Well, There Ya Go

Wonder why Obama won’t call radical islam radical islam? Maybe it’s because he’s one with them. Or one of them. Or maybe he’s just being polite, since such a significant part of his cabinet, his advisors, and all those unelected, unvetted “czars” we don’t here a word about anymore are. Sure, they’re also communists, and they’re also grievance mongering America hating racist Black Liberation Theologists, but that’s a side issue. Just for today, let’s focus on the muslim aspect. Like the guy in charge of Homeland Security. Because you’re so stupid, you’ll eat this shit sandwich and ask for extra sauce.

Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson said on Sunday that President Obama’s decision not to say the actions of the Islamic State is a form of “radical Islam” is at the behest of the Muslim community.

“The thing I hear from leaders in the Muslim community in this country is ISIL is attempting to hijack my religion,” Johnson told “Fox News Sunday,” referring to the terror group also known as Islamic State, or ISIS.

Johnson said the leaders argue their religion is about peace and brotherhood and “resent” that Islamic State is “attempting to hijack that from us.”

Obama is facing sharp criticism, even from within his own party, for instead using the term “violent extremism” to describe the actions of ISIS and other terror groups that are based on a form of Islam.

“If we don’t identify our enemies, we cannot defeat them,” Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, D-Hawaii, told Fox News on Wednesday. “Unless you accurately identify who your enemy is, then you can’t come up with an effective strategy, a winning strategy to defeat that enemy.”

Obama on the same day defended his choice of words by saying the term “radical Islam” gives such groups religious legitimacy they don’t deserve.

Most of us aren’t old enough to remember the Alger Hiss scandal and the post-WWII “red baiting” crisis (aka McCarthy, sort of) when it turned out that, yes, FDR’s government (and Truman’s too) was chock full of communists. Many of whom were paid agents and spies for the KGB. But hey, nothing to see there, as “socialist leaning” progressive Democrat FDR just loved old “Uncle Joe” Stalin. And to it’s dying day, the left wing press never could see much of anything wrong with communism, and kept up a “see no evil” facade for more than 50 years. And quickly buried the truth when it came out, so that now, a mere single generation after the dissolution of the USSR, most young kids have no freakin clue about any of it, and are gleeful to call themselves Progressives.

Now it’s being done again, only this time with both barrels. Commies and jizzlamofuckers. At the very top of your government. Nothing to see here, move along. Peasant.




Am I wrong here? I hope I am. How does “Jeh” fit in to that top echelon anyway? I mean, aside from being a just-slightly-black guy worth millions. And a lawyer, most notable for ending the “don’t ask don’t tell” thing in the military when he was on the Pentagon’s payroll. And the occasional odd thing or two that makes people think he has supportive ties to Muslim Brotherhood. It’s all very muddy, in this Most Transparent Administration Ever.

Not that very many people ever read this far down, but this blog was the creation of Allan Kelly and his friend Vilmar. Vilmar moved on to his own blog some time ago, and Allan ran this place alone until his sudden and unexpected death partway through 2006. We all miss him. A lot. We who are left to carry on the BMEWS tradition owe him a great debt of gratitude, and we hope to be able to pay that back by following his last advice to us all:

3. Use every legal means to defend yourself in the event of real internal trouble, and, most importantly:
