I’m a bit out of the loop on this ‘Twilight’ craze. Sure, I’ve downloaded the ebooks. Haven’t read them yet. Haven’t seen any of the movies. But by all accounts the Twilight series is geared to teenage girls and metrosexuals. My only question is…why?

Kay ... I can see the fine if she was careless and didn’t ID the kid used by the council. Kids buying pets, even goldfish, might not be such a great idea if a parent isn’t around to ok things.  But come on.  Take a look at this woman. Does look to be a threat.  Do you think she’d run away from home cos she illegally sold a goldfish in her pet store?  So why this?

Police are refusing to reveal the identities of sex offenders who are on the run - because it would be an invasion of their privacy.

Four registered sex offenders have been on the run for as long as two years after disappearing from their homes in the North-East.

But confusion over whether the wanted criminals should be identified means that just one of them has been made known to the public, sparking fury among victim’s groups.

Open air sex is risk to restaurant plans as gay group claim ‘post dusk social networking’ could be hit

Concerns have been raised that plans to open a riverboat restaurant on the River Nene in Northampton could clash with ‘cruisers and cottagers’ who indulge in open air sex in a nearby car park.

Members of Northampton Borough Council’s panning committee will discuss plans to open the floating restaurant close to Midsummer Meadows, near Bedford Road, next week.

But in a report which will be shown to committee members, council planning officer, Richard Boyt, said both Northamptonshire Police and the Northants Lesbian, Gay and Bisexual Alliance (NLGBA) had raised concerns about allowing the restaurant to open in an area which is renowned for people taking part in outdoor sex sessions.

He warned councillors: “Northamptonshire Police have noted the potential clash with ‘cruisers and cottagers’ who frequent nearby areas.”

Discussing similar concerns raised by the NLGBA, he added: “The NLGBA states that a commercial activity will harm the openness, the semi-natural character of the meadows, and the freedom of the area.

“Further they state that if the ‘post dusk social networking’ is displaced elsewhere this may be an area of concern.”

Despite the concerns of the two groups, the planning official said their worries should not prevent the restaurant from opening and added that he believed it would actually improve the Midsummer Meadows area.

He said: “The objections regarding commercial activity in an open area and the displacement of current activities from the NLGBA are understood and noted.

“But they do not outweigh the importance and benefit of the improvements to public safety which introducing activity to this public open space will bring.”

If the development is allowed, the floating restaurant would have three decks, be about 75ft long and 20ft tall.

The council’s planning committee will make a final decision on the scheme next week, but Mr Boyt said he thought the scheme should be allowed.

He said: “The proposed restaurant will enhance the River Nene with a leisure destination that’s in keeping with its surroundings and poses little or no threat to the vitality and viability of the town centre.”

Plans for the floating restaurant were last considered in 2007, when it was suggested up to 60 people at a time could eat and drink onboard the boat. But the 2007 scheme was withdrawn to give the developers more time to consider their plans.

School Daze, school days, Barking mad in Britain

I don’t enjoy posting articles like this, and it sure doesn’t make a country whose traditions and history I’ve admired look very good.  That’s because it just plain doesn’t look so well anymore.  The left wing social engineers and bleeding hearts and all their political correctness have wrecked this place.  Not totally, not yet, but I think they’re working hard at it.

There is absolutely no excuse in the world to tolerate this kind of crap.  It’s clear from this article and much else I’ve read, that there doesn’t seem to be enough support for the teacher in the classroom or for harsher punishment to deal with the class thugs.  Some of these little monsters are already so far out of control, that there does not appear to be any other way to deal with them except hanging.  Basically they’re bullies and cowards and I believe that if a few executions were to take place and watched by their peers, the problem might solve itself.  Or at least diminish to a point where other students and teachers will be safe in their own schools.  But there aren’t any examples being made that would deter the other punks. 

Yesterday a gang (up to 20) of black school (children?) went after one boy and caught him at a subway station and in front of a crown, stabbed him to death.

There were also girls involved in that mob violence.  Turns out that they had been causing problems for some weeks before this, armed with screwdriver and knives.  The paper reported in this case that they were blacks and it just reminded me that while it was never on this horrible scale, 60 years ago in my country it was generally blacks and Puerto Ricans who carried blades and roamed in groups.  You just had to stay out of their territory.  They seldom ventured into the city center or a bus station or train station attacking news stands and destroying merchandise and stabbing anyone who happened to be there. I mean to say, it wasn’t a normal thing.  It wasn’t a normal thing in this country either, not until these folks suddenly discovered they had, RIGHTS! All sorts of RIGHTS. And the lawyers to back them up all paid for of course by the very people who are always at their mercy.  The taxpayer.  Who else has the money?

Another case came to light this week and again I simply ignored it due to the nature and it bothered us beyond imagination.  I mention it now because of the story being posted here and the one I described above.

A 13 yr old boy was caught raping a three year old baby. Come to find out, he’d abused her a few days previous to that.  He was caught by the girl’s mom.
The paper didn’t go into any great detail and nothing was mentioned as to whether or not she beat the creep up. Perhaps he was too big for her. Who knows.
Due to his tender age of course the courts don’t allow for his name or photo to be made public.  That’s a dame shame cos if anyone deserves hanging from the nearest tree, but only after having parts of him removed, this bastard does.  Again, it will never happen.  And so future victims are being created even as I type this rant.  And that’s what always gets my dander up and I lose the old temper.  Because I’m convinced beyond all doubt that future victims are out there all because a system that calls itself justice, dispenses little of that or none at all.

The unteachable pupils sent back to terrified staff despite assaults and sex attacks

It is a shocking document which lays bare the realities of teaching in increasingly unruly schools.

One teacher reports the case of a 14-year-old boy who attacked her and sexually assaulted a female classroom assistant.

Another boy, this time aged only five, threatened to stab a member of staff with a pair of scissors and threw chairs in his reception class.

Most disturbingly, the culprits have all been returned to the classroom against the wishes of teachers - often after initially being excluded or expelled.

Nine ‘unteachable’ children are described in a dossier produced by the NASUWT union. Five were expelled by head teachers only to be reinstated by governing bodies.

The union accuses governors of being more concerned with placating parents of troublemakers than protecting staff.

In the other four cases, head teachers themselves failed to take firm action, leaving classroom teachers in what they describe as an impossible position.

Chris Keates, NASUWT general secretary, said the dossier highlighted a ‘deeply worrying’ assault on teachers’ authority.

‘Governors seem to be taking the line of least resistance to placate the minority of parents rather than to protect the majority of pupils and their staff,’ she said.

‘If governors do not back head teachers’ professional judgment in these matters then staff and school leaders cannot manage behaviour with confidence.

‘Equally concerning is that, in the other cases, which were all serious incidents, the school took either no action or made the very weak response of temporary exclusion.’

WITH APOLOGIES TO MY BRIT FRIENDS BUT, WHEN IT COMES TO THIS SORT OF CRAP …..

If this sort of total bullshit isn’t stopped pretty damn soon, you really are well and truly doomed.
I am beyond anger or frustration with this kind of thing.  On the other hand, to give em left handed credit, the mus-slimes did carry signs saying to hell with freedom and hell to freedom of speech.  Which at that time they were themselves enjoying. Of course, THEY define what is and isn’t to be free I guess.

Imagine being “quizzed by the fuzz for saying this. But damn it, it is true.  I’m not upset with the police who after all must by the shit-ridden laws passed by the commie-sars in charge here, respond to complaints.  The fault isn’t theirs.  As for these hand wringing asswipes who wrap themselves in a flag of Human Rights, every single one with NO exceptions should be taken out.  It’s wet work sure but there are lots of patriots I’m sure who would be happy to volunteer to do the GOOD deed that needed doing.

Oh .. I almost forgot but this story just reminded me.  I have some good news to pass on. It’s a week old but better late then ....

A human rights lawyer was stabbed at his home about ten days ago. He bled to death.  I for one am very happy about that.  When I heard the story I couldn’t help but think, YES!  MORE-MORE.  ENCORE!

Some may regard that as somewhat extreme.  If you do, then you haven’t learned to hate enough. These slime are having a field day and have for years and look where its brought us.  I say we are all much better off with ALL of them graveyard dead.  If not all, then enough to discourage their followers. Alas, the west has no fist of steel. And no stomach for the job and the other side knows that.  That is why they are winning.

Please note, I am speaking strictly for myself. That’s my personal take on our world and the way I see it headed. All politically correct and social engineered and run by civil/human rights leftist bastards who enjoy the power and telling others how and what to think. Well screw em!

MP quizzed by police after saying ‘wearing burkha was like having paper bag over your head’

An MP was investigated by police for inciting racial hatred over controversial comments about the burkha following complaints from a human rights association.

Conservative MP Philip Hollobone said wearing the garment was the religious equivalent of ‘going round with a paper bag over your head’.

During a parliamentary debate last month he urged the House of Commons to ‘seriously consider’ banning the garment.

Now it has emerged police received a complaint about the Kettering MP a few days after his comments from the Northamptonshire Rights and Equality Council (NREC).

Officers rang Mr Hollobone to say a complaint had been made but the Crown Prosecution Service dropped the case a few days later as there were no grounds for prosecution.

Debates in Westminster are protected by parliamentary privilege but Mr Hollobone said the complaint could have related to comments made inside or outside the Commons.

He criticised the ‘hypocritical and ‘patronising’ NREC today for championing freedom of speech while attempting to have him prosecuted.

Last month the organisation sent the outspoken MP a letter criticising his stance on Muslim women who chose to wear the burkha in public.

Mr Hollobone said: ‘It’s complete hypocrisy. They talk on one hand about freedom of speech and expression and then without even making contact try to get me prosecuted.

‘In this country you should be able to have a debate about controversial subjects without the threat of police action. That’s how democracy works.

‘I am not going to be silenced by the threat of prosecution when all I am doing is speaking out about the concerns of my constituents.

‘If this had gone to court I would have defended myself.

‘I don’t blame the police at all, they are obliged to investigate reports of crime. That’s their job. But I am disgusted that the NREC should seek an MP’s prosecution.

‘I have been in correspondence with them and offered to meet representatives of local Muslim groups but that invitation is still outstanding.

‘The issue here is the covering of ones face in public. The nihab and the burkha are not legal requirements.

‘There are large numbers if immigrant women who will not be able to integrate into the British way of life if they cover themselves up.’

On March 11 Mr Hollobone used another Commons’ debate to mark International Women’s Day to reiterate his views on the burkha.

He said: ‘This is Britain. We are not a Muslim country. Covering your face in public is strange and to many people both intimidating and offensive.’ Burkhas are worn by an estimated 100,000 of the 2.4million Muslims in the UK.

Northamptonshire Police said the complaints related to comments made at the beginning of February in Parliament, although he also expanded on them in a local newspaper.

A police spokesman said: ‘It was brought to our attention and we looked into it but the CPS decided there was no case to answer here.’

Recent reports in the press here also claim (truthfully) that birth rates in the USA are down for Caucasians and your first guess as to whose are higher and growing will likely be the correct one.

Norwegians Will Become a Minority in Their Own Country

There’s a news article in Norway today that says that people who speak Norwegian as mother tongue (Norwegians) may become a minority in Oslo schools by 2021.

Obviously, that’s a mild statement with some political correctness to it. It’s not a matter if it will become like that; it’s just a matter of time. So there is no “may”, just “when”.

Norwegian-speaking students are a minority at 58 elementary schools in Oslo, as shown by the results from a recent study.

During the last five years the number of schools in which Norwegian-speaking students form a minority has increased by 18, from 40 to 58.

In 2000, 31% of the students in Oslo were immigrants.

Today (2010) 40% of the students in Oslo are minorities. The number of non-Norwegian students in Oslo has increased by 1% each year, which means that Norwegians will be a minority in Oslo schools in 2021, if the trend continues.

To stop Norwegians from becoming a minority in Oslo schools, they must stop the immigration at once, send back everyone who can be sent home, and try to make others want to move home. That is what is necessary, whether people like it or not. Without doing that, we can’t stop it.

It’s high time that politicians realize this and grow a spine. But I don’t think they will. None of the politicians will do what’s required — the right wing want to institute a stricter immigration policy, which would obviously be better, but that will just slow the situation, not stop it. Even if they stop immigration entirely, the Muslims will still become more numerous than us because of their birth rate, which shows no sign of decreasing.

I think that the right wing will almost certainly win the election next time (in three years), but it remains to be seen if that will help anything at all. In the long run, I doubt it. I think what is happening in Europe can’t be stopped by politicians, because no politicians are brave and politically incorrect enough to do what must be done, which is to get 80% of the Muslim immigrants out of here.

So I believe the situation will just keep getting worse and worse, until it eventually becomes civil war or at least very violent.

Political correctness strikes back: Jedi believer wins apology and says he’ll sue. Ah diversity.

Surely this has to be embarrassing for Brits.  This guy isn’t a fool. He knows exactly what he’s doing.  The fools are the people who allow it and cave in with “Oh we are so sorry.” A brick in the face and he’d soon change his religion. My problem with the hood thing is the very same problem that most others have. The association with often violent crime committed by guys (often younger this this fellow) wearing hoods. Referred to as “Hoodies.” And they damn well are intimidating in groups. OK so he was alone. He’s bogus and he can say whatever he wants to about adopting this movie thing as a religion. The fault also is at the foot of the lady who wrote the letter of apology. See it at the link.  This is just another example of the declining culture that’s been allowed to flourish.
I wonder what the end game will look like.  I won’t be here to see it that’s certain, and maybe that’s a good thing.

Political correctness strikes back: Jedi believer wins apology after being kicked out of Jobcentre for wearing a hood

When benefits claimant Chris Jarvis was asked to put down his hood in a Jobcentre, he said he was entitled to wear it because of his Jedi ‘faith’.

When he continued to wear the cowl despite repeated warnings, he was escorted from the premises by security guards.

Yet in a case which sums up the march of political correctness in the public sector, he has now received a grovelling apology saying that the government agency ‘embraces diversity and respects a customer’s religion’. ‘Jediism’ was made up for the Star Wars films.

The father of three now plans to sue Jobcentre Plus in Southend for discrimination, despite admitting he took up the ‘faith’ last year only as an excuse to wear hooded tops.

‘I am a Star Wars follower. It means following the way of the Jedi,’ he said yesterday. ‘The main reason is I want to wear my hood up and I have got a religion which allows me to do that.

‘Someone with their own religious views is allowed to wear what their religion says - the Sikhs are able to carry a great big dagger. My religion allows me to wear my hood.’

Mr Jarvis later wrote to complain. In response, manager Wendy Flewers wrote: ‘Jobcentre Plus is committed to provide a customer service which embraces diversity and respects a customer’s religion or beliefs.

Ever get up very late, or early in the morning because you suddenly thought of something you forgot to do before going to bed?  Woke up (it’s half past midnight here) and had to boot because I forgot something important before shutting down. Oh well, I figured I may as well check some things that will be in the news when I ran across this mind boggling pile of stupidity. There are not enough moonbats to award this school.

Tell ya what tho.  If it were left to me I take the person or persons responsible for this outrage, and make em think they were going to be shot. I’d also take IDs and tell em their families were on the list to be next.  Lets see how well the ass-wipes respond. Fuckin jerks!
It’s this very sort of thing that make non Jewish families who never before had ill will or denied the holocaust, into very non sympathetic people. I know damn well I’d be.

Here, see for yourself and see what you think.  If one of the kids were yours you would ..... ? Just fill in the blank.

The idiot who authorized this is, Deputy head teacher Elizabeth McGlynn.  I wish her the worst.  Knowing myself pretty well, and knowing my temper and reactions to stupidity like this, I can pretty well say that Ms McGlynn might already be dead by now if I had a kid in that class.  I’d worry about consequences later if I worried at all.  The point being, an example should be made of her.  One that would be so horrific that no pol.correct teacher would ever even think of pulling a stunt like this again.  A simple bullet in the head would not be enough. By example I mean things I can’t even post here. She’d damn well deserve it!

Primary schoolchildren in tears after they are told they will be removed from families as part of Holocaust ‘game’

A group of primary schoolchildren were left traumatised after their teacher told them they were to be taken away from their families during a bizarre Holocaust classroom ‘game’.

Pupils became hysterical after a number of them were separated and told they were being sent away or might end up in an orphanage.

The terrifying ordeal was meant to give the students at the Lanarkshire school an insight into the horrors faced by Jewish children during the Second World War, when they were plucked from home and sent to Nazi death camps.

But the ill-conceived exercise, which was sprung without warning on the children at St Hilary’s Primary School in East Kilbride last Thursday morning, went badly wrong with many pupils, aged just 11, reduced to tears.

Deputy head teacher Elizabeth McGlynn was responsible for segregating the pupils and telling them they were to be sent away.

One angry parent, who has lodged an official complaint about the project, told how the ‘barbaric’ role play left children crying their eyes out in class.

In a letter sent to council bosses, the unnamed mother said: ‘Mrs McGlynn told the children they would probably have to be sent away from their families and that their parents had been informed about this and knew all about it.

‘When one child asked if that meant they might have to go to an orphanage, they were told that might be a possibility.

‘At that point many of the children became very distressed.

‘One boy kicked his chair over, one was angry and demanded to speak to someone in charge but most were crying on a scale ranging from mildly to severely.

‘Their ordeal lasted between 12 and 15 minutes before the children were informed that it was all an act but that the role play would continue until lunchtime.’

One girl said her classmates began crying when Mrs McGlynn told them she had a letter from the Scottish Executive saying nine children had to be separated from their classmates.

She told the shocked youngsters those who were born in January, February and March had lower IQs than other children, ‘due to lack of sunlight in their mother’s womb’, and that they had to put yellow hats on and be sent to the library.

The mother added: ‘When I asked why on earth they thought it was appropriate to deliver a role play situation to the children in this way, Mrs Stewart informed me that they didn’t inform the children beforehand.

‘This was because they wanted the children to experience an “accurate emotional response” to this scenario in order for it to be reflected in their story writing.

‘Mrs Stewart then invited me to come up to the school and see the excellent work that had been produced as a result of the exercise.

‘I declined and my position and opinion on the method used to extract emotive story writing from the children was cruel, barbaric, traumatic and totally, totally unethical.

‘My daughter and indeed no child needs to feel the terror, fear, panic, segregation and horror that a child of the Holocaust experienced during one of the worst atrocities in history to be able to empathise with them in order to produce good story writing.’

A South Lanarkshire council spokeswoman, who confirmed that a role play activity took place, said: ‘The council can confirm that a parent handed in a letter to Education Resources on Monday, March 8, 2010, and this will be responded to shortly.’

BATS awarded to The Health and Safety Executive for make work projects spending other people’s money and being just plain schtupid if they believe farmers are dumb enough to buy this.  Jeesh.  I hope we haven’t sunk to this lunacy back home yet.  Notice. I said “yet” coz ya never do know.

Forget my knot

SIR – Yesterday, I received a letter from the Health and Safety Executive entreating me to tie a small piece of green rope (provided) prominently in my yard, as a reminder to “Come home safe” from the potential dangers on the farm. I can apply for up to five more (free) green knots.
I cannot imagine any farmer in the land applying for little green knots to tie on the farm gate. This appears to be just a small example of Government waste.

Up until a couple of years ago, or was it only last year? I forgot. No matter because the then top dog at the MET, the metropolitan police, was a man who claimed to be quite “proud” of being “politically correct.” When the new consrv. mayor of London took over after ousting a self confessed communist mayor, he threw the bum out. Hmm. Wait. This is England and generally they are somewhat more polite. The new mayor didn’t throw out Sir Ian Blair but he did allow him to quit the post.  That man was probably the very worst thing that has ever happened to the police of this country, and they still have not recovered.
When I took the morning papers off the chair on the front porch, about the first story that caught my eye today was this.

Sir Ian Blair signed a formal agreement with an Islamic extremist to treat him as the Metropolitan Police’s “principal” representative of the Muslim community, it can be disclosed.

The activist, Azad Ali, was accepted by the Met as a trusted interlocutor. The force also agreed to give him information on forthcoming anti-terror raids. – Mr Ali has previously justified the killing of British troops in Iraq, believes al Qaeda is a “myth,” and has praised a key mentor of Osama bin Laden.

Mr Ali signed the deal, a copy of which has been seen by the Daily Telegraph, in his capacity as the then chairman of the Muslim Safety Forum – a body closely linked to the fundamentalist Islamic Forum of Europe (IFE).

The Muslim Safety Forum was set up, in its own words, to challenge the “unfair focus on the Muslim community when it came to policing activities and enforcement of anti- terror policing legislation.”

It was accepted by the police as a legitimate body. The agreement, dated December 2006 and personally signed by Mr Ali and Sir Ian, who was Commissioner of the Met at the time, states: “The Commissioner will recognise the MSF as the principal body in relation to Muslim community safety and security.”

Sir Ian or his deputy committed to meet Mr Ali and the MSF at least twice a year and to hold monthly meetings with the MSF at “New Scotland Yard or other suitable premises.”

The agreement says that the Met and MSF will “use the MSF as a consultation body to help formulate policy or practice.” and “progress an annual plan of work through agreed priority workstreams,” jointly led by Met and MSF representatives.

The Met also agreed to set up a four-strong panel with the MSF to offer the Muslim community a chance to comment on whether the information police had on a suspect was too flimsy and the consequences of a raid for community relations.

Mr Ali, one of the panel members, said at the time: “This will allow independent scrutiny of intelligence.”

Treason plus Immigration have changed the face of Britain. Another left wing stab in the back.

I have done some editing so read it all at the link.  This could well be the plot for a good movie, but it is honest to gosh all true. No urban myth, right wing political smear of the left here.  The left did it to themselves.  This really is a case of a govt., in the holy names of diversity and multi culture, attacking the state they are supposed to be protecting.  In any other age but ours, this would be (as I understand it) treason.

Of all the issues of concern to the public, immigration is possibly the most explosive - and the one about which the most lies are continuing to be told.

During the period that Labour has been in office, mass immigration has simply changed the face of Britain. The total number of immigrants since 1997 is pushing three million.

Ministers claim that immigration policy has been driven principally to help the economy. They have always denied that they actually set out deliberately to change the ethnic composition of the country.

Well, now we know for a certainty that this is not true. The Government embarked on a policy of mass immigration to change Britain into a multicultural society - and they kept this momentous aim secret from the people whose votes they sought.

Worse still, they did this knowing that it ran directly counter to the wishes of those voters, whose concerns about immigration they dismissed as racist; and they further concealed official warnings that large-scale immigration would bring about significant increases in crime.

The truth about this scandal was first blurted out last October by Andrew Neather, a former Labour Party speechwriter.

He wrote that until the new points-based system limiting foreign workers was introduced in 2008 - in response to increasing public uproar - government policy for the previous eight years had been aimed at promoting mass immigration.

The ‘driving political purpose’ of this policy, wrote Neather, was ‘to make the UK truly multicultural’ - and one subsidiary motivation was ‘to rub the Right’s nose in diversity and render their arguments out of date’.

The implications of this covert policy are quite staggering. Ministers deliberately set out to change the cultural and ethnic identity of this country in secret.

They did this mainly because they hated what Britain was, a largely homogeneous society rooted in 1,000 years of history. They therefore set out to replace it by a totally new kind of multicultural society - and one in which the vast majority of newcomers could be expected to vote Labour.

They set out to destroy the right of the British people to live in a society defined by a common history, religion, law, language and traditions. They set out to destroy for ever what it means to be culturally British and to put another ‘multicultural’ identity in its place.

And they then had the gall to declare that to have love for or pride in that authentic British identity, and to want to protect and uphold it, was racist.

There could hardly be a more worthy issue for the Conservative Party to leap upon. Yet their response is muted through their own visceral terror of appearing racist.

the face of Britain’s criminal system ……..  see how it doesn’t work ….

Another great example of the Labour promise.
Tough on crime. Tough on the causes of crime.  Uh huh.  Maybe the PM should be reading this. BTW ... why hasn’t this worthless creep been made graveyard dead after all this?  Surely someone could have accidently run him down with their car.  This creepy-crawly is for sure more trouble in the future. 
Take a look.  100 convictions?  What’s it take to convince authorities that some criminals (most in fact) choose that way of life. And it is always the law abiding taxpayer who has to pay their way.  I refuse to believe that euthanasia doesn’t have a very good place in the modern world. IT DOES! And the sooner used the safer and better off society would be.  In fact, had this one been hung at age 10 or 11, there would have been a few thousand (count em) a few thousand FEWER crimes caused by this useless bastard.  So then, what’s he get now?  Read on.

Teenager with more than 100 convictions turned town into ‘UK break-in capital’

Michael Craig has been blamed by police for turning his hometown of Burnley into the burglary capital of Britain

Their town has been burdened with the unfortunate tag of the burglary capital of Britain.

But the residents of Burnley are likely to sleep more soundly after a serial offender responsible for a large chunk of the crimes was locked up yesterday.

Michael Craig has committed 101 break-ins and other offences. Police say the 19-year-old is a key reason for the town’s unwanted title - and could be behind many more unsolved crimes.

Burnley has more burglaries per head of population than any other town or city in the country, with 2,154 in only a year, the Home Office revealed earlier this month.

Craig has regularly been committing crimes since stealing a car when he was just ten.
His record ranges from theft to public order offences as well as shoplifting, breach of an Asbo, affray, criminal damage, attempted robbery and common assault.

The latest string of offences began only four weeks after he was freed 12 months early from a two-and-a-half year jail term for what a judge described as a ‘frightening’ campaign of burglaries.

He soon broke into an 88-year-old woman’s home and stole her television as she slept, and later slashed the tyres of a witness after she called the police.

The pensioner, who lived alone, had been badly shaken up, felt vulnerable and had told police it would take her a long time to recover, prosecutor Sarah Statham told Burnley Crown Court.

Craig also broke into a local college three times to steal equipment including overhead projectors.

Finally he was arrested hiding in the roof space of a house and admitted a catalogue of crimes to fund a drug habit.

A police source said: ‘It’s very pleasing to see Craig get locked up but I’m sure it won’t be long before he’s reoffending again when he gets out.

‘The fact is he an absolute menace who has been a blight on the town for years. Even though he had over 100 convictions at the age of 19 it wouldn’t surprise if it was just the tip of the iceberg.

‘When the Home Office burglary figures came out a few people did wonder whether Craig had a hand in it. The figures certainly went down dramatically when we arrested him.’

Craig admitted two charges of burglary, one of criminal damage and asked for 14 further offences to be considered.

This took his total number of convictions to the staggering 101.

The judge, Recorder Andrew Long, told him he had an ‘appalling’ criminal record and jailed him for three years.

schools which make girls wear skirts may be breaking the law under new laws re. umin rights.

The Mad Hattie Littlejohn refers to here is Harriet Harman, also called Harperson.  She of total equality for all and even where there is no inequality, she will find it so that she can then make it equal.  She is a left wing loony tune and I can’t quite make up my mind who is worse. The former deputy PM, John Prescott or Ms Harperson.  She is a wack job people.  She ugly too but that isn’t important.  One of those white folks born to wealth who want to play Robbin Hood with other people’s money. Wants ta be one of the common folk to show how inclusive she is. Bah.  Lyndon does a much better job of describing the pin head. Seeing her name usually sets Lyndon off so I hope he’s out there right now.

Now mad Hattie’s making skirts illegal

Conclusive evidence that the world has gone stark, staring mad comes from the Equalities and Human Rights Commission , which has announced that schools which make girls wear skirts may be breaking the law - by discriminating against transsexuals.

You couldn’t make it up. A 68-page report on the rights of transsexuals says ‘requiring pupils to wear gender-specific clothes is potentially unlawful’.

It states: ‘Pupils born female with gender dysphoria experienced great discomfort being forced to wear stereotypical girls’ clothes - for example, a skirt.’

This guidance arises out of Harriet Harman’s lunatic, flat earth Equalities Bill, which is due to become law in the autumn.

Local authorities will have to take into account the effects of their policies on minorities.

I’ve no idea how many transsexual pupils there are at your average school. But I wouldn’t have thought all that many.

There was a boy at my school who was rumoured to like dressing up in his mother’s frocks and high-heels, but the headmaster felt no inclination to adapt the uniform accordingly.

Surely any transsexual’s sensitivities could be accommodated by a pair of slacks, without making skirts a criminal offence.

Just imagine the time and money wasted drawing up a 68-page report - that’s right, sixty-eight pages - into the rights of transsexuals. The U.S. Constitution runs to only six pages, and that includes a bill of rights for everyone.

Millions upon millions of pounds are wasted on this kind of institutionalised insanity every year.

Of course, minorities’ rights should be respected but not at the expense of criminalising the normal behaviour of the majority.

If this Bill becomes law, it won’t be long before this ‘guidance’ is tested in court.

This is where a demented obsession with ‘diversity’ becomes a tyranny. We are now ruled by maniacs who think the wearing of skirts should be made illegal.
