And No One Could See The Corruption?

Amazing.  Here we have a people who live surrounded by corruption.  A people who think nothing of taking from others so they may live better while those they steal from aren’t even rich to begin with and die horrible deaths from hunger, attack or lack of medical care.

Then we give these people millions of dollars and DON’T expect them to waste it on expensive cars?

Who’s the greater fool?

Thanks, UN, you worthless piece of shit.  And a share of “worthless piece of shit” thanks goes to the US government and IMF for continuing to give these crooked bastards money.

The bastards?  The Palestinian Authority

Their actions?  The purchase of luxury cars for their government employees.

Score One For The Good Guys

Found this in the local rag.  I almost soiled my pants at seeing that they actually published it.

Shopkeepers and locals in Baghdad took the law into their hands when they saw some hooded figures begin shooting on the streets.  They pulled out their own weapons and shot the fuckers dead.

Good!

Of course, in a couple of days the paper will probably print a bunch of letters to the editor decrying the “violence” used.

Finally, Some Good News

The Supreme Court has rejected Zacharias Moussaoui’ s request to interview three other asshole terrorists in his defense.

I just wish our criminal element had more patriotism coursing through their veins.  Then we could count on them to wipe this asswad out.

Either that or torture the crap out of him.....just for fun.

I Hope Y’All Caught This Bit Of Irony

Many radio talk shows discussed it.  Many people wrote about it.  But none pointed it out as well as Rush Limbaugh.

The issue is the NY Times story about how looters had systematically pillaged Saddam Hussein’s weapons bunkers. In what could be nothing more than a deliberate execution of a carefully thought out plan, as soon as Saddam fell, the facilities were cleaned out.  And this included VERY sensitive material used for making nuclear arms.

Now, let’s go back to all the braying we’ve been getting from the left and the retards in the media plus all those asshole dummycraps in the house and senate stepping up onto their little soap boxes saying, “The war is illegal!  There ARE no WMDs!” “We are acting like imperialist war-mongers!” etc. etc. etc. ad nauseum, ad infinitum.

Yet here comes the NY Times, in effect, ADMITTING there WERE weapons!  If not, then what was stolen?  Or does your definition of a WMD NOT include nukes?

Yet the Times also said there were no WMDs.

So which is it, NY Times?  Or is this another of your fabrications?

More Reasons To Detest Democrats

There are many reasons I do not like Democrats of any persuasion.  You’ve read about them on this blog:  their propensity for violence and criminal activity; their lies; their subterfuge; their liberalisms; their hatred for our President; their hatred for the United States; their coddling of criminals; their cozying up to terrorists; etc.

Now I have two more:

They are responsible for many of the laws passed in this country that stop us from being able to get information from terrorists so we “export” their asses to countries that aren’t so squeamish about ripping out nails or using genital shock therapy to get answers.

The Democrats are against that. Violates their “human rights” ya’ know?

One opponent, as asshole from Massachusetts named Markey, is opposed because sending terrorist prisoners overseas:

--(1) violates international treaties the U.S. has signed and verified, including Article 3 of the Convention Against Torture;

-- (2) undermines the moral authority of America in the eyes of the world; and

-- (3) ensures that American captives are likely to be tortured in the hands of our enemies, who will justify such actions by arguing that they are doing nothing more to our people than what our government is doing to those we have captured.

HEY!!! FUCKWIT!!!!!!  Listen up!!  1.) treaties we’ve signed deal with the treatment of prisoners in conventional warfare.  Terrorists don’t fight conventionally therefore they forfeit all rights.  2.) take your moral authority and shove it up your ass. 3.) We did not start chopping off heads and torturing soldiers.  They did.  And when it comes to the best interests of the US, as far as I am concerned, torture an terrorist until he dies.  I do not care because even if we gave them 4 star hotels and 5 meals a day, a goat and a camel to fuck, and 72 virgins they would STILL torture our soldiers and cut their heads off.  They are vermin and like vermin need to be EXTERMINATED.

So FUCK YOU, Congressman Markey!

Number two on the hit parade of more reasons to hate Democrats is this piece about how the Dems are not happy with the results of the abuse probe. I wrote about it here and mentioned how it’s gotten so little press coverage.

Of course, the ones who are pissed are those who:

“believe Rumsfeld should take blame for creating an environment in which mistreatment of prisoners might appear to be tolerated.”

Yet how much are you wanting to bet me that these same Senators would defend Orlando’s Mayor Buddy Dyer’s assertion that he was busy with his campaign and should not be held responsible for the “vote buying” that took place prior to elections last year?

Hypocritical, useless bastards.  All of them!

On The Meaning Of Fatwahs

Remember a couple of days ago when everyone got excited about the Spanish Muslims issuing a “fatwah” against Osama bin Laden?

“A corner has been turned!”

“The Muslims are serious now!”

“Bin Laden better watch out!”

In so many words, basically, that was how the significance of this “fatwah” was fed to us.

Have you all really thought about what happened and why they may have done so?

Did you, like me, cast a cynical and very jaundiced eye at this news?

Come on!  Really!  They’ve had years to think this through.  I would not be surprised if there is some sort of collusion going on between the radical sheetheads and this group in Spain.  In order to lull us into some sort of complacency because finally someone’s DOING something.

But if you want to know how ABSO-FUCKING-LUTELY meaningless I think this “fatwah” is, ask yourselves THIS question:  Why is Salmon Rushdie still alive?  Didn’t he have a fatwah issued against him for years?  And he lives openly in London.  He travels around the world.  He does not hide in caves with armies to protect him.

He’s still alive, isn’t he?

So this most recent fatwah is supposed to do what?  Be as useful as the “feel-good” shit our politicians pass all the time?  A lot of words?  No actions?  No meaningful solution to the real problem?

I’ll let you all kick that around a bit amongst yourselves.

Imagine This

A man is out on a date with a woman.  After dinner, a show and some drinks they end up at her place.

One thing leads to another and taking non-verbal clues he begins to seduce her.  Before long she’s laid out on the sofa and he starts going at it.

She has second thoughts and asks him to stop.  Technically, at this point if he continues he is comitting rape. She demands he withdraw.  He’s comitted to stay the course, though, and tells her, “how about if I just pull back a bit and not drive it all the way in.  I’ll just stay a little bit in.”

It’s still rape, isn’t it?

Now, change the names to Jordan, Syria and the Syrian troops.

Get the picture?

Did You See This On The News??

raqis are pissed off and beginning to protest the car bombings taking place in their country.  They are fed up with terrorists.

But I’ll bet it was not on ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS, MSNBC was it?  Hell, I’ll bet even Fox did not show it.

Let’s Start Monday Off With Good News

orry but I see right through this one.

Syria, under pressure from the Lebanese populace and the United States, all of a sudden hands over Saddam Hussein’s half-brother and a host of other terror-minded cronies?

Nope.  I don’t buy it.

Oh, and did you catch that France is in on this “pressure” thing?  Looks like they are trying to suck serious ass right about now.  (On a side note we need to treat France like most Mafiosi treat their business acquaintances---use them for as long as we can and then kick them to the curb without even a “fuck you very much.")

All they want is to be perceived as “cooperating” in the hopes we forget what the hell they are up to.

It’d be nice to think they were finally seeing the light but these SOBs would sell their mothers if it meant they could stay in power.

Here’s a second version of the story for you.

Sadness In The Blogosphere

If you are a reader of Kim duToit’s site on a regular basis you know that on occasion he mentions a couple of snipers in Iraq, Walter and Adam, for whom he’s had some fund raisers to buy sniper scopes, mounts, gun cleaning supplies, food, etc.

Thanks to Dan I just found out that Adam is dead.  Killed by a roadside bomb.

Please go to Kim’s site to read about this tragic event and leave your comments. (you will need to register)

Tell Me Why I Should Care

Part 1:  Terrorist held in Guatanamo claims he was blinded.  He ought to be glad he is still alive.

Too bad he didn’t lose both eyes.  Then he wouldn’t be able to see any of our troops and wouldn’t be able to shoot at them.

Part 2:  Suspect found at site of a bombing.  Marines pound him before turning his ass over to interrogators.  Interrogators stand him up, hands cuffed behind him and further secured to a window.  If he stands, he’s OK. If he tried to kneel, squat, sit, etc, his arms get pulled up behind him.

He does exactly that.  Guards find him, cut him down and discover he’s dead.

Too bad.  One less raghead to kill innocents.

The Marines should be given medals.

Not Likely To Be Seen On The MSM

I got this from Emperor Misha’s site and reading it generated a smile on my face plus a “You, GO! Iraqis!” mental yell.  (It’s still too early to go around bellowing inside the house.)

What we have here are a bunch of Iraqis who spot a guy wearing a vest and beat the shit out of him. Not just ANY vest. And not just ANY beating.

“The police said the crowd spied a man mingling amongst them who appeared to be wearing a vest strapped with explosives, like those used in suicide bombings.

“They attacked him and beat the man to death,” a police source said, adding that security forces had been powerless to prevent the mass onslaught. It was not clear if the man had actually been planning a suicide attack.”

Of course, this is a Reuters story which explains their inability to draw the logical conclusion that anyone wearing an explosive vest is bent on “planning a suicide attack and blowing up people.  I suppose they thought he was doing so in order to make a fashion statement.

Berkeley Bastards

On January 29, 2004, a Palestinian suicide bomber climbed aboard Bus 19 in Jerusalem and detonated his explosives. The explosion killed 11 people, injured 50, and destroyed the interior of the bus.

The mangled shell of the bus was subsequently sent to The Hague, in the Netherlands, where it was displayed outside the International Court of Justice to protest the court’s ruling against Israel’s separation barrier—which is intended to prevent attacks exactly like the one that destroyed Bus 19. A Christian humanitarian group now called The Jerusalem Connection subsequently bought the bus and had it shipped to the United States, where, loaded on the back of a flatbed trailer, it has since made stops at anti-terror rallies across the country.

At none of its previous appearances did the bus stir much controversy. Everything was going smoothly until a group called Israel Action Committee of the East Bay decided to bring the bus for a three-hour exhibit in Berkeley, California on January 16, 2005. Word of the upcoming anti-terror rally quickly spread to pro-Palestinian activist groups in the Bay Area, and a counter-demonstration was planned—based on the complaint that the bus exhibit was “out of context” and failed to illuminate the real “complexities” of the sources of terrorism. Meanwhile, Israel boosters planned to show up in support of the exhibit, and to express their condemnation of terrorism in general.

Shortly before the event, I asked the organizers if they expected a significant counter-demonstration of any kind. A silent vigil, perhaps, they said, but beyond that—really, who would dare to come out and protest in favor of terror?

To find out, click here. ZombieTime has all the pictures.

Warning: Even for Berkeley, this was totally out of line. Be prepared to get very, very angry.

Not that very many people ever read this far down, but this blog was the creation of Allan Kelly and his friend Vilmar. Vilmar moved on to his own blog some time ago, and Allan ran this place alone until his sudden and unexpected death partway through 2006. We all miss him. A lot. Even though he is gone this site will always still be more than a little bit his. We who are left to carry on the BMEWS tradition owe him a great debt of gratitude, and we hope to be able to pay that back by following his last advice to us all:
  1. Keep a firm grasp of Right and Wrong
  2. Stay involved with government on every level and don't let those bastards get away with a thing
  3. Use every legal means to defend yourself in the event of real internal trouble, and, most importantly:
  4. Keep talking to each other, whether here or elsewhere
