What do ya do if you’re a loser and out of work and have no family as in wife and kids?  What if you have a brother that has a wife and four kids and owns a highly successful restaurant?
What do you do?  What Do You Do?

Well, if you happen to be from Bangladesh and your name is Foyez Ahmed, the answer is obvious to you if nobody else.

You murder your sister-in-law by cutting her throat.

And that is exactly what the ass-wipe did. 
I suppose his lawyer will claim mental stress due to being a failure in life and everything else.  Except murder.
They really need to ditch the EU and bring back the rope here.

Meanwhile, while the above monster was doing his worst, another fellow named Kasid Hussain was employed and working as a taxi driver.
With a twist that now makes me wonder about the use of taxis in future, what Mr. Hussain did is quite thought provoking.
He was tipping off friends so that they could burgle the homes of the fares after he’d picked them up.
He relayed info to the gang on 10 occasions before being caught.

Help parents or go to jail teen is told by judge
Howz this for punishment? This’ll lay on the frighteners.
This teen had committed a couple of burglaries and was caught. Goes to court and the judge gives him home time instead of jail time. Instructs the teen (18) he can avoid jail if he helps his mom around the house and does dishes and keeps his room neat and clean etc.  Oh yeah, he has to make his bed every day, has 120 hrs of unpaid community work and 6 months drug rehab.
The kid says he should have been jailed but plans to go straight after this and have no more trouble.  I guess we can hope he sticks to that.

Catholics lose fight to stop gays from adopting

Catholic Care loses gay adoption fight

A Roman Catholic adoption agency has been told it cannot turn away gay couples if it wants to keep its charitable status.

Catholic Care, run by the Diocese of Leeds, wanted its adoption service to be made exempt from equality laws.

A judge has ruled the charity had failed to give convincing reasons why it should be allowed to do so.

Catholic Care said it would consider its position but could have to end the service as it would lose funding.

The charity - which has been placing children with adoptive parents for more than 100 years - was among 12 Catholic agencies in England and Wales forced to change their policy towards homosexual people due to equality laws passed in 2007.

Others have since closed or cut their ties with the Church.
Appeals rejected

Catholic Care had tried to change its constitution so that it would be committed to following Catholic teaching and placing children only with heterosexual parents.

The agency, which serves the dioceses of Leeds, Middlesbrough, and Hallam in South Yorkshire, had argued the Equality Act went against the Catholic Church’s teachings on marriage and family life.

The latest ruling by a judge in the Upper Tribunal, which is the equivalent of the High Court in the administrative justice system, follows rejections of the charity’s case in the High Court and by the Charity Commission and the Charity Tribunal.

In its judgement, the tribunal said Catholic Care had not provided sufficient evidence that its funding would dry up and it would be forced to close, and some potential adopters would then not come forward.

In a statement, Catholic Care said: “Without the constitutional restriction for which it applied, Catholic Care will be forced to close its adoption service.

“The reason for this is that the service permitted by the current constitution is in conflict with the aims of the charity.

“It is Catholic Care’s view that this will reduce the number of adoptive parents available and the number of children left waiting for adoptive parents will continue to increase.

“Catholic Care will now take time to consider the decision in detail and decide on its next steps.”

Police swoop on landlord for organising an ‘ugliest woman’ competition.

In my previous post I mentioned ISIMS. I forgot one til I saw this article on line tonight. Wasn’t even looking for it.
Just shows you the sick, confused PC world we have.  The ‘isim’ in this case is, sexism. What a dumb sounding word. Like all the other isims.
Now this really is just plain dumb. Why in the world would the police respond to call like this? 
Beyond that, the scary part are the words below. The police allowed.  Does that imply they could have just as easily stopped this bit of harmless nonsense?

When police arrived at the venue they allowed the competition to go ahead this Sunday

A pub holding a competition to find the ‘Ugliest Woman’ got a visit from the police after someone reported them for sexism.

An unknown complainant demanded the competition be cancelled and wanted the owners of Islay Inn prosecuted.

However, when police arrived at the Glasgow venue they gave manager George Hogg the go ahead after discovering it was, in fact, a competition for men dressed as women.

Mr Hogg told of his disbelief of the complaint and accused the protestor of being ‘over the top with political correctness.’

He said: ‘I have no idea who made the complaint and the police wouldn’t tell me - but if he or she had bothered to read the advert properly, they would have realised that it was not ugly women we were looking for - but ugly men dressed up as women.

‘The first we knew of a potential problem was when two female officers from Maryhill Police Station came into the bar on Thursday night.

‘They told me they had received a complaint about us holding a competition to find the ugliest woman in the bar and that it might constitute some kind of sexist offence.

‘But when I pointed out the facts, the policewomen were clearly amused and quickly told me the matter would go no further.’

Mr Hogg added: ‘It was a totally over the top reaction by whoever went to the bother of reporting us - political correctness gone mad!’

The event was advertised on the Facebook page of the pub, located in the city’s Kelvingrove area.

Earlier today the page was updated to clear up the ‘misunderstanding’ regarding the ‘Ugliest Woman’ competition, which is set to go ahead on Sunday.

The Islay Inn apologised for causing any offense adding: ‘Just so it’s clear to all, our ugly women will be men dressed as women, beard stubble and all.’

The pub offers a £50 cash prize for the ugliest ‘woman’ and in the spirit of equality, the ‘bonniest’ woman dressed as a man will receive a bottle of vodka.

The posting attracted several comments from customers, saying a competition for ugly men would not have been met with the same reaction.

Andrew Parr wrote: ‘Ridiculous getting the police involved. Some people are pathetic.

Mark McCarrick added: ‘As if our overstretched police service haven’t got enough to do without being bothered by some silly complaint.

‘I bet the silly fart wouldn’t have moaned had it been an ugly man competition.

‘Get yourself a life whoever you are, its a bit of fun in these dark and gloomy times!’

So among other things, what is wrong here?  There is ya know. What’s wrong is this.

Why?  What’s the point? That’s as bad as the wanker who called to gripe. And just one complaint?
That’s another thing wrong with the world. Or at least the western part of same.  Too damn quick to say sorry even when it isn’t needed.
It sure isn’t needed here but they did anyway.

The very idea that their silly competition as the cops put it, “might constitute some kind of sexist offence,” is alone an outrage. Under what circumstance could holding a goofy competition like this constitute anything worthy of police interest?

And as we all know, police in all countries have nothing better to do or a better fight against high crime, than to track down and maybe arrest if needs be, anyone who might qualify as possibly being guilty of ….. the BIG ‘R’ … and that’s the truth.

Do you ever feel as I do that there are just too damn many “isims” in the language ?
Every single time someone does something that involves a verbal attack against some protected group, the left attaches the letters i s m to it.
For example, age-ism.  We hear that a lot here. They add those letters to anything they don’t want to see or hear and it automatically becomes something worthy of police attention.

I am certain also that all of you noticed long ago, that every time the subject comes up someone always feels it’s necessary to tell us that they are not ‘racist.’ It as though one has to reassure the reader or listener that the speaker or writer is of good character and must quell least ppl get the wrong message. So I’ll be clear on the subject.

I very much am damn well racist and make no apologies for it.
For whatever reason, dna, genes, education whatever.  There really are peoples who outshine others. Sometimes over time they lose their edge.
Example whether anyone approves or not.

Was a time long ago when people who were ill wanted a Jewish doctor.
It was just taken as a given that Jewish docs were better and better trained.  Now I wouldn’t know personally if that’s true, that they were better than anyone else. But that was the perception.  Non Jews would refer to their “Jew doctor” as a mark of how lucky they were to have found him.  In those far away days it was almost always a him.

When folks got into trouble with the law they wanted a “Jew lawyer.”
Sad at the same time to say that many of those Jewish lawyers were libs, and gave us orgs. like the aclu and almost every other human and civil rights nightmare we suffer today.
The same in accounting.  In many of the professions, Jews were found in high numbers.  So, were the folks who were looking for help from that one group, racists?  I suppose by today’s lower standards they might be seen that way.
I happen to be more comfortable among people I have something in common with and a shared experience.  I’d rather be among white folks than not. That isn’t to say I’d reject out of hand someone who isn’t white.
But I wouldn’t go out of my way looking either.

The Arabs may have invented algebra but I’ll be darned if I know what they’ve contributed in the last 500 years compared to the west.
I think Koreans (at least from the south) are superior in many ways as are the Chinese in spite of the problems in their country.
During the boom years, I once heard someone say that the Asians (as American use that term) were the new Jews.  And Indians over the last decade or so have shown themselves to be quite well versed where mathematics are concerned, and they figure prominently in the stock market.  These people have made enormous strides in all fields.

Meanwhile back in Afrika. ??? or the muslim world. ???

Yup, I am a racist.  No apologies.

Heated ‘Muslim’ outburst earns headteacher reprimand

A head teacher accused of racism was admonishing group of students that had been disrupting class her daughter was teaching.

The headteacher of a school has received an official reprimand after she used racially charged language when shouting at a group of boys who had behaved badly in class.

Poul Anthoniussen, the head of the Odense school district, confirmed that Birgitte Sonsby of Ejerslykkeskolen had been reprimanded for her outburst, which is the mildest sanction she could have received.

“I think she lost her cool,” Anthoniussen told the press. “It can happen to anyone given the right circumstances or if you are under pressure. That doesn’t make it right for a headteacher, but I can understand the situation."Almost immediately after she made the comments earlier this month, Sonsby had apologised for shouting, “I’m so bloody tired of you Muslims ruining the teaching lessons,” at a group of disruptive students she had called into her office.

They were disruptive, they were members of that protected clan, so where is the raaaaaaaacism she was accused of?
How easy these fools make it for those who will one day over run what is left of Denmark.

She explained her outburst came after the boys started laughing at her, but added that she did not feel it amounted to racism.
Shaib Mansoor, the father of one of the children being admonished and present during the meeting, later reported Sonsby to the police for racism.

He subsequently dropped the charges, saying that the media attention had succeeded in creating a debate about the issue.

The head of the school’s parents’ association then lent the support of parents and teachers to Sonsby, saying that teachers are regularly subject to harrassment at the hands of minority students.

“The students behave in a completely unacceptable manner,” said Peter Julius in a letter written to Fyens Stiftstidene newspaper on behalf of school staff and the school board.

Julius said he did not approve of Sonsby’s choice of words, but understood her frustration that a small group of students could disrupt an entire class.
“We are not racists. But we must have the nerve to stand up and be honest about what is happening within the school’s walls,” he said.

He added that students involved in the bullying and name-calling “lacked the standards and values needed to succeed in a normal Danish school”.

Ah. There it is. “We are not racists” he says. Why?  Why should he have to qualify what he said after that? It’s madness.

The case, though, took an unexpected turn when it was revealed that the substitute teacher who lost control of the classroom leading to the original reprimand was Sonsby’s daughter.

After reading about the case, Carsten Halvorsen, from the small town of Assens on Funen, reported Sonsby to the police, asking them to investigate whether the comments amounted to racism.
“If you do not put the brakes on hateful propaganda, it will be devastating for integration in Denmark,” he told Fyens Stiftstidene.

I’m not sure but this could qualify under humor as well as anything else.
But it isn’t so funny to the txpayer I bet. 
What a dumb idea. And for what?  To make sure a teeny,tiny really small portion of the population doesn’t feel hurt or left out.
People definitely are not getting smarter.  Furthermore, I think there is so little actual work available to these jerks, that they make this stuff up to justify their employment.  Mad hatters.
Seems more and more the majority population must endure the silliness imposed by the politically correct just in case some minority might be offended. And once reminded of it, some minorities suddenly and with great surprise discover that, yes indeed. They are offended and it must stop.

Councillors in Brighton could scrap the titles Mr and Mrs from council forms so residents don’t have to choose between genders.

All titles could be scrapped from official paperwork under new plans following an investigation by the council into transgender community in the city.

The proposal is backed by Brighton and Hove City Council deputy leader Phelim MacCafferty, who has called the titles ‘useless’.

But the new proposal has been branded ‘political correctness gone too far’ by an opposition councillor who says the idea is ‘ludicrous’.

A scrutiny panel will put forward a number of recommendations, including the scrapping of Mr and Mrs, to the council for approval in December.

Green Party deputy leader Coun MacCafferty said: ‘Trans people aren’t necessarily male or female and sometimes they don’t want to be defined by their gender.

‘Putting Mr and Mrs on a form is completely useless.

‘This is an issue that concerns most institutions from banks to mobile phone companies.

‘Why is Mr on my debit card, for instance?

‘I don’t understand why it is there.

‘We should at least examine the issue and we will have the recommendations early next month.’

This shows you what things have come to in a politically correct dictatorship. And that exactly what exists here when this kind of thing can happen.
People write about it all the time.  People gripe about it, sometimes comics find humor in the more stupid applications of PC.
But there is NO concerted effort being made that I can see, to crush this ludicrous behavior.  Look how far the pc crowd is willing to twist speech and the language to make something out of nothing.  When is it going to end?  How has a majority allowed this crap to continue?  And just think.  This kind of upside down thing is being fed to youngsters from an early age and the schools I have read, continue the practice. The next generation is being groomed.

The real hate crime is persecuting a decent man for his beliefs

Adrian Smith is a kind and gentle man. Friends say the happily married father is a pillar of the community, a practising Christian and a tireless worker for charity.

Yet this week Mr Smith was in court, defending accusations that he is a bigot whose personal views are so offensive and outrageous that they are incompatible with his work as a housing officer.

His crime?  To have put a posting on his personal Facebook page which said he thought civil partnerships ceremonies in church were ‘an equality too far’. 

Specifically, he said: ‘If the State wants to offer civil marriages to the same sex, then that is up to the State; but the State shouldn’t impose its rules on places of faith or conscience.’

Hardly inflammatory, then. Yet these comments led to him being demoted from his job, after complaints from colleagues and an investigation by his company’s ‘equality and diversity lead’.

His salary was reduced by 40 per cent by the Trafford Housing Trust, which claimed he was guilty of ‘gross misconduct’ because people might mistake his views as trust policy.

What utter nonsense. And what a terrifying insight into the dystopian world we now live in — a world where a man can be penalised for a thought crime, even when that thought is shared by a huge proportion of the population.

One of the colleagues who complained about Mr Smith’s comments said they showed he was ‘blatantly homophobic’.

No they didn’t. Yet such is the ludicrously PC world we now live in (fuelled by the metropolitan views of David Cameron, Nick Clegg and their liberal elite circle) that anyone who does not agree with gay marriage is automatically branded a bigot and a homophobe. They are no such thing.

As regular readers will know, I share Mr Smith’s views. I wholeheartedly support civil partnerships, but believe that it is not for any government to ride roughshod over centuries of tradition — or, indeed, over the will of the electorate — by introducing gay marriage.

Seventy per cent of people believe marriage should remain a union between a man and a woman. Even among the gay community, only 39 per cent agree that changing the law on gay marriage should be a priority.

Are we all to be investigated, demoted and financially penalised, as Mr Smith has been?

Of course, I respect the views of those who disagree with me, and I defend their right to express them — except when they do so violently and abusively. That is what free speech is all about.

i find this very hard to believe but …. in today’s world? see what you make of it.

Have we now come to this?  Sure looks like it.

Lately and late at night I have been engrossed in a series of books by a guy with the improbable name of Harry Turtledove.  These are books with like 500 to 650 pages and I can’t seem to read them fast enough. 

It all started when one of our bmews readers left a comment and suggested I read a book by this author called Guns For The South, and I have now read four or five and went to AMZN today and ordered the next grouping and when those are read I’ll order more.

So far in my reading adventure, I have not come across one single muslim. Course not.  The stories take place in a saner America.  Well, somewhat saner.
North and South at war for the third time, happily the South wins the first two but in this last book of this particular trilogy, things are not looking at all well for the South.

General George Armstrong Custer (he doesn’t die at Little Big Horn) in command of the First Army, defies the war department orders on how tanks are to be used.  (called barrels by the North and tanks by the South) It’s WW1 and the USA is allied with Germany; England and France are allied with the Confederacy, and there is stalemate and trench warfare and poison gas and .... those trenches are being dug in North America not Europe.  The USA has invaded and occupied Canada.  The descriptions of warfare on the ground and in the air are chilling and thrilling and I am not so much reading this as I am actually viewing it all.

Anyway, Gen. Custer on his own authority and for the first time in military history, gathers together by devious means, a large number of barrels (tanks) for a mass and concentrated attack to achieve a breakout and breakthrough destroying the defensive trenches of the CSA. They are rolling over everything in their path.  While all this is going on, we are also introduced to a host of characters and get to know many quite well.  Even some of the Northern folks are entirely likable.  And some come to bad ends in battle or other ways. 
The CSA of course also has tanks but not as many as the north and, after they crush the Marxist inspired Red revolution which is made up of mostly black folks who are tired (who can blame them?) of oppression, and white socialists.  But like all movements and revolutions it’s pretty damn violent, and with large numbers of blacks arming themselves and making another front but behind CSA lines, well you can see the Stars and Bars has a fight on it’s hands.
Oh yeah, the South has occupied Washington (DC) for three years now and is being driven out under heavy bombardment.
So enmeshed in all of this exciting stuff I’m lost in another world and find make believe preferable to the real world of muslims and the pc libtard left. I think I want an America that probably never really existed.

But here we are anyway, and although the world I describe above has tons of inequities and the usual gripes about camp life, there would have been none of this crap. At least, I haven’t seen it so far.  And no muzzies.

Army Bows to Islamists, Sacks Lt. Colonel

Lieutenant Colonel Matthew Dooley’s career has been effectively destroyed by General Martin Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, various complicit members of the Pentagon and the military and, most of all, political correctness on the part of the U.S. government.

Col. Dooley, who was awarded the Bronze Star, the fourth-highest combat decoration, is a West Point graduate and highly rated armor officer who served in Iraq, Germany, Bosnia and Kuwait. He was, until recently, the instructor of a course to fellow officers on the dangers of radical Islam at the Joint Forces Staff College (part of the National Defense University).

His downfall came at the hands of 57 Islamic groups who began complaining a year ago that the U.S. military and intelligence counter-terrorism training instructors and materials were anti-Islam.

Included the group of complainers was both CAIR (Council on American Islamic Relations) and ISNA (Islamic Society of North America). Both CAIR and ISNA were named as unindicted co-conspirators in the Holy Land Terror Funding Trial, largest ever terror-funding trial in U.S. history. Both are listed by the Muslim Brotherhood—whose publicized doctrine is to destroy American from within—as two of it “working organizations.”

As a direct result of the complaints by the Islamic groups, the U.S. government instituted broad, sweeping reviews and eventual purges of its counter-terrorism training materials. Islamic groups were allowed into the FBI and other institutions to approved or disapprove the materials. The Pentagon complied with the review, as did all of the branches of U.S. armed forces.

At that time, the Pentagon found no fault in any of its courses or instructors. Col. Dooley’s course, which he began teaching in 2010, had been taught the same way since 2004. All the material for the course was approved by the university. In his evaluations from last year, Col. Dooley was referred to as a superb officer.

Yet changes were being made. RepresentativesDooley in combat from the government, including John Brennon, the chief counter terrorism advisor, instituted new terminology in the “War on Terror.” No longer were Al Qaeda fighters called “Islamic extremists;” they became simply “extremists.” Gone was any mention of the ideology driving their “extremism.”

The Islamic groups also demanded that employees who promoted (in their opinion) “biased” training about these “extremists” be “effectively disciplined.”

However, Col. Dooley’s course was not singled out until close to six months later when one of his students lodged a complaint to Defense Secretary Leon Panetta. It was then that Col. Dooley’s course was suspended. Ironically, the complaint was not even about Col. Dooley, but about a guest lecturer he had brought in.

The guest lecturer had been talking about “what if” scenarios, a common way the military strategizes: Envision a potential scenario and figure out how to deal with it.

In this case, the guest lecturer asked what would happen if Islamic extremists gained control of Pakistan’s nuclear weapons and began destroying U.S. cities. How should the U.S. respond?

As the future of the English darkens, so the past seems to hold a light.

I wish I had thought of that.  I think it says a lot and it certainly exemplifies the state of being in our modern world.  The past is looking better all the time.  Look at this article.
Is this not stupid?  Beyond stupid really.  Words fail though I am groping for them.  Make an unpopular statement or say something in derision and you’re sent to an “equalities training” camp.  Training my fuckin’ ass.  Mind control more like.  Brainwashing probably.  But this is the world we live in today, and that sucks.

I may as well explain why he wrote what he did.  His wife is wheelchair bound and 86 with a pacemaker.  At Heathrow Airport, she was taken into a private room and strip searched.  The staff were he said, “officious” and offered “no explanation for the search.”

So while he wrote because of that experience, what he said fits this situation as well and many others like it.  Just what was it that generation saved their country for?

For this?  I doubt that.

‘Minefield round traveller site’ jibe investigated

A councillor who said a minefield should be put up around a travellers’ site has been told to attend equalities training, the BBC has learned.

Conservative Mervyn Loynes, of South Cambridgeshire District Council, made a “silly remark in private”, Tory council leader Ray Manning said.
Mr Loynes, who was not available for comment, resigned from two planning committees following his comments.

The council said a report on the case would be published shortly.
Comments made by Mr Loynes ahead of a meeting in February to discuss travellers’ sites in Cambridgeshire were reported by a fellow councillor.

Mr Loynes has since been the subject of an internal investigation carried out by the council’s monitoring office and an “independent person”.
It concluded Mr Loynes had breached the council’s code of conduct relating to “respect, equalities and disrepute”.

A council spokesman said: “New national legislation for all local authorities means complaints will now be dealt with by the council’s monitoring officer alongside an appointed independent person, but reports will still be made public as they were under the former standards regime.

“Concluding cases in this way is less bureaucratic, and cost-effective to taxpayers.”
Mr Manning added: “Even before he was investigated, [Mr Loynes] decided to do the honourable thing by quitting his key roles in the two committees.” “He’s a decent and hard-working councillor.”

Mr Loynes was previously chair of the council’s planning enforcement committee and vice-chair of the planning committee.
Liberal Democrat opposition leader Sebastian Kindersley said: “We all make stupid comments, but we are not all chairmen of planning committees.
“Therefore, I think he has actually opened up the taxpayer and the council to being potentially sued by some disgruntled applicant or subject of a planning decision.”

Candy Sheridan, East of England vice-chair of the Gypsy Council, described Mr Loynes’ remark as “appalling”.

“It just should not be happening,” she said. “This type of behaviour needs to be addressed. It’s uncalled for and appalling.”
The council’s civic affairs committee will meet on 24 September to determine what information relating to the case will be made public.

Just curious.  How much ‘respect’ do the gypos show the communities they force themselves on?  What kind of ‘respect’ is it that makes travellers or whatever else the vermin call themselves, move on to green belt areas and dig up the land.  And the pc brigade wants to hold an ‘investigation.’

I wonder how much money the creeps who run these “equality training” sessions make.  I’d bet those session are meaningless to anyone forced to undergo the pleasure. I’d bet not one mind in a hundred would be changed and in fact would reinforce whatever thought process condemned them to the indignity.  But someone is raking it in.  Commie bastards.

sad, sad when even the aussies experience the rot. what hope is there?

I don’t know if it makes the Brits feel any better knowing that folks in distant lands react as stupidly when it comes to gremlins.

I am referring to how authorities treat with vermin like this.  Nicely, nicely of course.
Must not do anything to even remotely suggest his human/ civil rights are not protected.  No matter what he does.  No matter how much abuse he causes.
No matter how much he costs the public purse.
Must make nicey, nice.

Don’t you just HATE bastards like this and even more, bang ur head against a wall in frustration with authorities that let things go this far.

Of course, the bad guy knows the rules and he also knows what he can get away with. Which in this case, is apparently a hell of a lot.

Abusive expat murderer causing deportation havoc in Australia

Australia may have to charter a plane at a cost of up to $1 million (£650,000) to fly a British murderer, Keith David Herring, to London.

The murderer spat on passengers, ripped a telephone from the seat of a plane and tried to urinate in the aisle during two attempts to fly him on commercial airlines.

Herring, 66, who is notorious for his extraordinary displays of anger and abuse, is due to be deported after spending two decades in jail for murdering his wife in 1989.

Despite a long criminal history in Britain – reportedly involving 70 offences including assault, grievous bodily harm, dishonesty, and biting off the ear of a prison guard – Herring was granted a visa in Australia in 1988, a year before he murdered his Philippines-born wife, Juiletta Herring, a nurse whom he married in England in 1986.

He had concealed his criminal record, which was not picked up by Australian authorities.

During his trial, Herring reportedly exposed himself, abused the prosecutor – calling him a “fat slug” – and leapt from the dock in an attempt to strangle the judge, whom he called a “silly old devil”.

He was convicted in 1995 and received a 22-year sentence, as well as a 2-and-a-half year sentence for contempt of court.

Australian authorities have been seeking to deport Herring since his release from prison in June. However, two attempts to fly him home from Sydney airport failed this week.

On Wednesday, he was removed from a Qantas plane by three security guards and an immigration authority after abusing crew and vandalising the plane.

The following day, he was removed from a Thai Airways plane after similar behaviour.

“He misbehaved in a range of ways and a decision was made by the department in consultation with the airline that we didn’t want to risk any incidents with passengers and crew, so we took him off,” an immigration official said.

Authorities are seeking the “most cost-effective” way to transport him but have already wasted the cost of ten airfares for Herring and officials. The immigration department may have to charter a plane and is also considering booking a row or rows of seats.

Herring is currently being held in an immigration detention centre in Sydney.

He was found guilty in 1991 of drowning his 38-year-old wife after claiming he found her body floating in their backyard swimming pool after he returned from a date with his lover.

Herring’s wild courtroom antics – which followed an incident in the committal hearing when he undid his fly and exposed himself – were described by the trial judge as the worst he had ever seen.

“Mrs Herring’s death was planned and premeditated,” the court found. “It was carried out in a cold-blooded manner. Since then, (Herring) has sought to cover his foul deed by lies, feigned grief and every device and scheme which his fertile mind could conjure up.”

During a recent phone interview, Herring admitted for the first time that he committed the murder.

“I caused a death. I paid my time,” Herring told Sydney’s Daily Telegraph.

“The rooms are dirty, the areas we live in are dirty. I have heart conditions. I am waiting for an operation.”

Immigration officials said Herring’s stubbornness had delayed his deportation but would not prevent it.

“The department is continuing to examine options for the removal of this client at the earliest opportunity and in the most cost-effective way,” a spokesman said. “Misbehaviour in no way deters the department.”

House of Lords staff banned from bantering with colleagues in case it is deemed offensive

It prides itself on being the home of independent thought and robust free speech.

But now the House of Lords has been branded ‘Orwellian’ after it advised its staff to avoid office banter on the grounds that it can be offensive.
Employees of the second chamber have been advised that even seemingly harmless chat can lead to other colleagues feeling left out and alienated.
The advice has been issued to hundreds of staff as part of a series of taxpayer-funded equality and diversity sessions on ‘cultural awareness’.
During the two-hour sessions, staff are told that the ‘golden rule’ of treat others as you would like to be treated has been replaced by the ‘platinum rule’ of treat others as they would like to be treated.
A section on ‘effective communication’ advises participants to ‘avoid banter’, ‘to allow people to self-identify’ and ‘to make minority groups visible using inclusive terms’.

During the past 12 months, almost 300 House of Lords employees have been on equality and diversity courses at a cost to taxpayers of just over £18,000.
The House’s clampdown on banter has infuriated campaigners and writers, who insist it is part and parcel of office life. Chrissie Maher, founder of the Plain English Campaign, said: ‘I thought the House of Lords is supposed to be a place where people can speak their minds.

An arrest made over unpopular speech. Only politically correct sentiments are allowed to be expressed in our brave new world.

The guy’s thinking may be askew, but it’s what he feels and so he expressed himself on Facebook.
I think he’s being stitched up due to his very unpopular opinion. Not because he incited racial hatred.  These days where muzzies are concerned, nobody can incite anyone else to hatred because the hate already exists.  People read papers and blogs and communicate over the net and are aware of how things are.  How many times over the last few years have we read about folks or heard them express deep concern that they are losing their country?  And it isn’t all hate at all, although there is that as well of course. 

This guy approved of what the mass killer in Norway did.  Well, that’s quite a stretch really.  He thinks that killing those young people was right, because they were future liberal leftists, who he sees as responsible for the mass immigration of an alien people and culture and religion that will sink the west.  Well now, he’s correct about that and no argument there. They will eventually sink the west, because the west doesn’t have the will to protect itself in a manner necessary to insure it’s survival.  It’s much, much too busy being politically correct, as the arrest for a race crime of this man shows.  But I’ll have to hand it to the authorities.  When someone expresses an unkind and unpopular opinion, shut him down quickly.
We can not afford any of that there free speech nonsense. No sir.  The only speech that should be free is that speech approved by the police.

A British dad has been arrested on suspicion of inciting racial hatred after praising mass murderer Anders Breivik on Facebook, it emerged today.

Philip Horn, 44, allegedly said on the social networking site that he ‘takes his hat off’ to the infamous gunman.

The Norwegian slaughtered 77 adults and teenagers when he bombed government buildings in Oslo and carried out a mass shooting on the island of Utoya in July last year.

Horn, a father-of-three, from Gillingham, was arrested by Kent Police on Thursday afternoon and is currently being held in custody.

Horn, who is reported to have links with the English Defence League, is also alleged to have publicly supported Breivik’s crusade to ‘protect his country from Muslims’.

The unemployed builder from Gillingham, Kent, is said to have posted a message saying: ‘Well done Anders Breivik. I take my hat off to you sir.

‘You proved you were not insane and that you are just one of many like myself who wish their country to return to the way it was before it was invaded by the Muslim population. Respect to you.’

He was also filmed by a national newspaper saying: ‘If someone came to my door in a uniform and said they were going to bang me up for six months then fine. I’m not going to retract any remarks I made.

‘To a certain extent I do defend what he’s [Breivik] done. Go back 40-50 years ago to Norway, would you have seen people walking around in burkas and all that?

‘I am a racist to a certain extent. Of course it’s wrong to kill children, but if he had to do it that way to get his point across, so be it.’

A Kent Police spokesman said: ‘During the afternoon of Thursday, August 30 a 45-year-old man from Gillingham was arrested on suspicion of inciting racial hatred.

‘He is currently in police custody.’

RCOB. Can’t somebody just drown these idiots like a bag of unwanted kittens? Holy ham on rye. We need ID for everything, from renting a hotel room to borrowing a book from the library. You can’t be a modern citizen without it. Period. So how the flippin flippity flap is having a voter ID racist? What, can’t the my-nar-it-tays drive themselves down to the county to pick one up? They’re free! And everybody else has to go get one too. So what’s the damn beef?

WASHINGTON — A federal court on Thursday blocked Texas from enforcing a strict new voter identification law, ruling that the state had failed to prove that the mandate would not disproportionately suppress turnout among eligible voters who are members of minority groups.

“The State of Texas enacted a voter ID law that — at least to our knowledge — is the most stringent in the country,” the court wrote. “That law will almost certainly have retrogressive effect: it imposes strict, unforgiving burdens on the poor, and racial minorities in Texas are disproportionately likely to live in poverty.”

Yer darn tootin, Newton: Texas is fucking OVERRUN with illegals and needs a seriously stringent system to keep them from illegally voting. But wait, this is the federal government of minority superiority, so let’s turn up Teh Stewpid dial to 11.

The 56-page ruling came days after another three-judge panel in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia ruled that the Texas Legislature had intentionally discriminated against Hispanic voters in drawing up new political maps for Congressional and legislative districts, citing the same section of the Voting Rights Act.

Greg Abbott, the Texas attorney general, called the voter ID decision “wrong on the law” and said that Texas would keep fighting.

“The state will appeal this decision to the U.S. Supreme Court, where we are confident we will prevail,” said Mr. Abbott, who has also vowed to appeal the redistricting case.

Mr. Abbott also noted that the Supreme Court had upheld the constitutionality of a voter ID law enacted by Indiana. Texas, however, bears a higher burden under Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act. Under that statute, jurisdictions that have a history of discriminating against minority voters must receive federal approval before making any change to their voting rules and it is up to the state to prove that its change will not dilute the voting power of members of minority groups.

Hey, there’s a double dose of fresh cow flop right there. First, there ain’t no damn HISPANICS in Texas. 5 million illegal MEXICANS, sure. But those guys are not hispanics. They’re Atlatl-Meso-Hispo-Americans, which means they only got a little bit of hispanolic in them, mostly Aztecish. Next up, what gives with the double dealing “higher burdern of proof” law. Is Texas now branded as some racist bad boy forever, who has to get down on his knees and beg and plead against the coastal PC faggots for the right to change state law? Go jump rope in the nude with some barbed wire buddy. That’s not the Texas way. Nor is it the American Way. That part of Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act is unconstitutional. No group can be held to a higher hurdle than any other one: we all get treated the same. Equal protection under the law.

Oh, and By The Way: the federal court ruling is utter bullshit. There is simply no way in Hell that ANYONE can prove that law X, Y, or Z will not change voter turnout ahead of time. Because voters are a fickle bunch. And they could decide they’re just not going to bother this time ... and that itself would kill the new law, wouldn’t it, if that’s the burden of proof the feds are demanding. It’s impossible to meet. So fuck em: ignore their judgment. Any citizen who really wants to vote will make whatever effort is necessary, as long as it doesn’t cost anything other than time and filling out forms.

Just me off on a very frustrated rant cos there isn’t anyone to kick or hit and if there were, would it do any good?  All I’d get would be arrested. Then sued.

But I have to tell you, things are really, really SHIT when Father Christmas is banned because the term ‘might’ offend.  How do people manage to come to these bizarre actions and the thoughts that lead to them.  How?  What part of the human brain controls this sort of crap?  And why aren’t people out in the streets screaming that they are tired and refuse to take anymore.

The British police are always being taught about diversity.

Most of these sessions are obviously ridiculous: a ban on the phrase ‘manning the phones’, apologising for slavery which was abolished before our police force was even established and insisting that police officers take off their boots before entering a gypsy caravan for a drugs warrant. Any opportunity to make serious points about, say, disability issues, is lost in the hilarity during lessons about how we shouldn’t say ‘As sure as eggs is eggs’ in case it offends infertile women, and how we should never say ‘Father Christmas’. ‘Father Christmas’ is a double whammy.
We are taught that the name excludes women and non Christians at the same time.

Now then, this bit of total insanity is from May. That’s only three months ago but I figured some of you needed a reminder of just how seriously stupid this fuckin place has become.  There is NO hope. NONE!!!! Whatever. It’s over for this place.

Vilmar had no idea just exactly how right he was two or three years ago, when he told me they were doomed.  I didn’t take it in at the time and thought it merely a figure of speech.  Well it wasn’t.  He read the future better then I did.

Police chiefs have banned the word ‘blacklist’ over fears it is racist.

They have also struck out its opposite – ‘whitelist’ – which is used by IT workers for a list of acceptable email contacts.

Scotland Yard employees have been told to use ‘red’ and ‘green’ instead.

The move baffled officers, who said it would do little to help the force emerge from its latest racism crisis.

Thirteen reports of racism, involving 27 officers and staff, are being probed by the Met and the independent police watchdog.

One officer said: ‘Frankly we all sigh when things like this come around. Lots of good work is done to make sure policing reaches into all parts of society and helps the most vulnerable. This is not it.’

The ban emerged in an email to Yard IT staff from security services chief Brian Douglas. He wrote: ‘IB (Information Board) are uncomfortable with the use of the term whitelist (and I presume blacklist)

‘I am sure we can appreciate the sensitivity around the use of such terminology today so please ensure it is no longer used.’

The measure is part of a drive by police chiefs to stamp out racism within the force. But officers within the organisation are said to have described the latest orders as ‘bizarre’.

One hell of a note innit?

The story originates in Ireland but change their names and it could be anywhere.  We have speech and thought police today on a par with almost
any 3rd world dictatorship.  Heaven forbid anyone says anything that does not, but could, offend the race relations industry.

Judge sorry for ‘welfare cash is Polish charity’

A COMPLAINT has been made to gardai after a judge has been accused of insulting Polish people.

Judge Mary Devins had suggested in court that social welfare was a “Polish charity”.

She has since apologised, saying the comment was directed a specific group of individuals involved in an “alcohol-fuelled incident”.

But Killian Forde, of the Dublin-based Integration Centre, described her original comment as “absolutely disgraceful” and said her apology was insufficient.

Racist

He told the Herald he was to make a complaint to the gardai (Police) under the racist reporting mechanism on the basis that the centre believes the remark was contrary to the Incitement to Hatred Act 1989.

Mr Forde said the complaint means officers will look into the incident, even if nothing comes of it.

“It’s the only way to do it. It’s the first time I imagine there has been a judge complained about,” the former city councillor added.

She made the social welfare remark while hearing a case in Castlebar, Co Mayo, against a trainee plumber who called an Irish security guard a “fat Polish f***er”. Enda Moylette, of Derrycoorane, Islandeady, Castlebar, had pleaded guilty when his case was heard several months previously by Judge Conal Gibbons.

Judge Gibbons had adjourned the matter to allow Mr Moylette to pay €1,000 to a Polish charity in lieu of a conviction and a fine.

When the case came before Judge Devins last Friday, the question arose over whether a Polish charity was in operating in Ireland.

“A Polish charity? There is. It’s called the social welfare,” the judge commented, according to reports in local newspapers.

It was suggested the Polish Chaplaincy in Ireland could be suitable but Judge Devins said she would prefer a local charity to benefit.

She added she had a difficulty in granting the payment and adjourned the matter.
