to us all:

Oh, and here's some kind of visitor flag counter thingy. Hey, all the cool blogs have one, so I should too. The Visitors Online thingy up at the top doesn't count anything, but it looks neat. It had better, since I paid actual money for it.
