Wealthy Middle-Eastern drivers descend on the capital in their supercars every summer and have even been the subject of a Channel 4 documentary, Millionaire Boy Racers, which showed angry residents saying their driving style was ruining the area for locals.

The Al-Thani family are renowned for their wacky supercars and hit the headlines three years ago when their blue Lamborghini and Koenigseggs were clamped outside Harrods.

The Lamborghini Aventador is one of the world’s fastest supercars.

It is powered by a 6.5-litre V12 engine which gives a 0-62mph time of 2.9 seconds and a top speed of 217mph.

Pamela Geller and Robert Spencer barred from multikulture pol.correct uk

A comment made at the mail by a reader as follows.

10 years ago I would never have believed that a conservative government in power would be supporting so many leftish and liberal policies. There is no hope for this country anymore.

- Mike , Oxford, 27/6/2013

So what made him come to this conclusion?

Maybe it was this.

Just another sign of the times.

Far-right U.S. bloggers banned from entering the UK to attend rally in response to beheading of British soldier by Islamic extremists

Conservative bloggers Pamela Geller and Robert Spencer were denied access to the UK for a rally they intended to speak at.

The Home Office said their presence in the country would not be ‘conductive to the public good’

By Ashley Collman

Two conservative American bloggers who were planning on speaking at a right-wing rally in the UK this weekend, will not be allowed to enter the country.

Pamela Geller and Robert Spencer are the founders of the anti-Muslim group Stop Islamization of America and they run the website Jihad Watch.

Both were planning on speaking at an English Defence League march Saturday in Woolwich, but the Home Office has barred them from traveling to the UK.

The two have been banned on the basis that their presence would bot be ‘conductive to the public good.’

In letters sent to Geller and Spencer, the Home Department explains that it can expel, deport, or deny entry to any non-UK national who violates the British government’s ‘Unacceptable Behavior’ policy.

The Home Office explained their decision to The Guardian: ‘We can confirm that Pamela Geller and Robert Spencer are subject to an exclusion decision...We condemn all those whose behaviors and views run counter to our shared values and will not stand for extremism in any form.’

Shared values?  Translated that means almost anything that opposes the programs sponsored by the left.

Matthew Collins of the anti-extremism group Hope Not Hate was ‘absolutely delighted’ by the decision to ban the bloggers.

‘These two are among some of the most extreme anti-Muslim activists in the world. They’ve nothing to contribute to life in this country...They only wanted to come here and help the EDL stir up more trouble. Britain doesn’t need more hate even just for a few days.’

Both Geller and Spencer took to their blogs to voice their outrage over the decision.

Spencer explained that he and Geller planned to lay a wreath at the memorial to British solider Lee Rigby, who was recently beheaded by jihadists in Woolwich.

‘But it is not conducive to the public good in Britain to oppose Jihad violence and Islamic supremacism,’ Spencer wrote.

‘In not allowing us into the country solely because of our true and accurate statements about Islam, the British government is behaving like a de facto Islamic state. The nation that gave the world the Magna Carta is dead,’ Geller wrote.

Geller pointed out on The Blaze that she hadn’t been charged or convicted of any crime.

‘I became a writer and activist in the wake of 911. For this I am banned. I shed no tears. I am banned from Mecca, too,’ Geller said.

Tommy Robinson, the EDL leader, was also outraged, saying the decision was ‘embarrassing for this so-called land of democracy and freedom of speech.’

Rural Life

So I went and got my chest X-ray. The radiologist is just a couple miles away, right on our local North-South county highway. It’s not a wooded area, but it is adjacent to a good sized farm on the back end of the Exxon-Mobile corporate park. A housing development backs up to their parking lot, and in front we’ve got the town traffic court and Sheriff’s office, with the poor recruits out doing PT in the parking lot on this hot and sweaty day.

So I go in the driveway, and see two deer chewing away on the lawn. Nothing special there; deer are like lawn ornaments around here. Everybody has half a dozen.

Get the X-ray. It’s easy. Except they made me wear pasties. WTH? Little stick on nipple covers. Beats me, but whatever.

All done, I walk out the door. And come to a dead stop. There’s a bear in the parking lot.

Ok, he wasn’t quite in the parking lot, he’s moseying along the back fence under the trees. But it was a bear. A black bear. And while he wasn’t BearZilla, he wasn’t a little cub. His back was as high as the bottom of the driver’s window of a Tacoma 4x4 pickup. About 4 feet, maybe 4 1/4? I’d guess about 350lb, but I’m no bear judge. His ears looked tiny, so I knew it wasn’t a cub, and he had some white fur alongside his nose. An adult. So I just stood there for a few seconds, not moving. And he snuffled his way along. At which point I veeeeery smoothly got in my car, quietly closed the door, and decided (heat be damned!) that, yeah, I think I’ll roll up the windows. And lock the doors.  A little frightening, a bit unusual, but really nothing that out of the ordinary around here. I’m living in Wild Kingdom.

Wikipedia and other web sources of ... the bear facts ... somehow don’t take NJ and eastern PA into account. “The typical black bear, Ursus americanus americanus, is typically 150-300lb”. Yeah right. And every year, hunters bag ‘em right on the other side of the border, weighing in around 600, 700, 800lbs. We grow our bears extra large. As big as a sofa, chest high, with claws on. But mellow. That’s a Jersey bear.

I keep saying that I’m never going to leave the house without one of my digital cameras, but somehow I always do. One of these days, I’ll actually get pictures of all the crazy stuff around here, from the fighting deer to the blimps doing a turn around right overhead to the hot air balloonists landing in the back yard to the pair of nested red-tailed hawks having aerial skirmishes with a big flight of turkey buzzards. And our Peeping Tom Cat, a scrubby little moggy who comes by every day or so and sits outside the kitchen slider, staring at us like we owe him money or something.

All Aboard The Medical Express

Went back to the doctor today, came away with reference to make appointments with 3 other docs and to go get a chest X-ray. Got poked, prodded, and stuck with needles.

OMG, the office is staffed with children. My PA couldn’t have been 28. The assistant I think was maybe 20. OMG, SFC. She just radiated youthful innocence. So sweet. And she was teaching the nursing student who did my blood samples. Lucky me I’m the easiest person in the world to stick. Mr. Veins, that’s me.

Okay.

Made all my appointments like a good boy.

Am off to get the X-ray now. They got me in ASAP, which is nice. It’s not any kind of emergency, they just had an opening.

Then maybe I can have breakfast? I did the 12 hour fasting thing, and I’ve only been back here long enough to make those phone calls, and now I’m off to the radiologist.

Maybe the BBQ ribs place next door to the X-ray shop does lunch. I think I deserve some smoked pork products at this point.

justice and fair play as seen thru crossed eyes of euro-pee on court. jerks!

I brought this bit of lunacy to your attention last year.
Here’s an update.

The short of it is that a european court has the authority to rule on how Brits run the criminal system here.

Just once I wish the govt. here would tell the euros to go and do something anatomically impossible.  I guess we’ll see shortly.

And look at that smiling sack of poo shown here.  Lets hope his cancer when he gets it, is painful and long.

Thousands of convicts denied their human right to vote in line for £5,000 payouts… (7,624.24 USD) thanks to a European court ruling

A ‘gang of lawyers’ are ‘trawling’ for claims by current and former prisoners
Courts could award each inmate £1,000 for every election ‘missed’
It follows 2005 Strasbourg ruling in favour of axe-killer John Hirst

By Jack Doyle

Tens of thousands of prisoners are in line for compensation of £5,000 each because they have been denied the ‘human right’ to vote, MPs were told yesterday.

image

A ‘gang of lawyers’ was ‘trawling’ for claims by current and former prisoners on the back of a 2005 European Court of Human Rights judgment, a Parliamentary committee heard.

One eminent QC said the courts could be ‘bound’ to award each inmate £1,000 for every election ‘missed’ since the controversial 2005 Strasbourg ruling in favour of axe-killer John Hirst.

It found by banning him from the polls, Britain had breached his right to participate in the democratic process.

In the seven years since, about 650,000 new inmates have been imprisoned in England and Wales.

In that period the court has reaffirmed its judgment several times, despite MPs voting overwhelmingly against changing the law.

Prisoners serving long sentences may have missed general elections in 2005 and 2010.

Some may also be able to claim for local elections, the 2009 European Parliament elections – and even last year’s Police and Crime Commissioner polls.

Tory peer Edward Faulks QC believes payouts to inmates were likely even if they had never bothered to vote in elections in the past.

He told MPs on the Joint Committee on the Draft Voting Eligibility (Prisoners) Bill: ‘The courts will be bound to award damages to those deprived of the vote, whether they have voted before or not.’

Asked by former prisons minister Crispin Blunt if the figure would be £1,000 per election, he said: ‘It may be something of that sort.’ He said it was ‘inevitable’ payments would be backdated to 2005. ‘I suspect there will be an award of damages,’ he said.

Ministers would be likely to fight any claims. They are also resisting demands from Strasbourg that the law be changed. David Cameron has said the idea of giving prisoners the vote makes him ‘sick’.

To assuage the court, ministers have drawn up a draft Bill which offers MPs the choice of sticking with the existing ban, or giving votes to prisoners who are serving less than six months or less than four years behind bars.

The Bill is being considered by the joint committee and will be put to a vote of the House of Commons – which recently rejected by an overwhelming margin any change in the arrangements.

A gang of lawyers are trawling for claims. The word is not ‘gang’! The collective noun for a group of lawyers is a plague! And it needs eradicating.

Hit The Road Gypos

I can’t believe I’m stealing a march on Peiper, and getting in a UK Gypsies story before he does.

Romanian squatters finally evicted in dawn raid

image

Dozens of Romanian immigrants were evicted from a former football club in London in a dawn raid today by police, Border Agency and local council officials.

A total of 68 people who had been living on the former Hendon Football Club site in north west London were roused while they slept in what resembled a ‘shanty town’ at the site and told to leave.

The squatters, said to be Romanian, were offered free flights home if they agreed to leave their camp, where they have been living for several months, immediately after the 5am raid.

and then offered a free flight home

A spokeswoman for Barnet Council said around 20 people were believed to have agreed to fly home, while the rest refused the offer.

The old football club in Claremont Road, Cricklewood, has been occupied by the Romanians, most of them men, for several months in what is the third occupation of the site since the football club moved out in 2009.

The freehold of the former football club site is owned by Barnet Council, which has been involved in a legal wrangle in its attempt to sell it to the current leaseholder, a property developer.

The sale of the freehold to the leaseholder, Montclare Developments Ltd, was finally cleared on Monday, and the site will now be cleared for development.

A Home Office spokesman told MailOnline: ‘Immigration Enforcement officers today assisted with a Metropolitan Police operation targeting a number of rough sleepers living at a site in Hendon, north London.

‘Immigration papers were served on a number of individuals of Eastern European origin, some of whom have indicated they are willing to return to their home country voluntarily. We will now be dealing with those accordingly.

‘We are involved in scores of operations like this every day, tackling illegal immigration, sham marriages and illegal working.

‘Where foreign nationals with no permission to be in the UK refuse to return home voluntarily we will take action to remove them.  This includes those from within the European Economic Area who have been in the country for longer than three months and are not working, studying or self-sufficient, as required by EU law.’

My goodness. Could John Bull be growing a set of fangs at last?? Maybe not, seeing as they’re been so nice and giving out free air tickets.

Personally I would have just handed out the used swim trunks and pointed the take away truck towards the Channel.

Obama. What. A. Douche.

Someday this uppity sanctimonious condescending halfrican bastard is going to get his, and I hope the video will be on YouTube for hundreds of millions of us to watch and enjoy forever. I am beyond tired of his belittling arrogance towards people who don’t agree with him. He is graceless and tactless, and completely without respect for others. This is not how the President of the United States should act.  Man, what a total douchenozzle.

Obama mocks skeptics of climate change as ‘flat-Earth society’

President Obama angrily blasted climate change skeptics during his energy policy speech Tuesday at Georgetown University, saying he lacked “patience for anyone who denies that this problem is real.”

“We don’t have time for a meeting of the flat-Earth society,” Obama said. “Sticking your head in the sand might make you feel safer, but it’s not going to protect you from the coming storm.”

Earlier in his remarks, Obama said the “overwhelming judgement of science, of chemistry, of physics, and millions of measurements” put “to rest” questions about pollution affecting the environment.

“The planet is warming. Human activity is contributing to it,” Obama said.

“We know that the costs of these events can be measured in lost lives and lost livelihoods.”

The president noted that the 12 warmest years in recorded history have all come within the last 15 years, and said that rising temperatures were increasing the severity and impact of storms.

Well yeah, except for the bit that everything you just read is a total pile of hockey sticks. Falsified data, all sorts of leaked emails proving a vast academic conspiracy and phony computer modelling, the whole collapse of the Carbon Credits scam ... all put Global Warming IN IT’S GRAVE three years ago. Game. Over. So nothing is “settled”, there is no “science”, nothing is “overwhelming” other than your knot-headed arrogance and pathetic Velcro-like clinging to the scattered ashes of your fallen false idol and it’s lonely deranged prophets. No one has died from it. No jobs have been lost, other than those laid off at Solyndra and other Green Scam Stimulus shell companies all run by your big campaign contributors to whom you funneled hundreds of millions of tax dollars.

You are a liar Mr. Obama. A cheat, a fake, and a charlatan.

He noted that rising tide levels in New York increased the impact of Hurricane Sandy, while record temperatures killed crops and increased food prices in the Midwest.

“In a world that’s warmer than it used to be, all weather events are affected by the warming planet,” Obama said.

“Those who are feeling the effects of climate change don’t have time to deny it — they’re busy dealing with it.”

At the event, the president announced a timeline for setting new environmental regulations that will limit how much carbon pollution can be emitted from both new and existing power plants. The White House is directing the Environmental Protection Agency to write draft rules on carbon emissions from existing power plants within the next year, with the expectation they will be completed by June 2015.

Obama also said the controversial Keystone XL oil pipeline should only be approved if the project would not “significantly exacerbate” greenhouse gas pollution.

Hurricane Sandy may have hit New York during a high tide, and it may have also hit New York during a seasonally high tidal period. Somebody go look it up, I can’t be bothered. That doesn’t mean the sea levels are rising you idiot. (oh, and hang on, weren’t you, the new God King, going to cure that? Wasn’t the day those useless idiots elected you the Magic Negro Day when the seas would start to fall and the planet heal, by your mighty presence alone? I’m certain you said almost exactly that in a speech. And look, the world gave you the Nobel Peace Prize IN ADVANCE knowing what wonders your miraculous self was going to work! So why do we need you to make a treasonous end run around Congress? Get out there and wave your magic wand, and make the tides recede ... I don’t care if it takes you 12 hours, go get it done!

What a laughingstock. What a fool prince. What an inept asshat.

And we have to suffer because of it. Because Choom Boy moved the goalposts again when you weren’t looking.

On Tuesday, Obama announced sweeping new regulations that will effectively block the construction of new coal-fired power plants and force the closure of many if not most existing coal-fired plants as well.  With the economy crawling along at 2% GDP growth, this announcement is a disaster for every American (except for those like Ms. Zichal and Mr. Obama, who have spent their entire lives working in government).

Obama’s new restrictions on coal-fired power plants will supposedly help to cool the planet.  America’s carbon emissions have been declining for decades, and yet global carbon emissions have been rising.  If emissions cause temperatures to rise, why are temperatures falling?

Even though global emissions continue to rise, U.S. levels are falling rapidly.  Having already cut U.S. carbon emissions back to 1992 levels, how much farther back do we have to go?  1950?  1900?  How about 1776?  The president, who once spoke of the goal of cutting carbon emissions to 1990 levels by 2020, now says that is not good enough.

The only thing more bizarre than a massive initiative to cool the climate when the climate is already cooling is the administration’s determination to lower U.S. carbon emissions when emissions have already dropped to 1992 levels.

What Obama seeks, what the left has always sought, is total control of the economy by the state, and “climate change” is a useful pretext. The only way government can control the energy sector—a sector of the economy traditionally regulated by the states—is to operate under the pretext of carbon emissions.

The nature of the pretext does not really matter.  Whether it is “workers’ rights,” as it was for Marx and Engels, or “economic recovery,” as it was in the 1930s, or climate change, as it is today, the left will always come up with some excuse.  What matters for the left is power—and an end to individual liberty.  What the left seeks in its regulation of the energy sector, in other words, is the complete regulation of the individual by government.

Oh, and how could I not link to at least one of the HUNDREDS of articles showing that we’re actually having Global Cooling, just like the Doom ‘n Gloom Squad predicted back in teh 70s.

Net 10,The Sofa King Of Cellphones

Gak.

I’ve had a Net10 cheapo cellphone for years now. Easiest, least expensive phones on the market. No, I don’t have a Data Plan, a Family Plan, Apps, or Monthly Data. Strictly Pay As You Go. I do have a great big bloody pile of minutes that I can rollover, and in general it costs me about $15 a month. I can even do text messages if I feel masochistic enough.

For ages it’s been the most simple thing in the world to do to Add Minutes. Just go to their webpage, log in, pick a card/minutes (I usually get 300 minutes/60 days for $30). Bing bang boom, done. Complete the transaction, and in 3 seconds the airtime is loaded onto my phone.

Not any longer. They’ve changed things around. My guess is they’re really, really pushing the Family Plan and the Unlimited Airtime Plan. I don’t want either. But they’ve made it nearly impossible to just buy more service days online. I’ve been at this for 3 days now.  The damn thing just sent me around and around and around in circles, having me log in, and it would open a new tab, and I’d go there, and No, I don’t have an Airtime Card I want to buy time online, so it would open a new tab, and I’d go there, and I’d have to log in again .... AAAAAARRRGGH!!!  Finally I went to 0 Days Service Remaining, and the phone shut down. I tried calling, but you can only get the robot. No real people, not even a call center in Bangladesh.

And the robot would not let me move forward without a physical airtime card. So I had to drive up to Walmart, buy a card, activate it there, bring it home, go through the whole online procedure 3 more times - but now with my card and it’s magic PIN!! - and finally give up and call the robot again. Finally, after suffering through that nonsense once again [ and it IS nonsense: the very first Menu selection is “For English, Press 1”. Hey, amigo, qué país crees que estoy llamando? ] and entering my Airtime Card PIN yet again, and saying NO to Hey, don’t you want us to call you up with ads?, I got my phone running again. With all my new minutes. And all my old rollover minutes. In case I feel like talking on the cell for 2800 minutes or sending 5600 text messages.

Ay yai yai!

Net10. They make it Sofa King hard, and that makes me Sofa King angry.

Because King Obama Says So

Obama’s Carbon Plan: Who Needs Congress Anyhow?

Obama gwine sabes all’n us from dat ole Globbal Warmun. Even if there ain’t been none for more’n 10 years!

President Obama is launching fresh battles over climate change with plans to curb emissions using executive powers that sidestep Congress — including controversial rules to cut carbon pollution from existing power plants. [WATCH VIDEO]

The wide-ranging plan, which Obama will tout in a speech later Tuesday, also beefs up federal efforts to help deploy low-carbon and renewable energy, and has programs to help harden communities against climate-fueled extreme weather.

Internationally, it seeks to knock down trade barriers to climate-friendly goods and services; enhance cooperation with India, China and other big carbon emitters; and curb U.S. support for overseas coal plant construction, among many other steps.

The plan is designed to get around Congress, where major climate bills have no political traction. White House spokesman Jay Carney said Monday that Obama’s executive approach “reflects reality.”

No Jay, you three faced lying sack of un-composted canine throughput, “reality” is a nation of laws, and the Legislative Branch of the Federal Government debating and making those laws. And if they won’t pass a law, you don’t get to just go and do an end run around them.

All the little chirpy talking heads on the Weather Channel were all excited about this today, how it’s going to Finally Do Something about Carbon Levels and Global Warming. And not one of these mesmerized sheep even blinked an eye at the completely un-American and probably illegal method being employed.

The EPA will propose the existing plant standards by June of next year and finalize them a year later, an administration official said.

Guess it’s high time for the EPA to go bye-bye too. No government agency has the right or the power to set rules that come with the power of law (and GUNS to back them up no less!!) without the consent of the governed ... ie, it HAS to go through the Legislature.

Daniel P. Schrag, a White House climate adviser and director of the Harvard University Center for the Environment, tells the New York Times “a war on coal is exactly what’s needed.” Later today, President Obama will give a major “climate change” address at Georgetown University.

“Everybody is waiting for action,” Schrag tells the paper. “The one thing the president really needs to do now is to begin the process of shutting down the conventional coal plants. Politically, the White House is hesitant to say they’re having a war on coal. On the other hand, a war on coal is exactly what’s needed.”

Obama’s speech today is expected to offer “a sweeping plan to address climate change on Tuesday, setting ambitious goals and timetables for a series of executive actions to reduce greenhouse gas pollution and prepare the nation for the ravages of a warming planet,” according to the Times.

I halfway agree. A war IS exactly what’s needed. But not on coal. On the Executive Branch.

The president calls for the Environmental Protection Agency to “expeditiously” set limits on carbon dioxide emissions for new and existing power plants, a move that will be hailed by environmentalists and decried as debilitating by the struggling coal industry.

“To accomplish these goals, President Obama is issuing a Presidential Memorandum directing the Environmental Protection Agency to work expeditiously to complete carbon pollution standards for both new and existing power plants,” states the Obama plan. “This work will build on the successful first-term effort to develop greenhouse gas and fuel economy standards for cars and trucks.”

“In developing the standards, the President has asked the Environmental Protection Agency to build on state leadership, provide flexibility, and take advantage of a wide range of energy sources and technologies including many actions in this plan,” the document continues.

Regulations previously proposed by the EPA to limit emissions at new power plants would effectively ban the construction of new coal-fired power plants unless they utilize carbon capture technology, which the industry argues is not commercially viable.

I have had it up the HERE with this buffoon. He is NOT God. He is NOT Emperor. He is NOT King. I have my doubts at this point that he’s even an American. Impeach this thug.

Oh, and By The Way:

This Executive Order will also KILL the Keystone XL pipeline, and double the price of electricity. Read it at Ace.

1,800 yr old walls as part of your house. could you ask for more?

ok, it isn’t a castle but it may be a lot cheaper to maintain. And it’s all yours for only £8million.
In dollars it’s only $12,338,439.81. Hey, a bargain. I remember when the dollar pound ratio was 2 to 1. Which means that house could go for 16 million.
who-ha. such a bargain!

I could see living in a house like this. You’d need staff of course, and have to hire Drew to do the windows.

This house happens to be located in a very pretty part of this country.

Country manor house with 1,800-year-old Roman walls which could be yours for £8million

Whitestaunton Manor has recently undergone a £5million renovation
The home was built in 15th century on grounds of third century Roman villa
Property, including 83 acres of land, is now up for sale for £8million

By James Rush

A unique country pile which features 1,800-year-old Roman-built walls has been put on the market for £8 million.

Whitestaunton Manor is a seven bedroom 15th century home situated near Chard, Somerset.

But it was constructed on the grounds of a third century Roman villa and includes structural masonry from that period in its walls.

image

The home, which could be the only one of its type to boast genuine Roman features, was today described as one of the nation’s finest country homes.

Grade I listed Whitestaunton Manor has been put up for sale with Savills Estate Agents for £8 million - making it the one of the most expensive residential properties for sale in Somerset.

It follows a decade-long, £5million renovation with the home now boasting a combination of classic architecture and modern technology spanning 1,800 years.

The home features seven bedrooms, three reception rooms, a grand hall which houses a hammerbeam roof, a three bedroom lodge house and an outdoor swimming pool.

image

Despite being made of hamstone, there is underfloor heating while lighting comes courtesy of LEDs.

It is also one of only a few private residences in the UK with a medieval hammerbeam roof - which was completed in 1438 but only discovered during its renovation.

A pond flows to the north of the property where the remains of the Roman baths can be found. These were uncovered and featured in an episode of Time Team in 2003.

The Deeds of The Manor include a family pew on the north side of the Parish Church of Whitestaunton, near Chard, Somerset.

The property also comes with 83 acres of land, stables, garaging and a three-bedroom lodge.

The gardens surround the house on three sides and are dominated by a variety of beech, ancient copper beech and willow trees.

‘The Romans had free rein when they came over here and they chose the spot because it was so beautiful. Its position and setting is stunning.

‘As for the house, a lot of people make the mistake of thinking a 15th century home would be dark and you would bang your head on the ceiling. This is different - it is well proportioned and bright.

‘The owner has spent £5 million doing it up, he is a real purist and his attention to detail is second to none.

‘It is very unusual to have Roman walls in the home and this is possibly the only one in the country.

German police foil terror plot.

I am not even a little bit surprised.  If anything surprises me it’s that the scum had not planned it years ago using this method.  I always thought it could be done.

Good for the cops catching these bastards but catching this one group is not enough.

The country should be cleansed of this vermin because sooner or later, these peace loving members of the ROP will succeed.  I hope not of course but I’m thinking law of averages.

Europe should make itself muslim free by any means necessary.  Of course we know they won’t, so kiss the Fatherland and the rest of Europe goodbye.

It is not that Europe doesn’t recognize the threat. The problem is that Europe will NOT do what is necessary because the methods would look like the 1930s.
And appearances count more than national safety and survival I guess.

If only the Nazis had not been so damn stupid and one way and stubborn.  Everything was written in stone for them and could never be changed. There was no reasoning with them.  Only agreeing.  And now the world is paying for their intransigence with multi culture, forced diversity and the dictatorship of political correctness, open borders and the brain washing of generations for the armies of the left.  It appears to me that only Nazi methods will reverse the tide and restore any normalcy to the world.  And that’s a scary thought.

German police foil Islamist terror plot to use remote controlled aircraft filled with explosives as guided missiles

Armed officers raided homes in Stuttgart, Munich and Dachau this morning
One raid was in the Olympic Village in Munich - scene of the 1972 massacre
Reports that model aircraft powerful enough to carry explosives capable of destroying a commerical building were seized in the raids

Police in Germany have raided dozens of addresses to foil an Islamist terror plot intending to use remote controlled model aircraft filled with explosives to be flown into targets.

Armed officers of the specialist G9G units raided homes in Stuttgart, Munich and Dachau after receiving information that at least one assassination attempt was being planned using the model planes as guided missiles.

Technical materials and paperwork were seized at several addresses while prosecutors spoke of plans for a ‘seditious outrage’.

German intelligence officers have been warning for some time of a home-grown attack inside the country’s borders as more and more Islamists return from Jihadist training camps in Pakistan ready to commit terrorist acts.

As well as the addresses in southern Germany, an Internet service provider in the state of Saxony was also raided. At least two men are in custody and authorities say the operations will continue as more intelligence is gathered.

No information was given about likely targets or exactly which Jihadist organisation the suspects are affiliated with.

One of the addresses raided was at the Olympic Village in Munich, scene of the 1972 Olympic massacre when fanatics of the Black September movement stormed the living quarters of Israeli athletes. All eleven hostages later died in a shootout at Munich Airport.

Prosecutors said that the arrests were linked to a plot centred on Islamist ‘Holy war’ but gave no further details.

German media reported that some model aircraft, which are powerful and big enough to carry explosives capable of destroying a commerical building, were seized in the raids early this morning.

The paperwork taken from several of the suspect addresses also relates to money laundering necessary to fund the planned outrages, according to media reports. The suspects are of Tunisian descent.

Germany’s Office for the Protection of the Constitution, which deals with internal terror threats, said only recently in its annual report that the country remains a ‘top target’ for Islamist fanatics for its support for NATO operations in Afghanistan.

still not dead yet

Been sick, still sick, getting better but feeling much better ... until I try to do much of anything, in which case the body reminds me that I’m still sick. So I’m taking it very easy. Haven’t watched the news or even been online in a couple days. Sorry.

Feel up to doing a couple loads of laundry today. Yee ha.

Broke my glasses this morning but have managed to put them back together with some super glue. Hope it holds up.

Not that very many people ever read this far down, but this blog was the creation of Allan Kelly and his friend Vilmar. Vilmar moved on to his own blog some time ago, and Allan ran this place alone until his sudden and unexpected death partway through 2006. We all miss him. A lot. Even though he is gone this site will always still be more than a little bit his. We who are left to carry on the BMEWS tradition owe him a great debt of gratitude, and we hope to be able to pay that back by following his last advice to us all:
  1. Keep a firm grasp of Right and Wrong
  2. Stay involved with government on every level and don't let those bastards get away with a thing
  3. Use every legal means to defend yourself in the event of real internal trouble, and, most importantly:
  4. Keep talking to each other, whether here or elsewhere

Oh, and here's some kind of visitor flag counter thingy. Hey, all the cool blogs have one, so I should too. The Visitors Online thingy up at the top doesn't count anything, but it looks neat. It had better, since I paid actual money for it.
