Typical Edu-Crats

Bureaucrats are enamored of new “systems” to make their jobs easier or better (but usually cost a hell of a lot more than the old do nothing of the sort.) Edu-crats are cut from the same cloth.

Except their “systems” involve young children.

In the UK some are saying Black kids should be taught separately from Whites.

So here we go full circle again right into segregation.

When will these morons begin to understand that you can throw millions of dollars at a new system, spend BILLIONS of dollars pretending to implement that system and never really understand that a kid learns better when teachers have direct control of the classroom, that parents MUST be held responsible for their little hellions’ actions and the “board of education” needs to mean more than a dozen or so imbeciles sitting around a table.

Oh, and for those who do not have parents ore responsible parents?  Simple:  bring back the reform school.  Physical discipline, restrictions, bread and water diets for infractions, etc.

More On Education

Speaking of hypocrisy and a classic example of the pot calling the kettle black, LaShawn Barber has an excellent piece about a liberal who criticizes conservatives for being against public schools but as soon as HER kid hits first grade she yanks him out of a P.S. saying:

“I’ve just got to the point where, ‘Sorry guys, I need what’s best for my kids and there’s a school that’s two miles away that offers all those things I want.’ ”

What happens when you have some of the best schools in the district, incredibly high numbers of college acceptance, and some of the best SAT scores in the nation?

Well, chances are you live in a swanky neighborhood and tax revenues are HUGE.

But remember one thing:  when government is in charge, taxation will always be high. And corruption higher still.

To the tune of over 11 MILLION DOLLARS to fund trips, autos, houses, etc.

The State Of Our Universities

Go to any college campus and check out their curriculum:  Africa Studies, Minority Studies, Eastern European Advances Studies, Feminine Studies, Middle East Religions and Salvation, Underwater Basket Weaving, Poetry and the Anti-War Movement Studies, Menstruation and the American Male Studies, etc.  But try and count how many departments there are that specialize in celebrating the advances we’ve benefited from in Western Civilizations.  Hell, try to find a Western Civilization department at all!  If you do it will be tiny---because universities and colleges HATE America and what it and its partners in Europe have done for this planet over the past hundreds of years.

So it should come as no surprise that when some administrators at UNC Chapel Hill entered in talks with a foundation to establish a Western Cultures program they were protested by saying:

“recent curriculum revision revealed no need for more emphasis in Western studies.”

Of course not!  It might shine a light on their hatred, hypocrisy and bias!

emo to all middle school guys: Guys, I know you all want to find out what this “sex” thing is all about and you’ve probably been reading in the news about all those hot, blonde teachers around the country who are having sex with their students. I know you’re hot for teacher and just can’t wait to lose your cherry. However, a word of caution is in order here. Take it from an old fart who has been around quite a bit .... if your teacher looks like the picture on the left here, keep your zipper zipped and if you do manage to play “hide the salami” with something that looks like this .... keep your mouth shut. Got that?

What’s Wrong With Education?

ry this on for size.  Teachers in California (natch!) are pissed off at not having gotten raises so they quit doing a lot of what they used to do.  I can understand of the extra-curricular stuff (but hell they got themselves in THAT mess by voluntarily doing those things anyway!)

But to stop handing out homework and deprive kids of a good education is tantamount to doing what those ATC assholes when Reagan was in office---and for which they all got summarily fired.

I wonder if Governor AH-Nold will look at firing these asswipes.

A Native American View

f you’d like to read a Native American professor’s view of Chief Ward “Shitting Bull” Churchill (yes, I stole it from Emperor Misha and I hope he does not send the Imperial Storm Troopers to kill me for it) see this piece.

While you’re at it, go visit David Yeagley’s site, Bad Eagle where he has a couple of good articles about this fraud, Chief “Shitting Bull” Churchill.  While you’re at it, read the guy’s bio. WOW!

Let’s stay with Chief Wad-ass Shitting Bull for a moment or so longer.

Reader Terry brings up a couple of things worth mentioning.  Read it for yourselves:

Two names that keep popping up throughout the Ward Churchill theater of the absurd are Michael Bellesiles and Joseph Ellis.  Both are academics that were censured for taking liberties with the truth.  Sound familiar?

Michael Bellesiles was a professor of history at Emory who wrote an historical account of firearms and their use in the early years of America.  From the beginning it was hotly disputed.  Bellesiles eventually resigned in disgrace because his scholarship was declared “unprofessional and misleading”.

Linked....is a summary of the Bellesiles story published in the WSJ. See if the excerpt in italics sounds familiar to what is playing out right now, today, in the Churchill saga.

Yes, the spokesmen for the opposing interest groups threw themselves into the fray. But soon the real split became one within academia. It pitted those who cared about scholarly integrity against those who were happy to ignore, or promote, Mr. Bellesiles’s shoddy, perhaps fraudulent, work if it helped their political agenda.

Another name that pops up is Joseph Ellis.  Joseph Ellis, a professor at Holyoke, was given one year leave w/o pay for lying about his war record in Vietnam.  You may recall one of the allegations presently pending against Ward Churchill is that he lied about his service in Vietnam.  WC claimed to be a real snake eater, special ops, Rambo type. His record indicates he was a clerk/typist in the motor pool.

Churchill Update

ard Churchill is back in the news and I do not like it one bit.

We start with a FrontPage piece by Jacob Laksin where he lists all the supporters of this verminous piece of shit.  It will not surprise you to see that many of them are professors, too, seemingly caught up in that vicious circle of victimization and righteous indignation that the right are persecuting this asswipe.

Never does it enter their tiny little brains that he is a fraud, a charlatan, a snake-oil salesman, a liar and a thief.

Mr. Laksin also goes on to list other organizations not tied to academia (but just as leftist) who support this fraud.

Next, in some VERY disturbing news, we find that CU is thinking of “buying” this SOB out!!!!! With numbers like $10,000,000 being floated around!

FUCK!!!!  How WRONG is that?  What message is sent?  Do these regent asshats need to have a picture drawn for them?

Thanks to various readers and Michelle Malkin, too, I found this post about the FRAUDULENT, VILE, PIECE OF SHIT Wardass Churchill selling his paintings as originals when they are nothing more than copies of copyrighted art for which he does not have a license.  (don’t forget to click on the video link to watch this SOB strike out at reporters.)

If this fuck is able to keep his job then I will not know what to think about American academics.

I wonder how long before EBay pulls it?  After all, they are fraudulently represented as Native American art when he admitted he is not NA and federal law says you can not pawn yourself off as NA to sell things.

Education…Is It Coming Down To This?

I almost shit when I read that Tampa Bay Bucs cheerleaders put on a show at one of our local elementary schools, politically correctly named using an Indian term, Chocachatti (which I call Choke a Chicken).

You, alert readers that you are, may be wondering, “I give, Vilmar?  Why are we wasting taxpayer dollars bringing cheerleaders to an elementary school?”

AHA!!  See, I knew you were smart!

With FCATs looming over public schools like a starved albatross over a Boston fish market, educators are straining to finesse students into a Zen-like state that hovers between utter carelessness and mortal terror.

Can you FUCKING believe it?  Cheerleaders were at the school in order to lower the level of stress on the “poor widdle chilluns” because they have to take a test.

WHAT PURE UNADULTERATED BULLSHIT!!!

I’ll bet every male teacher found an excuse to leave his classroom, though!

For those that are not familiar with it, FCAT is a test given to several different year groups of kids to determine their English and math skill proficiency.  It’s no wonder the article states that teachers and kids dread it.

Can’t have any measurable way to determine if kids are learning, can we?  And the teachers?  Of course they dread it.  Their jobs are on the line---and they should be.

Ward Churchill Back In The News

Well!!!  AssWard spoke at a group in Colorado yesterday and his ass sucking minions were there giving him standing Os even after he FINALLY ADMITTED he is not an Indian (the woo-woo type, not the dot-on-the-forehead type.)

In further good news, it appears that out-of-state enrollment in CU is down 19%. Oh happy day!  Good, those sons of bitches in the board of regents deserve to have this happen to them for allowing this fraud to continue teaching for so long.

Of course, the spin form the politically correct crowd is that enrollment is down due to “the soft economy and big increases in tuition.”

What a bunch of pathetic losers!

I hope the school folds.

We Must Not Be Getting The Whole Story Here

Surely this kid was some troublemaker from way past.  Maybe he assaulted other kids.  Maybe he sexually harassed teachers.  When you think about it though, in today’s politically correct climate, none of the aforementioned offenses ARE grounds for dismissal.

But shoot a rubber band at a teacher? HEAVENS!!! 

And the clarion cry goes out from academia to all barking moonbats:

“Expel him immediately!!!!”

“He must like guns!!!!!”

“He’s an extreme right winger!”

“Why, he’ll be making guns from pieces of wood next!  He’ll be drawing pictures of cowboys shooting Injuns!  KICK HIM OUT!”

“WE MUST PROTECT THE OTHER CHILDREN!!!!”

Let’s Not Forget Ward

Numbnuts is back on BMEWS because I’ve found a couple of other articles about him.

They say you should always follow the money to get to the bottom of a story.  Joel Mowbry has done some of that “following” in this article.

Recall that Churchill wrote a book titled, “On the Justice of Roosting Chickens.” This is his book where he glorifies the terrorists and calls those who died on 9-11 as “little Eichmanns.”

For writing this drivel he:

“earned honorable mention for a human rights award from the Gustavus Myers Center in Boston—the third time the group had so honored the embattled professor.”

Don’t you love how they say he is “embattled?”

Read the article to see where the Myer Center gets its millions and millions of dollars.

In more Churchill news the Rocky Mountain News details how Numbnuts got tenure 6 years ahead of other professors. And the Board of Regents is still having meetings trying to decide if he should be fired?  His lies are what got his tenure.  Therefore it’s simple to me:  fire him for lying.

Political Correctness Goes Awry At Our Universities

Rutgers apparently feels they need to tell businesses what names they can give their sandwiches.

Some students were “offended” (see the counseling rant below) that sandwiches had names denigrating women, homosexuals, and minorities.

What I want to know is, “what were some of those names?”

Faggot fries?
Dyke burgers?
Muff burgers?
Chink cherry pies?
Fat bastard chili?
Titty tarts?

Curious minds need to know.  If anyone has time to go buzzing over to the Rutgers University site and scope this out I’d appreciate it.
