a worthless and crappy system more concerned with human rights as long as it’s the criminal

He was termed “a risk to the public who should be deported” by the Home Office.
Nevertheless, a worthless, miserable dirtbag, an error on legs was allowed freedom after 14 yrs in prison for a deadly stabbing.  The laws being what they are here, it was deemed a violation of his human rights to deport him, and so here he is.

Freed after years in prison, he has been rearrested only four months after release for a mugging with violence.

This half breed monstrosity once led a boy gang of 8 named Venom.  Members of which once raped a tourist, and threw her naked into a canal.  For which they received 6 years. Hey, lets hear it for justice. Three cheers …. you gotta be kidding! 

After this bad excuse for anything human killed school headmaster, he was bragging about it.  But while in prison he showed such good behavior that …. heeee’s baaaack!
Justice my freekin ass. If that existed at all, those rapists would have had their privates cut off, and crippled for life so their crime could never be repeated.

The subject of this rant was 15 when he killed the headmaster in 1995.  Convicted in ’96, in ’97 his lawyers (who should by rights be shot dead, or better yet, have the killer move in with their families) launched an appeal of his sentence. It was denied.

In 2002, the widow of the headmaster, Phillip Lawrence, was asked by the probation officers to APOLOGIZE to the “upset” killer because she was critical of his lack of remorse.

Can any of you wonder why I act fuckin crazy sometimes?  Look at that sub human face. Does it look to you like it is capable of human feelings like remorse?  How can anyone read that sort thing and not get nuts?  The probation officers. Idiots.  Of course he felt no remorse.  He was bragging about it to friends after he did it. His gang was called Venom.  And those stupid assed brainless twits wanted an apology from the wife?

Born in Italy, he came here as a youngster.  His mom is from the Philippines. His father has recently been arrested in Italy for killing his girlfriend.  Runs in the family I guess. Anyway … this piece of walking filth was supposed to face deportation after jail, BUT.  Oh no. Can’t have that because it was ruled that it would violate his human rights by denying him a family life.  Can you believe that?  So now the bastard is back in jail but you know in time, he’ll be out again.  We can hope someone in prison kills the low life.

Oh what the hell. As long as I’m on the subject of right … how’s this one grab ya. How’s this for public safety and common sense and justice?

Failed asylum seeker Aso Mohammed Ibrahim, who ran down and killed 12-year-old Amy Houston in November 2003, before fleeing the scene. The career criminal has won a string of appeals against deportation on the grounds he has a wife and two children in the UK. The youngsters were fathered after he sneaked into the country illegally.

The right to family life argument is now used far more commonly than cases under Article 3 of the Act, the prohibition of torture or ill treatment.
This clause has been repeatedly exploited by terrorist fanatics, such as Abu Qatada, claiming they would face brutal treatment if not allowed to remain here. Most controversially, nine Afghan hijackers who forced a plane to fly to Stansted so they could live in Britain had their wish granted.

Cases such as these prompted Mr Cameron to call the legislation ‘practically an invitation for terrorists and would-be terrorists to come to Britain’.
However, this rhetoric was quickly abandoned to keep the LibDems on side. Six months on, as foreign criminals still walk the streets with impunity, the price of this decision is painfully clear.

The Daily Mail can reveal two of his gang members - Henry and Allan Agum - are also back behind bars.
They were just 14 when they took part in a merciless attack, which happened as the mother-of-two from Austria enjoyed a weekend shopping trip in London. Following her ordeal she was thrown naked into a canal.

It is not possible to read the papers I do every day and not share the insanity on a blog.  I don’t enjoy passing on this kind of thing, but the extent of the lunacy and lack of common sense and fairness found in what they laughingly call the ‘Justice System’ just can’t be ignored.

So far, in all the time I’ve been here I haven’t run across one single person who thinks the legal system as regards criminality is working. As well, there is great unease over what might be a broken promise by the PM to undo the human rights laws that have made a mockery of justice.

If you folks back home in the USA think that things are a mite screwy with our system, and they assuredly are, be thankful that so far at least, our rules and laws whatever the flaw, isn’t tied to the European courts and their dictates. They seem to be here and the Brits are not at all happy about it.  Especially the victims of crime and their families.  Wait till you see the post that follows this one.  You’ll get a taste of insanity and what it means to have your sovereignty impinged.
But in the meantime ...

Shoplifter who ran down policeman told ‘Take 7-week trip-of-a-lifetime before we lock you up’

After mowing down a policeman in an attempt to escape justice, shoplifter Saphhia Da-Silva was expected to face the full wrath of the British legal system.

But instead magistrates have adjourned sentencing – so she can enjoy a pre-booked seven-week holiday to Australia.

Da-Silva was spotted shoplifting at a Gap store and was followed to her car by two police community support officers.

As she attempted to escape in a silver BMW, hit an empty pushchair and then PCSO Daniel Smith flinging him 5ft in the air.

Her case had been adjourned for pre-sentence reports, and a sentencing hearing would have likely been held in mid-December.

But the mother-of-two’s planned seven-week trip Down Under, on a visa, is from November 28 to January 15 so Ashford magistrates agreed to adjourn the date until January 31.

Nigel Numas, for Da-Silva, said: ‘She wants to go to Australia and take her mother and children to see her nan.’

Chairman of the bench Anne Norris told him: ‘We are dealing with something extremely serious. Is it relevant for your client to go on holiday?

‘There is also a victim who is off sick and has been seriously injured.’

law and disorder and student protests make their point by attacking police and causing damage

The video below is from a week ago. There are more protests in other cities today. Students?  Well, not exactly all. But, there were some very good photos of a few in the hardcopy editions. Interesting. One of the so called students is the head of a student union and she’s a 37 year old marxist.
Another interesting thing .... some of the students aren’t even Brits .... and an awful lot of the ppl causing damage and committing assault, are kids from middle class families, many who live in expensive homes, the offspring of parents who are very far from being poor.

What this is all about is the increase in college tuitions. A very,very large increase. I think it’s going from £3,000 to £9,000. I’m certain about the 9.
That is a large increase all at once.  However .... the govt. is allowing an increase in the amount earned by students after graduating, before any loans must be paid back.  Example ....

Under the old system, they would start paying back once they earned £15,000 a year.  Now ... that figure has been increased to £21,000.  So no paybacks until they start earning £21,000.  And they have 30 years as I understand it. 

Some of the young involved in these “protests” are as young as 13 or 14.  Seems to me they’re being a bit premature.  While it’s true not all are violent, the ones who are, are not really concerned with fairness and cost.  They are mostly left led and out for fun. Fun means attacking cops who unfortunately are not allowed to shoot the bastards dead. Fun means damaging property and setting fires.

One of last weeks agitators is actually a youngish lecturer at a college, who said the violent ones were brilliant and publicly encourages more of the same.

This we have rights thing has been carried to such extremes, that it seems protests which may be honest at the start are ALWAYS, always taken over by the fringe group of pleasure seeking criminals with no jobs anyway, and are led happily and with great enthusiasm by the far left.
If there really were any justice, or anyone with the real desire to right things, these folks would be made an example of. But no luck there so look for more of the same in the future.

Almost forgot to mention it and just reminded by wife.  Just to make things even worse .....

Police officer ‘has his arm broken’ and another is knocked out as latest tuition fees protest turns ugly in Whitehall

Police officers appeared to be seriously injured today as angry demonstrators protesting against the hike in tuition fees again brought chaos to the streets.

Around 10,000 students and protesters flooded London for a new demonstration just a fortnight after anarchists unleashed mayhem at the Tory Party headquarters.

Scotland Yard, determined not to be caught on the hop a second time, ensured hundreds of officers were on duty and quickly reinforced numbers as flashpoints developed.

Two officers so far have been taken to hospital, one with a broken arm and another with a leg injury. Shocking footage outside the Foreign Office showed another being dragged to safety, apparently knocked out cold.

Huge crowds had attempted to break the security cordon outside the building but the line of police was quickly bolstered to ensure the barricades were not breached, unlike a fortnight ago.

The Territorial Support Group, who are more highly-training in public order containment, were then rushed in after protesters tried to batter their way to Downing Street using a barrier.

COW FRAUDS AND THE SCREWING OF BRITAIN A BIT AT A TIME

Here’s some more baffling bull shit for the taxpayer to ponder.  Why oh why are people allowed to get away with these sorts of things?

I can never find more then one out of a few hundred who think nothing is wrong. Reading the comments that readers make at the end of newspaper articles, one gets the definite impression that the vast majority of people are fed up. They are angry, they are frustrated and some seem to be apoplectic in their anger.  Yet nothing improves.  The welfare wheels simply grind on.  Working people continue to do that and continue to pay their taxes, mostly on time. Nothing is cheap here and if it is, trust me. You do not want it, whatever ‘it’ is.

Welfare moms who blackmail their city council with threats of having more kids until they get what they want, and say so very publicly.
Employees who make a career of suing their employers for thousands AND ... under nanny state rules can and do collect because the state has decreed that one of a citizen’s inviolate and inalienable rights, besides access to other people’s earned monies, is the absolute right to never have his or her feelings hurt. Think of it reader, a lifetime of no hurt feelings. So people ... mind always what you say. Careful now. Think 2wice or thrice before telling someone off or arguing with someone.  Hurt feelings can cost a lot of money.
Here ya go. Take a look at that slob, that ugly fat cow, that hipo. She claims someone called her, “babe.” Who in their right mind that wasn’t blind would say that? Babe? Her?  She claimed a calendar was a “sexual advance.” Will someone tell me how a calendar can be an advance? What crap.

State worker wins £500k in a decade of claims against her bosses...as wounded hero has to fight for just £46,000

One is a former equalities officer who has made complaints ranging from sexual harassment to victimisation.
The other is a hero soldier who was shot in Iraq.

Yet while Pauline Scanlon has been awarded £500,000 during a decade of successive claims for damages, Corporal Anthony Duncan is fighting to keep hold of £46,000 he received in compensation for his injuries.

Mrs Scanlon has won four separate payouts after accusing employers of discrimination or sexual harassment.
The 46-year-old, who now works for the Department for Work and Pensions, lodged her first complaint against public sector employers in 1995.

Her latest payout of £450,000 followed a claim she launched in 2005 but was only agreed last week after a series of appeals.
Meanwhile, Corporal Duncan, of the Light Dragoons, is facing legal action from the Government after it appealed against a decision to increase his compensation from £9,250.

In Mrs Scanlon’s latest settlement Redcar and Cleveland Council was told to pay her £442,466.38 after she complained of sex discrimination, victimisation and unfair dismissal.

The award includes more than £100,000 for loss of earnings, £155,000 for future loss of earnings, £87,000 pension loss, £21,000 injury to feelings and £20,000 in aggravated damages.

Mrs Scanlon, who lives in Saltburn, North Yorkshire, with her retired husband, joined the council in October 2002 as its £25,000 a year equalities officer.

But she was sacked two years later for refusing to co-operate and for having a poor working relationship with colleagues.

She was accused of being an equalities ‘zealot’ and ‘unhelpful’.

In one incident, Mrs Scanlon was said to have complained about a colleague’s calendar which showed Robbie Williams with his trousers round his ankles.

Mrs Scanlon claimed it breached council policy relating to unwelcome sexual advances.

But she claimed she was only sacked after complaining that the council had breached its own policy by appointing a human resources manager without first advertising the post.

She told a tribunal that after submitting her complaint, her bosses carried out a campaign of harassment against her.

She was ‘excluded from meetings’ and her ‘efforts were undervalued’, she said.

After five years and various appeals, the original decision to award her £450,000 was upheld last week.

During her decade of claims Mrs Scanlon does not appear to have stayed in one job for more than 26 months. Her first payment came after she worked for Liverpool City Council as an estates action development officer from 1993 to 1995.

Generally I post only part of an article and give readers the link for the rest.  But this is a very different kind of story.
I’m not surprised at the attitude of the young thugs who by rights should be immediately shot. They are old enough and dangerous enough to be a serious threat.
At this very moment, I am listening to a panel show on BBC Radio 4, where one loopy left wing total ass, is saying violence is okay during protests and demonstrations.  The reason for this particular program and subject tonight, is because of the “student” protests last week that turned violent. There was the usual damage and at one point, one of the slime dropped a fire extinguisher from the roof of a building, narrowly missing a police officer. The jerk being interviewed at the time is okay with that sort of thing.
So then, is it any wonder that there are kids like those described here. In fact, some college lecturer who also was part of the protest, referred to the violent minority as “brilliant.” Just shows you what things have come to here. The police were unprepared and outnumbered. And of course, unarmed.

This isn’t anything to slough off as merely kids stuff. It isn’t. And to think one of the young is a white girl. Good heaven, what was she thinking? Probably an ugly fat slag no white boy would look at.

Five Muslim boys and white girl, all 12, make death threats to classmate who supported British troops

As the nation paused on Remembrance Day to honour those who had sacrificed their lives for their country, one schoolboy felt particularly proud.

Moved by their bravery, Darius Gill penned a patriotic and heartfelt tribute to the soldiers who had lost their lives at war.

But unknown to the 13-year-old schoolboy, some of his peers took exception to his comments.

A gang of 12-year-old pupils made up of five Muslim boys and one white girl, began plotting a vicious attack on Darius – whose father is Asian – for supporting British troops.

The pupils, none of whom can be named for legal reasons, have now been suspended from a school in Coventry and may be expelled after posting their chilling threats online.

One message - littered with spelling mistakes - said: ‘Fight on Monday gonna be heavy knuckle dusters nd knifes hopefully I don’t die.’

Another pupil added: ‘ill bang him ma slef am a terrorist.’

One member of the gang also posted a picture of himself holding a rifle and threatened to hijack a plane.

Other pupils - who have set up a Muslim Defence League which celebrates British deaths in Afghanistan - also added comments condemning Darius.

But fortunately, the schoolboy’s mother Clare Allington read the comments on Monday morning - the day of the promised attack - and immediately pulled her son out of school.

Yesterday, Mrs Allington, 42, a trainee teacher from Coventry, said: ‘I logged on and it broke my heart. I was reading all sorts about knuckle dusters, knives and death.

‘They were planning to attack him at school that day so I rang the school straight away.’

She added that she usually keeps an eye on her son’s posts on facebook.

‘I have his password and usually check it every day but didn’t last weekend until I was at the Warwick University campus on Monday.

‘If I hadn’t read the threats and pulled my son out of school he could be dead.

‘They might just be school children but they are fanatical and dangerous. The threats have to be taken seriously.’

Even yesterday, one of the yobs, who can’t be named because of their age, bragged about being quizzed by police and continued his threats to attack Darius.

He posted: ‘IM IN TROUBLE WIV DE POLICE CUZ OF SUSSPICIAN OF THREAT TO DARIUS OVER FB U HAVE A RITE TO REMAIN SILENCE!!! (JOKES) BUT IM IN TROUBLLE WIV DE POLICE IM BANGGIN DARIUS THURSDAY NO1 JUMP IN 1 v 1.’

The abuse and threats came after Darius posted two pictures showing British troops on Armistice Day on facebook.

On November 11, he wrote: ‘RIP TO ALL THE LADS WHO NEVER MADE IT HOME.’

He was then branded ‘racist’ and two of the accused pupils began a flurry of MSN messages to each other setting out what they were going to do to Darius.

One wrote to Darius on facebook saying ‘r u being racist?’ and criticised him for failing to acknowledge the dead soldiers in the Middle East.

Darius tried to explain that the poppies honoured British troops and also said he was remembering his great-great uncle who died on the first day of the Battle of the Somme in 1916 aged just 17.

The unnamed pupil’s facebook profile is full of chilling references to Islamic fundamentalism and shows a picture of him posing with an AK47 rifle.

He also penned a terrifying poem about hijacking a plane.

On November 12, he wrote: ‘You better watch what the **** flies outta ya mouth.

‘Or I’ma hijack a plane and fly it into your house Burn your apartment with your family tied to the couch.

‘And slit your throat, so when you scream, only blood comes out.’

Principal Wendy Thomas said facebook was an increasing concern for schools.

She said: ‘Darius is the victim of bullying. All the students involved have told me they did not mean what they said but they will learn a hard lesson from this.

‘Facebook is a big concern for schools and we urge all parents to monitor what their children say on the site.

‘As soon as the school was notified about the comments on Monday we interviewed the pupils.

‘No weapons were found on any of the pupils. We notified the police and they are investigating the incident.’

The students attend the 1,250-pupil Sidney Stringer Academy in Coventry which caters for children aged 11-18. Muslim pupils make up 65 per cent of the pupils.

Mrs Allington added: ‘My son wrote supporting the British troops in Afghanistan and also said he was sad so many soldiers had died.

‘The so-called Muslim Defence League, which has been set up in the school by a number of pupils, believe that Darius should join them in hating British soldiers.

‘It’s appalling and extremely upsetting for Darius.’

British terror suspects to get up to £10million compensation. they’re brits like I’m the pope. 

The damn thing is .... most aren’t Brits at all. And that Bin Man sure as hell isn’t. OK, what if by some odd chance some of em are telling the truth?
Our folks could not have seen this coming I don’t think.  But I believe both our people on the ground need to get smarter and just disappear these sort of folks.
No record of arrests or detention.  Everything quiet. Some folks might ask questions but let em ask.  With nothing to prove there won’t be anything to answer for.
Pretty stark and pretty extreme perhaps. But then, so is the enemy we face.  Not only Brit libtards but even some conservatives here are jumping on the human rights bandwagon and wringing their collective hands and weeping crocodile tears (some are) about how mean and awful both our intel services treated these folks. For shame they say. And America’s standing and image has been badly hurt. Yeah well, I’m not too sure we need the good thoughts and gropes of those complaining fools. In fact, I’d be worried if they approved of us. It would be a sure sign we have moved even further to the left. Or they want a loan.
I think we should redesign our flag. Smack in the middle of the red and white stripes, we should put a middle finger up to the world. I think I’ve hit on something. 

Hey ... off the subject posted here but I just found out something I had not known.  It was reported in a paper today, that this country has given 5 BILLION plus
in aid to Somalia.  In dollars, that’s a hell of a lot of tribute. Oh woops. Sorry. It’s “aid” innit?

The ‘tortured’ 16: More than a dozen British terror suspects to get up to £10million compensation

Sixteen terror suspects who were allegedly tortured at the behest of the United States are being paid millions of pounds from the taxpayer in return for their silence over British involvement.

At least one former Guantanamo Bay detainee will receive more than £1million in hush money from ministers desperate to stop the cases reaching court.

One of the largest payouts will go to Binyam Mohamed, the British resident who claims MI5 and MI6 fed questions to his CIA-backed torturers.

The Government refused to confirm or deny reports that the total compensation was £5 million or £10 million.

The cash is being handed over in secret deals without any evidence being shown to the public that Britain condoned or was complicit in what happened.

In return for the cash, the detainees will drop the civil cases for damages that had threatened to lift the lid on the activities of the intelligence agencies after 9/11.

Shami Chakrabarti, director of Liberty, said: ‘It’s not very palatable but there is a price to be paid for lawlessness and torture in freedom’s name. There are torture victims who were entitled to expect protection from their country. The Government now accepts torture is never justified and we were all let down. Let’s learn the lessons and move on.’

England remembers its fallen while itself falls prey to self delusion

At the stroke of the clock on 11am every November 11th ... people all over this country stop for 2 minutes of silence in remembrance of those soldiers who fell in service to their country.  If you’re in a store for example, at exactly 11am everything will stop. People remain silent for two minutes, or most do. Out on the street it’s the same.  And this Sunday there will be services on what is called Remembrance Sunday.

For a couple of weeks leading up to Nov. 11, there is The Poppy Appeal - supporting The Royal British Legion. http://www.poppy.org.uk/

There are stores and outlets everywhere that folks can buy a red paper flower, just like this one.  Some people collect donations door to door.  One of our neighbors brings around a collection box every year in which we deposit some money. We take a couple of the red poppies and they are worn by most people. Everywhere you go you will see folks wearing these.

Monies collected every year go to ex servicemen and women for things like ...

Well now .... enter the vilest scum of the earth. The lice infested, unwashed grizzly bearded fugitives from the dark ages.  Yeah, who else.
mudslims. People who come here and insist on changing their host country to the slum and filth and ignorance of the shit hole they came from. And they also manage to turn native born mudslims to their creepy cause.  None of them really belong here, but they know how to work the system because democracy has decided it’s better to commit national suicide then lower the boom on these worthless, useless non human life forms.  Who by the way, do understand their right to demonstrate and of course they did. On Nov. 11 at 11 am where they thought up the brilliant idea of burning a giant poppy in protest of what they say is the murder of muslims in other countries.  They don’t seem to demonstrate much over the killings by the thousands of muslims by other muslims. Have you noticed that?  Not that I personally care how many of their brothers they kill.  The more the better. Anyway ... a very small group it should be said held their insulting demo ....

There is nothing more despicable than defiling the memory of our dead servicemen and women.
Why should we have to tolerate those Islamic hatemongers who disrupted yesterday’s two minutes’ silence, setting fire to a giant poppy and brandishing placards reading: ‘British soldiers burn in Hell.’

If that isn’t incitement, I don’t know what is. They looked like the same crowd demonstrating outside the Old Bailey last week when that Muslim madwoman was convicted of stabbing MP Stephen Timms.

Yet although 50 people took part in this atrocity, there were only three arrests - and judging by the pictures it was the counter-demonstrators from the so-called English Defence League who had their collars felt.

If these Muslim rabble-rousers hate this country so much, why don’t they leave and set up shop in an Islamic theocracy?
We could give them every encouragement by stopping their benefits, as a basis for negotiation.
They should all have been banged up and, if they weren’t born here (as, sadly, I suspect most them were) they should have their citizenship revoked and be put on the first plane out.

At the moment these vile jihadists are spitting in our faces and laughing at our cowardice, while abusing the freedoms countless British soldiers have died to defend.

I really don’t believe that one soldier gave up a life or limb to secure the freedoms of jihadists. The army is made up of volunteers. Who in their right mind would volunteer to risk all, to insure the free movement of scum who want to kill your family in your own country.

I haven’t been here long enough to become an expert on things Brit. But I have seen enough to believe that the left really does rule no matter who is in office. I think I’ve read and seen and heard enough to convince me that these folks will not have another Dunkirk or Trafalgar or Waterloo.
The future of this island is all behind it because there isn’t anyone around who is able to save it. Or anyone with the stones to do what desperately needs doing.
Which very simply put is ... Killing! On a very large scale.  But it will never happen.  They’ll try and educate their way out of this morass. They’ll find to their regret that it won’t be as easy as banning cigarettes.

How’s this for stupidity?  People have cars damaged and homes taken over by strangers ... but it’s civil rather then criminal liability. Never mind that. I’m just sayin cos this is weird.

Apparently, free speech does not include making tasteless or ill advised jokes on Twitter. Not only can you be arrested, you can be charged with—gasp --
the big ‘R’ even if that subject never came up.  It’s all in the eye of the beholder I guess.

Here’s what happened.  Oh, I should mention it happened as will be explained below, due to the slag’s (slag, Britspeak for skank,) appearance on a radio program.

A conservative British politician has been arrested after jokingly asking on Twitter for someone to “stone” a pesky Muslim reporter. Can “someone please stone Yasmin Alibhai-Brown to death?” asked Birmingham Councillor Gareth Compton. “ I shan’t tell Amnesty if you won’t. It would be a blessing, really.”

Bad taste? Well, yeah to some.  Just how did racism get into the mix?  Well, the scummy muzzie broad whose name is, as you already saw above, Yasmin Alibhai-Brown. The skank is a very, very, far, far left journalist.  She was upset by his Twitter post and furthermore, she said that as he suggested she be stoned, that remark tied her to islam which in turn meant he was being racist, cos of course she is muslim.

How’s the logic so far BMEWS?

So, he was duly arrested with the big ‘R’ being one of the serious charges.  He has been suspended from the conservative party btw. Hey, that’s understandable isn’t it?  Come on before you gripe ask ... what’s important? Votes or honor?  See how that works?  So here’s all of it and the more I think about it the more pissed I get.  There were muzzy scum on the streets this week, not a lot mind you, but the fact that there were some with signs during a memorial day week on Nov. 11, which commemorates those fallen in Brit wars, there they were with their usual signs calling for the death of Brit soldiers. While Brits are fighting a war in some god forsaken even less then turd world place. 
I shouldn’t rant so much. Can’t help it tho.

Why on earth did the police arrest a silly man who joked that Yasmin Alibhai-Brown, a rather tedious newspaper columnist, should be stoned to death? I don’t dispute that the joke was in poor taste – most of us would settle for having her locked in a cupboard and not let out until she promised to stop being boring – but the idea that anyone is actually going to be prompted to stone her to death as a result of this oaf’s remark is insane. Those of us who write newspaper columns must get used to abuse and, if we can’t, should do something else. And why, I wonder, are the police so slow by comparison to arrest genuinely murderous nutters who abuse our freedom of speech and call sincerely for jihad?

The Yasmin Alibhai-Brown business is quite remarkable, isn’t it? She takes herself on to Radio Five Live to make her usual sententious and ill-thought out views on the stoning of Muslim women. Western politicians are not morally qualified to condemn such stonings, she said, because they’ve killed lots of Muslim women with bombs etc. Now, this is a typically stupid assessment, for all the obvious reasons. It implies that the allies were not morally qualified to condemn Nazi atrocities because they killed some of the very same people, largely inadvertently, with bombs and so on. It is, like the rest of YA-B’s journalism, an Aunt Sally argument scarcely worth the effort of rebutting.

A Tory councillor called Gareth Compton, from Birmingham, heard her talking this usual drivel and posted a message on Twitter to the effect that maybe YA-B should be stoned to death. Nobody could possibly consider this an incitement to violence; it was, poor taste or otherwise, a joke. But the old bill were dispatched to arrest Mr Compton (he’s been bailed) and YA-B, puffed up with her matchless self-regard and self-importance, has said that she wishes to press charges on the grounds that it is a racially motivated incitement to murder. Well it’s neither racially motivated – it was motivated by your own stupidity, love – not an incitement to murder. Incredible.

Mr. Rahman belongs to the Islamic Forum of Europe, an organization which has expressed contempt for democracy and support for jihad and the imposition of sharia law on British society.  In March, the Channel 4 program Dispatches, undertaking an investigate report of the organization, found that Islamist influences were dominant in the organization.  Azad Ali, the IFE’s community affairs coordinator in London, was quoted declaring: “Democracy...if it means at the expense of not implementing the sharia, of course no one agrees with that.” A 2009 recruitment manual for the group states its program in unequivocal language:

Our goal is not simply to invite people and give da’wah [call to the faith]. Our goal is to create the True Believer, to then mobilise those believers into an organised force for change who will carry out da’wah, hisbah [enforcement of Islamic law] and jihad [struggle]. This will lead to social change and iqamatud-Deen [an Islamic social, economic and political order].

I don’t mean to offend any of our Brit friends and readers but I’m not saying anything that Brits themselves are not saying.  The Criminal Justice System here is shit!  It is screwed up beyond all belief and when you see these two stories ..... I believe you’ll agree.
I also think the first story below will sicken you.  It did me. In light of this first story ... the second makes hardly any sense at all.  And it shouldn’t considering the state of the criminal protective system in place here.

What justice? Thug who kicked terminally-ill man in attack walks free from court

A drunken thug who attacked a terminally-ill grandfather and kicked his head ‘like a football’ has walked free from court.

Reece Kent, 19, repeatedly punched Ken Oliver in the head before kicking him on the floor after he mistakenly knocked on the 62-year-old’s door at 3.30am.

Cancer sufferer Mr Oliver - who has been given just three months to live - was left in a pool of blood on his doorstep with horrific injuries.

He spent a week in intensive care following the assault, with bleeding on his brain.

Kent admitted carrying out the unprovoked attack - which was filmed on a mobile phone by his friends - and pleaded guilty to grievous bodily harm.

But Mr Oliver, a grandfather-of-three from Broxbourne, Hertfordshire, watched in disbelief as his attacker walked free from court last week with a six-month suspended sentence.

Today he said: ‘I would love to have seen him go away for a long, long time. I could quite easily have died. I was expecting him to go to jail. I am gutted.

‘Before I knew what was going on I was being punched and kicked. My head was used as a football and the whole attack was recorded on a mobile phone.

‘I am appalled at the sentence. They were swearing and laughing in my face. He should have been locked up for what he did.

‘His barrister said he feels remorse but when he turned up in court he just sneered at me. I hope he is ashamed for the rest of his life.’

Unbelievably, Mr Oliver said that he and his family had been forced to track down Kent after Hertfordshire constabulary told him it was unlikely they would catch his attacker.

He said: ‘Police told me that it was most likely just a case of happy slapping because the other lads were filming the attack.

‘But when I told my neighbours that the lad had asked for Molly, they remembered that a girl of that name had lived a few doors down and had moved away.

‘My son did some detective work and tracked down the family then worked out who my attackers were from there.

‘After going to all that trouble, I was looking forward to seeing him in court and justice being done.

‘I was disgusted when he walked free. I’m still living with the injuries. It makes you wonder what you have to do to get put behind bars these days.’

I read things like this and get so pissed off it’s a wonder I don’t have ulcers or worse.  First of course I feel deeply for the victims and the lack of any real justice. And then again and again I read or hear about these god awful gun happy violent Americans with their high crime rate who also kill so many death penalty criminals in Tx and Az, that they run out of the stuff that puts the bad guys away for good. Some of the idiots here on the left actually write that kind of crap. That we’re executing criminals right and left every day. Oh if only. And then I continue to see things like these stories. 

neighbour’ who stabbed a man to death for urinating through his letterbox is jailed for five years

A ‘good neighbour’ who stabbed a man he caught urinating through his letterbox on a yob-plagued estate was jailed for five years today after admitting manslaughter.

Michael Williams, 53, ‘just flipped’ after he caught father-of-one Anthony Kershaw, 25, high on drink and drugs, defiling his property.

The householder, who lived alone, had already suffered the same attack previously, and had paint thrown on his door, Manchester Crown Court heard.

Residents were too frightened to go out at night because of a gang of teenagers terrorising the sprawling Smallbridge council estate in Rochdale, it was said.

Williams, described by neighbours as ‘pleasant, friendly and keeps himself to himself’ heard a bang on the front door of his ground-floor flat, as if someone was kicking at it to break in.

He went to investigate, to see urine pouring through his letterbox, he told police.

Angry he went to his kitchen, grabbed a knife with a seven-inch blade and as Mr Kershaw urinated, swung open the door and in a ‘momentary intention’ stabbed his victim in the stomach.

He then closed the door and dialled 999 as friends of Mr Kershaw tried to attack Williams, smashing his windows and threatening to ‘burn him alive’ by torching the property.

Mr Kershaw died the next day in hospital from the knife wound to his stomach.

The court heard the estate in Rochdale had suffered years of anti-social behaviour from people drinking and taking drugs in communal areas and stairwells, and being ‘extremely abusive’ to residents.

Locals had ‘lost confidence’ in the authorities to do anything about the problem, the court heard, though Anti-Social Behaviour Orders had been handed out to some of the gang.

Good for Mr. Williams.  I hope the bastard who pissed through his door suffered. I hope it wasn’t a quick death.  He deserved it and who can fault Williams for what he did?  I sure don’t.
But the punk who beat the hell out of that guy in the first story walks free .... Williams goes to jail as though there were no extenuating circumstances.

Naked performers who ‘hug the audience … how daring, how arty, how stupid. but it’s ‘art’

So now it’s finally come to this.  Junk as art.  Not that it’s the first time of course.  But society must accept it because you see, it’s “art.” Look at Tracy Emin.
She’s a millionaire and what’s her life accomplishment?  What gave her fame in todays world?  An exhibition at the Tate. What was exhibited?  THIS You may Google her if you don’t know about her but be warned. She is UG-LY!

Now back to where I started.
I call it cheap crap and no talent and hope the so called ‘ballet’ didn’t get any grant but won’t hold my breath.  There are no standards of good taste left because everyone is, pushing the envelope.  A phrase used to hide behind when writers,actors,producers etc., have hit a dry spell.  Can’t think of anything witty? No problem. We’ll take our cloths off, prance around a stage and say it’s the latest thing in ballet.

Well .... once word gets out that the ‘performers’ are going out and hugging members of the audience, I’ll bet ya they get an audience they don’t normally get at a ballet.

Look I know. None of my business and since I won’t make a point of going to watch a bunch of guys prancing around a stage in nothing, I shouldn’t care.
In a way I don’t.  Someone else wants to see that, it isn’t up to me to say they can’t. But I just think it’s another indication of how far down the drain western culture has gone.  Nobody appointed me minister of good taste and decorum.  But there are just some things you feel instinctively. Just another “art form” to coarsen the culture. No big deal. Right?

A few weeks ago I was certain I’d found the Moonbat award for the year, even though the year isn’t finished yet.  I just didn’t think in the short time left, anyone would come up with a higher level of social insanity.  But hey .... leave it to the legions of the politically correct morons who sadly are in charge of things.

Hide your mummies! Museum displays of human remains are covered up for fear of offending pagans

Museums are hiding away mummies and human remains for fear of offending pagans and other minority groups, it has been revealed.
They are putting up warning signs, closing previously opened coffins and displaying exhibits in darkened cases.
This is despite the fact that such displays are among the most popular attractions.

The move is designed to give the skeletons and mummies ‘privacy’ and to avoid upsetting faith groups and even some museum staff, according to academic findings.

Research shows how 17 museums have drafted policies on human remains, with most advocating that signs are put up to warn visitors of their presence.
Manchester University Museum’s policy requires consultation before displaying human remains, particularly with what it calls ‘marginalised communities and faith groups’.

At the insistence of a pagan group called Honouring the Ancient Dead, it removed the head of an Iron Age bog body – the skull of Worsley Man, which was found buried near Manchester 50 years ago – from display.

It also covered up the unwrapped mummy of Asru, the partially-wrapped mummy of Khary, and a child mummy with sheets. The three mummies were uncovered only after a public protest.

Meanwhile, the Egypt gallery at Bristol City Museum and Art Gallery has changed its display of Egyptian human remains.
Instead of the previous display of mummies in open coffins, it now exhibits them with half closed lids, which it considers more respectful.

More PC insanity, ancient people went to extreme lengths to claim a little slice of immortality utilising mummification and other skills handed down over generations so now PC dimwits and members of other shallow hippy new age ‘religions’ make it so the small story from the past that these ancestors have to tell is ignominiously silenced as they are hidden away at the back of museum storerooms or re-buried.

It seems totally illogical that academics have to listen to people who go around claiming to be witches or druids anyway, these loons would be far too dimwitted to survive in pre-Christian times when the the old belief systems flourished and certainly should not be involved in destroying the archaeological heritage of this or any other country on the basis of half baked, rehashed quasi-religious dogma most likely pieced together from less than accurate Victorian history books and a mish-mash of local folk tales.

Does anyone ever win a fight with their computer ?  Rats!
I guess the puter is okay, it’s the software. Right?

Alright, from the world of silly as usual. And some not so silly.
I don’t understand this place which is okay cos the wife doesn’t either and this is her homeland.

So on top of a computer that has decided it wants a fight, maddening enough , I read where 15 Italian immigrants (who apparently are well versed in Brit law) moved into someone’s house changing the locks etc.  All the owners belongings are inside, at least the squatters didn’t toss em out on the street, and it’ll be two weeks before the poor guy can get a court hearing.  The squatters say that since they can’t find work and have no place to live, they have right to be where they are. If they find work they say, they will pay rent.  Since this is a civil not a criminal case, the cops can do nothing.  The squatters claim that they saw the front door opened and an empty house. They also say it’s been empty for awhile and so they entered.  Oh surprise. The owner’s TV and PC and CDs are there and so lets make good use of those.
This alone is just one more good reason Americans have guns!

School meetings in evening ‘are sexist’, says equalities quango

Schools and local councils could be guilty of discrimination against women if they hold parents’ or public meetings in the evening because mothers might be at home putting their children to bed.
According to the Equality and Human Rights Commission, the timing of such events could mean some women are unable to attend – a disadvantage that exists because of their domestic duties.

The guidelines from the quango were in a code of practice explaining the new Equality Act, which was passed just before the election and championed by Labour’s deputy leader Harriet Harman.
It states a local council could be hit by a legal claim if, when it holds consultation meetings on a weekday evening, ‘it discovers fewer women than men attend’.
A woman could make a case on the basis ‘that this is because some women cannot come because of childcare responsibilities’.
‘This is enough to demonstrate disadvantage,’ it says. ‘She does not have to show the absence of women is attributable in particular cases to childcare responsibilities.’

Women would not have to show they have lost out financially, it adds.

Graham Stuart, Tory chairman of the Commons education committee, said: ‘It is extraordinarily idiotic when we need to be encouraging people to come together.
‘The last thing we need is to put the fear of God into people who want to hold a meeting in the evening.’

A commission spokesman said: ‘It’s sensible for a public body to think about who it wants to consult and what time of day those people might be available.’
