Abstinence, Evil; Promiscuity, Good!

What other conclusion can you come to when you have asshats like the ACLU plus assorted other liberal bed-wetting groups demanding the government web site promoting abstinence be taken down?

Why do they want that?  Because it’s “DICTATING VALUES!!”

But when the ACLU and the NEA promote school classes showing kids how to put condoms on cucumbers and telling little boys it’s OK to experiment with other little boys---that’s NOT dictating THEIR values?

What a bunch of fuck-wits.

You tell me what’s wrong when the site:

“advises parents to tell their teens why they should not have sex: “Tell them abstinence is the healthiest choice. They will not have to worry about getting pregnant or getting someone pregnant. They will not have to worry about sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV/AIDS. Nor will they have to worry that the person they are dating is only interested in them because of sex. “

And it paints a bleak picture for teens who get pregnant: “Many teen mothers never finish high school. Teen mothers and their babies are more likely to have health problems. And families started by teen mothers are more likely to be poor and end up on welfare.”

Are they lying?  Are the consequences of teen sex incorrect?

Of course, the NEA, the ACLU, GLADD, NAMBLA, etc. all prefer kids to have wanton sex, in great abandon.  That way they can keep their jobs as social workers, counselors, abortion clinic doctors and nurses, AIDS care providers, etc. all the while sucking more and more money from the taxpayer for doing so.

How I HATE these groups for their misinformation.  (gratuitous “hate” comment provided to bait our latest troll.)

Thoughts On American Opinions About Terri

I generally skip most articles about Terri Schiavo because 1.) she is now dead and I can do nothing or 2.) I am tired of it.

But I could not ignore a column by my Annie.

I’ll keep it short.

Polls claim that a majority of Americans objected to action by the U.S. Congress in the Schiavo case as “government intrusion” into a “private family matter” – as if Judge Greer is not also the government. So twisted is our view of the judiciary that a judicial decree is treated like a naturally occurring phenomenon, like a rainbow or an act of God.

Our infallible, divine ruler is a county judge in Florida named George Greer, who has more authority in America than the U.S. Congress, the president and the governor. No wonder the Southern Baptist Church threw Greer out: Only one god per church!

It’s a good system if you like monarchy and legally sanctioned murder. But spare me the paeans to “strict constructionism” and “limited government.”

She also had this to say about the judiciary:

Alexander Hamilton’s famous last words in “The Federalist” described the judiciary as the “least dangerous branch,” because it had neither force nor will. Now the judiciary is the most dangerous branch. It doesn’t need force because it has smoke and mirrors and a lot of people defending the moronic scribblings of any judge as the perfect efflorescence of “the rule of law.”

IO could not have said it all better.  How can you stand a chance when everytime you challenge a ruling you face the same judge over and over and over?  I believe Greer’s is an elected position.  I will do what I can do see to it he does NOT get re-elected.

Oh, and before I forget, this same judge has just ruled that the records held by DCF concerning Terri’s alleged broken bones, abuse and beatings could be released BUT ONLY TO THE HUSBAND!!!!!!

And one last thing (for this post at least) did anyone catch what that gasbag, asshat, fuckwit Chris Matthews said about Terri’s father?  Michelle reports on it here complete with pictures.

WTF?!?!?!

Several from our WTF?!?! department today.  I’ll try and post them in a way which has some sort of “thread” between them.  A linkage, of sorts.

bat We’ll start with story about the US Army prosecuting one of its own for “mercy killing” an Iraqi with serious head wounds.  Maybe she should have been allowed to starve to death instead?

bat The Army is now being accused of “religious discrimination” because one of its asshats was found guilty of willfully disobeying orders.

You may have heard about this in the past. Guy gets told to go to Iraq and “all of a sudden” determines it is against his religion---a pagan religion.  Practicing witchcraft.  Oh, and did I mention he screwed around with others in his marriage....

with his wife’s consent......

and that he’s bi-sexual.....

and admitted it?

Time to take this one out behind the barn and air condition his head.

bat Let’s see how many things are wrong here.
You are married.

You have a debilitating illness.

You go to a psychologist?!?!?!?!?!

For OVER TWO YEARS?!?!?!

Who....................

Taught you SPELLS?!?!?!....

Told you your Buddhist faith was wrong....

Told you your condition was terminal....

Convinced you to divorce your husband....

Convinced you to move in with the psychologist.....

Who then convinced you to take nekkid pictures of HER....

Look, it’s one thing to be a bad doctor but it’s totally another to be so stupid to stay with that doctor for almost 2 ½ years and do those stupid things.

Whatever happened to common sense and free will?

bat Taking zero-tolerance a bit too far, eh?  Schools in Maryland have mixed policies regarding the use of sunscreen.  Some let you use it.  Others mandate it be done through the nurse’s office.  Still others ban it entirely.

Oh, and kids have a “right” to wear sunscreen, too.  Hang on a sec’ while I go check my Constitution.

Yep, just as I thought.  It’s not in there.

Are our kids such pussies nowadays they need sunscreen to play outside?

That’s all I want to know.

You saw the “threads” right?  Army, Army/witchcraft, witchcraft/stupid people, stupid people/lawmakers?

Yeah, OK, a bit of a stretch.  Just don’t tell James Taranto!

Madness!

If you live in Colorado and have to serve on a jury, take plenty of comic books to read but leave your Bible at home. This message brought to you by the Colorado Supreme Court.

DENVER Mar 28, 2005 — The Colorado Supreme Court on Monday threw out the death penalty in a rape-and-murder case because jurors had studied Bible verses such as “eye for eye, tooth for tooth” during deliberations.

On a 3-2 vote, justices ordered Robert Harlan to serve life in prison without parole for kidnapping 25-year-old cocktail waitress Rhonda Maloney in 1994, raping her at gunpoint for two hours and then fatally shooting her.

The jurors in Harlan’s 1995 trial sentenced him to die, but defense lawyers discovered five of them had looked up Bible verses, copied them down and talked about them while deliberating a sentence behind closed doors.

The Supreme Court said “at least one juror in this case could have been influenced by these authoritative passages to vote for the death penalty when he or she may otherwise have voted for a life sentence.”

Why Certain Lawyers Should Be Killed

This bottom-feeding, scum-sucker is defending a Yemeni born man who lost his job as an airport screener.

The man?

--joined the USAF and claimed sympathy with bin Laden after 9-11

--the USAF, concerned, revoked his clearance and discharged him

--he applies to the TSA and says he’s never had a clearance denied

--they fired him for lying.  He faces 5 years and a $250,000 fine

The bottom-feeder, of course, says this:

“My client is an absolutely loyal American.”

Don’t these sons of bitches have any conscience whatsoever?  You mean to tell me that people who do this wake up in the morning proud of who they are and what they do?  A punji stick up the ass is too good for these bastards.  And that goes for the Yemeni, too, and all his collaborating goat fucking butt-buddies.

Interesting Snippets

bat Big brother will not only be watching....but listening to you in Chicago.

I can see the ACLU with its panties in a collective wad already.

bat First we had the Prius.  Now this.

Railroads will never be the same now that the Green Goat is here.

Click here to see a video.

bat Men are damned if they do and damned if they don’t.

Here we find a man who got pissed at his wife and withheld sex from her. Courts ruled she could get a divorce.  Oh, did I mention he did so for 7 years?

And if your wife cheats on you, even if she does it more than once, she’ll still take you to the cleaners when you try to dump her for infidelity.

In this case, she got houses, cars, jewelry and LOTS of cash.  About 25% of the estate.

Something is VERY wrong with that.

Somehow I believe that it won’t happen again to this guy.  He’ll either not marry or have one hell of an iron-clad pre-nup.

For all you “single” guys out there---do the same thing.  Keep what’s yours and don’t let the little head talk for the big one.

bat Rapunzel, Rapunzel, let down your hair!

In this case, if she were on the second floor you’d be able to reach it on the ground floor and climb up.

Terri Schiavo Update

Much has been said here and elsewhere about Terri’s “right to die” or “right to live.”

Many people are trying to save her life but when you must take your appeals through the same judges who have continuously rejected them in the past and ruled against you, it is difficult.

Say what you will about this case but I see it as nothing more than a first step towards federally authorized euthanasia.  In which caase, why is Dr. Jack still in jail?

People write letters to the editor saying, “how can the parents do this to her?  It is cruel and inhumane.” Yet who are they to judge what others feel?  What rights do they have to impose THEIR attitudes and perceptions unto someone else?

At what point will we then say, “hmmm, this baby is a mongoloid incapable of expressing itself and being a part of society.  Let’s not kill him but let him kill himself by not feeding him?”

What about the Alzheimer’s patients or the Parkinson’s patients who can no longer take care of themselves?  Hell, they are contributing nothing to society.  Who wants to live that way?  They are not aware of what is going on around them.  They can not feed themselves nor take care of basic bodily functions.

Let’s not kill them but allow them to kill themselves through starvation.

What the hell, right?  It’s not supposed to hurt anyway.

Well, if you feel that way, stop eating AND drinking for 4 days and report back to me when your tongue is so thick in your mouth you can’t talk or swallow.  Or the incredible gyrations your body will go through without sustenance for so long.

Can you NOT see what is going on?  Are the blinders on so tightly the slippery slope is invisible to you?

For the record, I have a cousin in Brasil who is a vegetable.  Has been for over 12 years.  Does not talk.  Does not walk.  Does not move his arms or legs or head.  Lies in a fetal position all day, all night, all year.  His mother feeds him through a tube. He got that way because of a motorcycle accident at the age of 16 coupled with almost non-existant and untimely health care.

YOU go to Brasil and tell her to stop feeding him.  She’ll tear you a new asshole.  She’ll rip you limb from limb.  Remember when they tell you this about bears, “Don’t EVER come between a mother and her cub?” That’s my aunt.

Also, for the record, my father has Parkinson’s Disease (PD).  Right now he can feed himself but is experiencing difficulty swallowing.  We all know that PD eventually will make him bedridden and he won’t be able to feed himself at all.  Any of you want to tell my mother she should just stop feeding him?  Hell, try saying that to me!

So, yes, I have a vested interest in this case.

But, this was not really my intent in writing this. I want to make you aware of a piece written in The American Digest which details exactly what Michael Schiavo is up to with his actions.

Wait until Terri dies and a year later tell me if the author is wrong.

More Good News

Some time ago you may have read about a marine who was threatened with the loss of his home in order to pay legal fees because he flew the American flag?  His homeowner’s association wanted to use the proceeds in order to be reimbursed for their legal expenses.

An Appeals Court said NO CAN DO!!

So What Is She Then?

This chickee is suing Harvard because they would not promote her nor offer her any of the multitude of jobs she applied for.

She says they told her she was “too pretty.”

Additionally they said she was:

“a pretty girl who wore sexy outfits, low cut blouses, and tight pants.”

She’s supposedly 40 years old.

Check her out:

image

Hey, she’s HOT!!  Either that or my glasses are WAY out of whack right now.

So, the University says she has no basis for the suit as it’s been:

“dismissed by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.”

If that’s the case, just what had she been doing that they were afraid to fire her?  Did they fear some “racial discrimination” lawsuit?

What is she?  some slutty babe running around campus?  Was she screwing around?  Showing too much boobage?  Flashing some panties?  Getting the guys (or gals) all hot and bothered?

We’ll never know, will we?

Finally, Some Good News

The Supreme Court has rejected Zacharias Moussaoui’ s request to interview three other asshole terrorists in his defense.

I just wish our criminal element had more patriotism coursing through their veins.  Then we could count on them to wipe this asswad out.

Either that or torture the crap out of him.....just for fun.

Why Won’t We Ever Learn?

Here we have 82% of American people saying they want a straight “up or down” vote on judicial nominees and we have media-hog dummycraps blustering about how they will stall all business on the senate floor if the Republicans go “nuclear” on any effort by the Donks to filibuster judicial nominees.

Well, if it takes stopping the senate from doing business, that is a good thing.  These assholes already pass enough bad bills as it is.  Having them stalemated is good.

But, going back to the title of this post, we never seem to learn, do we?  Why do we keep re-electing these moonbats?  They don’t listen to the electorate, they get in their Ivory Towers and think they can do whatever they want--especially if it is to the detriment of the nation.

One last thing: caveat emptor.  I have not been able to find the poll questions for this poll nor the range of people called.

The Supreme Court Gets ‘Borked’

Do you remember a judge named Robert H. Bork. Sure you do. His last name entered our vocabulary as a synonym for a process of allowing partisan politics to keep good men off the Supreme Court. Here’s a refresher course from his bio for those who slept through the 1980’s: In 1987, President Ronald Reagan nominated him for associate justice. While universally acknowledged as an accomplished scholar, lawyer and judge, his nomination became a battleground for American culture wars over the meaning of the Constitution. Then-Chief Justice Warren Burger said of Bork, “I do not think in more than 50 years since I was in law school that there has ever been a nomination of a man or woman any better qualified than Judge Bork.” The (Democratic-controlled) Senate ultimately voted against confirmation, and Bork’s failed nomination became a synonym for the infiltration of highly partisan ideological politics in the judicial selection process.

Judge Bork is currently a senior fellow at the Hudson Institute, professor at Ave Maria Law School, and visiting professor at the University of Richmond Law School. He has written an excellent editorial for The National Review (requires subscription) about the Supreme Court’s recent decision to prohibit the death penalty for those under the age of 18. In the process he raises some very interesting questions and takes Justice Kennedy to task for his “international guidelines” argument. Since not all of you subscribe to The National Review (what a shame), I am posting this excellent article here in its entirety. Here is an excerpt that makes an interesting point ....

Retribution was discounted on the theory that young killers, apparently without exception, are less culpable than presumably more thoughtful adult murderers. This from a Court that finds teenage girls sufficiently mature to decide on abortion without parental knowledge or consent?

  3. Use every legal means to defend yourself in the event of real internal trouble, and, most importantly:
