Kay ... I can see the fine if she was careless and didn’t ID the kid used by the council. Kids buying pets, even goldfish, might not be such a great idea if a parent isn’t around to ok things. But come on. Take a look at this woman. Does look to be a threat. Do you think she’d run away from home cos she illegally sold a goldfish in her pet store? So why this?
A freekin electronic tag? A tag for selling a fish? Oh well. Justice must be done.

By Daily Mail ReporterPolice are refusing to reveal the identities of sex offenders who are on the run - because it would be an invasion of their privacy.
Four registered sex offenders have been on the run for as long as two years after disappearing from their homes in the North-East.
But confusion over whether the wanted criminals should be identified means that just one of them has been made known to the public, sparking fury among victim’s groups.
