old man’s wife dies, so carer’s hours are cut. there’s only him left. she sues and wins.

How’s this for a story?
I can not make heads or tails on this.  Maybe something has been left out because it makes no sense whatever.
I feel sorry for the old guy.  In his condition and at his age, he shouldn’t have to face this.  I’d really like to know what the judge may have heard that hasn’t been reported, if there is anything to know that isn’t in the article. 

Stumped by this one.

A grieving pensioner has been forced to pay thousands of pounds in compensation to his carer who sued him for constructive dismissal after her hours were cut, because his wife died.

George Lomas, 77, was told at the funeral of his wife Rose that he would be taken to an employment tribunal by carer Jayne Wakefield.
The 55-year-old, who Mr Lomas said he had treated ‘like a daughter’, resigned after having her hours cut when Mr Lomas’s wife Rose, 76, passed away earlier this year.

East Cheshire Council paid Ms Wakefield for working 30 hours a week over five years to care for Mrs Lomas who had Parkinson’s disease.
But she quit and launched legal proceedings against the frail pensioner after her hours were slashed to 16 when Mrs Lomas died on March 4.

Shockingly, the grandfather-of-one said Ms Wakefield approached him the day after his wife’s funeral on March 13, demanding redundancy money.
Mr Lomas still offered to pay Ms Wakefield for the reduced hours for his care but she claimed she was forced to resign on March 20 after ‘nothing was put in writing’.

On Friday a Birmingham employment tribunal awarded Ms Wakefield £3,569 in compensation for constructive dismissal after a judge agreed she was unfairly treated.

Mr Lomas will now have to stump up the bill as he is classed as Ms Wakefield’s employer because the council stopped paying for Mrs Lomas’s care following her death.

The retired accountant was order to pay £1,097.65 damages for breach of contract for failing to notify termination of her employment.
He was also told he must pay a further £2,472.62 in redundancy payments.

‘And when she pushed a letter through the door saying she was suing me - my world fell apart.

‘I will never forgive her. How was I supposed to give notice?

‘You don’t have notice when your wife is going to die.’

The father-of-one said he does not know how he will now afford to pay the compensation and accused the council of ‘washing their hands of the issue’.

He added: ‘I can’t understand how I’m liable.

her dogs kill girl, owner charged with causing suffering to dogs. this isn’t a joke

One for the books.

In essence, as reported elsewhere, the owner was charged officially with causing unnecessary suffering to her dogs.
Oh yeah … ooops. Forgot. Her dogs killed a young girl.  No suffering there of course.

When something like this can pass for justice, you know all is without question, finally lost. It isn’t as if she wasn’t warned in the past about how she kept her animals, but I guess when laws have no teeth, people just don’t pay much attention.

THE family of a 14-year-old girl savaged to death by four dogs said they were “disgusted” after the owner walked free from court with a suspended sentence.

Beverley Concannon kept one of her dogs, a big American bull mastiff, in a tiny cage where it went “stir crazy” along with two other pit bulls and another bull mastiff which were all kept cooped up in her council house.

The conditions led to them becoming stressed and “hyper aggressive” and they turned on Jade Lomas-Anderson at the house in Atherton, Greater Manchester on March 26.

The girl, who was on half-term school holidays and had stayed the night with Concannon’s daughter at the house, suffered “horrific” injuries “from head to toe”, Wigan Magistrates’ Court heard.

Pc Martin Burkinshaw, who was first on the scene after the 999 call, said: “I will never forget what I saw.”

Concannon, 45, who had been warned before about her aggressive dogs and how she kept them, admitted causing unnecessary suffering to bull mastiffs Buddy and Neo and Staffordshire bull terriers Ty and Sky between July 19 last year and March 25 this year.

Wigan Magistrates’ Court heard that she subjected the animals to “an environment that was detrimental to their well-being”.

She sat head down in the dock throughout the hearing just yards from Jade’s family, who broke into tears as the court heard distressing details of the incident.

But they marched out of court in unison as Concannon was told she would not be going to jail immediately.

The defendant, who is on benefits, was given a 16 week jail sentence, suspended for 12 months, and ordered to pay costs and a victim surcharge totalling £165. She was also banned from keeping dogs indefinitely.

I guess this is about as sick as it gets.  How could anyone do this sort of thing to a 5 year old?  For that matter, how do some men bring themselves to treat any female in this way?

No matter how much the hand wringers on the left preach multi-culture and diversity, there is NO WAY these folks are, just like us. None!

Yes, we have child molesters and rapists and all around verminous bastards.  But they are not excused, they are criminals period.
But here, oh well.
She may have been five but she wasn’t a virgin and so he kills her?  And he’s okay with that cos after all, he reads the holy book.

And there’s more and more of his kind arriving in Europe everyday. And they ALL breed.

Saudi Muslim Preacher Receives Lenient 8-Year Prison Sentence for Allegedly Raping, Brutally Beating, Killing 5-Year-Old Daughter

A Saudi preacher has received the sentence of eight years imprisonment and 800 lashes for the murder of his 5-year-old daughter, who he allegedly raped and severely beat to the point of death two years ago.

The sentence has been blasted as lenient by activists in the country, who had campaigned for an appropriate sentence to be handed down in the run up to the case.

On Monday a judge found Fayhan al-Ghamdi, a preacher who often appears on television in Saudi Arabia, guilty of beating and torturing his 5-year-old daughter, Lama, to death back in 2011. Along with the sentence of eight years and 800 lashings, the judge also ruled that Ghamdi pay $270,000 in “blood money” to his ex-wife and the girl’s mother, Syeda Mohammed Ali. The girl’s mother had previously requested a payment of $2.7 million.

“The girl’s mother ceded her original request to sentence the father to death,” Mohammed Almadi of Saudi Arabia’s Human Rights Commission told CNN recently. “She has since asked for the father to pay her blood money instead, which is her right in the Saudi legal system.” Under Saudi law, because the mother accepted the “blood money” offer, she could no longer pursue a life sentence charge for her former husband.

Five-year-old Lama al-Ghamdi was admitted to a hospital in the town of Riyadh in December 2011 after being severely beaten while in her father’s care.

The girl suffered broken ribs, a fractured skull, a broken arm, severe burns and extensive bruising.

A social worker from the hospital also indicated the girl had been raped in multiple places, although her mother later denied claims that the rape was done by the father.

The child had allegedly been beaten with electric cables and a cane, and some reports indicated her father was attempting to punish her after hearing her virginity had been compromised. She died 10 months later in October 2012.

when your stalker live right next door

Editorial writers here, even those conservative ones, harp about America’s gun laws, the gun lobby and those crazed right wing gun nutters in the USA.
As if it’s any of their damn business. Which of course it isn’t.
Well, I saw this story today and could not help thinking, if ever there was a very good reason for owning a gun, this one good reason.  Among many.
But this is Britain, and so this young lady is SOL.
Now 22, she lives alone. 
Thankfully, she came to no physical harm.  But imagine if it’s possible, to be a young woman and be stalked for so long, and to have a court only slap the wrist of the offender and then send him home.

Which happens to be, right next door.
Only in the UK.

A stalker who has terrorised a young woman for two years has been freed from court and allowed to live next door to her.

Darren Blee, 22, plagued Pippa Dowson by following her day and night, hiding in bushes and jumping out in front of cars she was in.

Blee, who lives with his parents, admitted an ‘unhealthy fixation’ with the 20 year-old and told police he could not stop himself from following her.

He pleaded guilty to stalking but was given a suspended sentence and left to return to his home in Truro, Cornwall.

Ms Dowson, who lives alone, said: ‘My life has been ruined for nearly two years and he got a slap on the wrist.

‘My safety is compromised. His feelings were taken into consideration over mine.
‘It’s disgusting. I think it’s horrendous that they have just let him go home right next door to me.’

Garth Richardson, prosecuting at Truro Crown Court, said police first told Blee to stop his harassment in July 2012, followed by a caution in November.

He behaved himself for three months until February when he started following Ms Dowson again.

On one occasion she came home to find Blee screaming at her and making animal noises.

When asked by police why he kept following her, he said: ‘I don’t know why, there is something wrong with me but I don’t know what. I can’t stop myself.’

Dieter Kehler, defending, said Blee found it hard to make friends or interact with people.

New laws were introduced last November which recognised stalking as a specific crime with a potential sentence of up to five years.

‘He threw things at my window at home. It’s been absolutely terrifying. From the beginning of this year it’s been absolutely horrendous’ - Ms Dowson

Blee was the first person in Cornwall to be dealt under the new legislation which Ms Dowson hoped would finally protect her.

He was remanded in custody by magistrates at the end of August when he pleaded guilty to stalking involving serious alarm or distress.

But he was freed when he returned to the crown court to be sentenced and got a nine-month prison term, suspended for 12 months, and an order to do 100 hours of unpaid work.

Blee was also given a restraining order not to contact his victim, go to her work or follow her for five years.

However, he was allowed to continue living with his parents in the house next door to Ms Dowson.
After the hearing Ms Dowson told how her nightmare began in January 2012 when she was just 18 years old.

She had never had any previous contact with Blee before he targeted her out of the blue.

She said: ‘I noticed he was following me everywhere I went and it got to the stage where I could not leave the house by myself.

Why is 12 years of age too young to be named?

This little shit raped a 6 year old girl, then tells cops .... “I don’t care”.
Why can’t he be made to care?  Cutting off his pecker might go a long way to convincing the scum that he does indeed care.

It this sort of thing that has me convinced the F****** world is mad.  What the F*** was the judge thinking?  Or, maybe she wasn’t. This judge perhaps has nothing to think with.  Good grief.  The little girl is almost a baby.  Even in my far away day at age 12 I knew and so do you at any age, right from wrong, good from evil.  I think we all know it even before our parents teach it.  But the born criminal, the bad seed, that life form knows as well but just does not care.

A schoolboy who raped a six-year-old girl twice has walked free from court despite telling a probation officer ‘I don’t care’ when asked how his young victim felt following her ordeal.

The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, admitted forcing the girl to carry out a sex act on two occasions, Ipswich Youth Court heard.

But during a meeting with a court official, who was compiling a pre-sentence report, the youth showed no remorse for his victim.

Prosecutor Simon Newell said the boy was asked what he felt about the impact of his crimes on his victim and replied: ‘I don’t care how she feels.’

District Judge Celia Dawson told him that she was not sending him to a secure youth offending unit because she did not want him to be in the company of ‘older and more sophisticated criminals’.

The boy, who lives on the Suffolk and Norfolk border, was given a 12 month referral order and a 12 month restraining order banning him from contacting the victim or her family.

He was also ordered to pay £300 in compensation to the girl, having admitted two counts of rape at an earlier hearing.

The court heard that the boy’s parents took him to a police station when they heard about the sex attack allegations where he admitted what he had done straight away.

Judgee wudgee then went on to make the following erroneous statement.

‘I hope you are aware if you don’t change your attitude you may have very serious problems in the future.’

ANOTHER BAD CALL BY AN IDIOT JUDGE … WE REALLY DON’T EXPECT BETTER THESE DAYS.

This is one hell of a story.
I guess this now passes for justice over here.

This guy is rowdy in a pub and is one of those violent drinkers I guess.
So there a fight which spills out into the street.
He’s a real bruiser as you will see, and I really urge you to look at the video assuming it’s still up and running.

Anyway, the thug bites a chunk out of the other guy’s tongue. Now how the heck he managed that I don’t know, but he did.
So the victim is bleeding badly and thug runs off.  Victim goes after him, catches up and proceeds to beat him up, after which he goes to a hosp. Where it is found, they can’t reattach the bit that’s been bitten off.  So now the poor guy speaks with an impediment.

So when the case comes to court …. and btw the guy who did the damage has a long record of violent behavior … well the judge, a skank named Gillian Matthews who we can only wish the worst upon, let the creep off because, she trusted him to stop his violent behavior. This in spite of previous convictions for same.

This same judge freed a paedophile because he claimed that his seven year old victim, came on to him.  You couldn’t make that up.
In 2011 she told a serial criminal he could do jail, “standing on his head.” So she gave him s suspended sentence saying he needed tougher punishment.  ??????  Yeah. I don’t understand that either.

He’s seen here mugging for the cameras outside the court after being freed.

I think the victim should find a gun, shoot the SOB and then claim diminished mental responsibility. He might luck out and get the same judge. A thug who bit off a man’s tongue mocked his victim outside court after he was spared jail by a judge.
David Greaves, 50, pumped his fist and shouted ‘tongue’s twisted!’ as he celebrated avoiding custody for the sickening assault.

The window cleaner has a string of previous convictions for violence and was expected to be locked up for attacking father-of-two John Dufton.

But Judge Gillian Matthews instead handed down a suspended sentence because she ‘trusted’ him to stop his violent behaviour.

The same judge sparked controversy last year when she refused to jail a convicted paedophile who claimed a child made sexual advances towards him.

Yesterday, victim Mr Dufton, 33, was ‘furious’ with the leniency of the sentence and is demanding a review by the Attorney General.

A family friend said: ‘This man has done this sort of thing before on a number of occasions. A suspended prison sentence for biting off someone’s tongue just doesn’t make sense.’

Teesside Crown Court heard how Greaves started the trouble inside a pub in Chester-le-Street on May 25 by head-butting and punching Mr Dufton. As the fight spilled outside, Greaves tried to gouge his victim’s eyes with his thumbs.

Prosecutor Peter Sabiston said: ‘He pulled his head down, inserted his tongue, shook his head and somehow managed to latch on to Mr Dufton’s tongue.

He was horrified as the defendant then bit him.’
Despite his injuries, Mr Dufton chased his attacker and gave him a ‘comprehensive beating’ before going to hospital.

Surgeons were unable to re-attach the missing part of the tongue, which had been taken to hospital in ice.

He said: ‘The pain was unbearable, I was in agony, the worst pain I have ever known in my life. The fact that he celebrated like he did outside court, sticking his tongue out, just shows what kind of man he is.’

Greaves, who has convictions for violence going back to 1997, said he had no memory of the biting.
He admitted causing grievous bodily harm, which carries a maximum sentence of five years.

Judge Matthews called it a ‘truly horrific’ attack, adding: ‘How he behaved to you in advance did not justify your disgraceful conduct, which must have been a truly horrendous thing.’

However, she said she was ‘trusting’ Greaves, of Pelton, County Durham, to stop his violent behaviour and handed down a two-year suspended jail term.

She also ordered him to pay £2,000 in compensation and imposed a two-year restraining order. Last year, Judge Matthews outraged children’s charities after freeing paedophile John Thompson, who accused his seven-year-old victim of ‘coming on to him’.

In 2011, the judge told serial criminal James Wanley he could do jail ‘standing on his head’ and needed ‘a tougher punishment’ – so she gave him a suspended sentence.

A ‘monster’ who smashed his new-born baby daughter against a wall and chopped up her body before burying her, has been awarded £1700 because he was not fed halal food in jail.

Despite the outrage that has followed the revelation, Queensland Premier Campbell Newman said today that prisoners had to be treated ‘humanely and appropriately’ and he would not attempt to stop them suing prisons. 

Former butcher Raymond Akhtar Ali, 60, complained to the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal after being fed a vegetarian diet for four months, instead of specially-prepared halal meat in accordance with his religious beliefs.

The state’s attorney-general, Jarrod Bleijie, describing Ali as a ‘monster’, said he had ordered urgent legal advice about appealing the decision to pay the money, which the killer will be able to access if he is granted parole next year.

Ali complained that he had been fed a vegetarian diet for four months while being held in prison instead of halal food which needs to be blessed, slaughtered, cooked and stored in accordance with strict rules.

Miss Ann Fitzpatrick, a member of the Tribunal, found in Ali’s favour because he had to eat vegetables and not halal meat, the Courier Mail newspaper reported today.

In 2000 that Ali was found guilty of the gruesome murder of his newborn daughter while the baby’s mother, Amanda Blackwell, 22, was found guilty of manslaughter.

The court learned that she had become Ali’s virtual ‘sex slave’ while working in his halal butcher’s shop. Although he was married at the time, she became pregnant with his child.

Minutes after she secretly gave birth, Ali killed the baby girl.

Outraged Australians responded online to the compensation decision.

‘That guy should have been hung by the neck,’ wrote one woman.

‘That creature is the personification of evil,’ wrote Rob Greer, ‘and an Australian court of law rewards him.’

UPDATE!  on dinner lady article ….  appease,appease,appease and for what?

This is an update to the dinner lady story of yesterday, and part of it came as a surprise.

Note to LyndonB.  I was mistaken. They apparently are not converts but muslims to begin with. Reads that way.

Yesterday I posted a story about a lady called a dinner lady.  These are folks who serve lunch for young kids at school. This story involved a woman who in error put ham on the plate of a 7 year old muslim girl.  She pointed at it when asked what she wanted and the dinner lady put it on her plate.
The head teacher spotted the error and immediately took the plate away from the child, and gave her something else.
But not being happy with that, she told the kid’s family what happened.  They in turn demanded that the school sack the dinner lady, which they did.
As LyndonB so aptly put it;

This sacking of the dinner lady is likely to cost them (ie us) dear as I bet she sues for unfair dismissal. Typical councils run by bed wetters who think pandering to the mad mullahs is what people want. If muslims send their kids to state schools then they should give them packed lunches or expect to be served “dirty” pork. Don’t like it? Then sod off back to to pisspotistan.

Which, it has now been announced, the family is doing.  But first, the vermin just had to demand the dinner lady lose her job.  Which she says, she would not take back if they offered. She is sorely disappointed and I’d say, pretty damn angry.

The parents involved in the sacking of a school dinner lady who mistakenly served gammon to their daughter are to emigrate to a Muslim country.

Alison Waldock, 51, was accused of gross misconduct and says she lost her job after Zahid and Rumana Darr asked that she be dismissed.

Today it can be revealed that Mr and Mrs Darr and their three children are emigrating to the United Arab Emirates later this month. The family have chosen to move from their home in Cambridge to Sharjah, where alcohol is banned and there are the strictest decency laws in the emirates.

Mrs Darr, 33, wrote on her Facebook page: ‘So we’re leaving the country end of August for good … We’re moving to Sharjah. We want to go relax in a nice hot Muslim country where the kids know their identities as Muslims.’

The move comes after Mr Darr’s recruitment firm was closed down in June when he was found to be working as a company director illegally.

Following an investigation by the Insolvency Service, he was banned from holding company directorships after he was caught pocketing over £500,000 owed in tax in 2008.

His firm Interecruit (UK) went into liquidation after Mr Darr, 36, ‘diverted’ money owed to the taxman in VAT, income tax and national insurance to another of his companies.

The nine-year ban was imposed in February 2011 but in May this year he was found to be operating a similar company named Interecruit (GB), which supplied agricultural workers.

As well as working as a director when disqualified, Mr Darr was not paying staff the minimum wage and failing to provide holiday pay. He had his gangmaster’s licence revoked by the licensing authority.

Yesterday Miss Waldock said she does not want to return to the canteen at Queen Edith Primary School in Cambridge, where she had worked for 11 years, even if she is reinstated by Lunchtime UK, which runs the service.

She told the Mail: ‘I’m just hoping to clear my name. I wouldn’t want my job back – look at the way I have been treated. I could not work for that company again and could not be in the school environment. It would be uncomfortable.’

Bill Whittle goes on a mean LEAN rant. And delivers a whole bag of   Skittles   facts that the media have blithely ignored for months. He did overlook that Blunt bit at the 7-11 though, perhaps properly because there was no direct proof of it.

I guess this means that Whittle is now a raaaaacis.

No, actually it doesn’t mean that at all. It means that an eloquent intelligent American is willing to look at the facts and then speak truth to power.

BREAKING NEWS:  one of the men accused of murdering Drummer Lee Rigby attacked in prison

Unfortunately it was only two teeth but lets hope this is a beginning.  The black bastard doesn’t deserve any consideration. If there were any real justice, he’d be dead himself, and by the same method he and his islamic friend took the life of that soldier.  But we should be happy at least for this small payback.

BREAKING NEWS: Woolwich murder suspect Michael Adebolajo ‘attacked in prison’

Terror suspect Michael Adebolajo, one of the men accused of murdering Drummer Lee Rigby in Woolwich, is believed to have been attacked in prison.

Reports claim the 28-year-old, of Romford in Essex, was set upon at HMP Belmarsh in south east London yesterday.

Reports say he has had two teeth knocked out in the attack.

Suspect?  How is he a suspect?  There isn’t any suspicion. We all know what happened because he was happy to show it off.
Suspect my ass.
I suppose the wardens have to call him mister as well.

The Ministry of Justice has confirmed an investigation is underway but has refused to comment further.

A Prison Service spokesperson said: ‘The police are investigating an incident that took place at HMP Belmarsh on July 17.

‘It would be inappropriate to comment while the investigation was ongoing.’

Adebolajo is accused of hacking Fusilier Rigby to death together with Michael Adebowale, 22, near Woolwich Barracks in south east London on May 22.

This one is ....  what’s it take, how many killings before a criminal is locked up tight and put away forever?

What with open prison for a convicted double killer who has now killed his third.

OK, you might not have any sympathy for one of the guys here, seeing as how he was himself once in prison as a pedophile. That was 30 years ago, he’s an old man today and has not re-offended. But wait.  He’ alive.

It’s his neighbor who is dead, thanks to open prisons and day release and all the other feel good BS imposed upon an unarmed public.

A convicted double killer suspected of murdering a pensioner in a quiet rural village is on the run from an open prison where he was serving a life sentence, police said today.

Detectives are coordinating a ‘massive manhunt’ for the suspect - named as Ian John McLoughlin, also known as Ian John Baker, 55, - who detectives believe stabbed Graham Buck, 66, after he rushed to the aid of convicted paedophile, Francis Cory-Wright, 87.

Old Etonian Cory-Wright was attacked in his £1million home in Little Gaddesden, Hertfordshire, and was in prison at the same time as McLoughlin, who was convicted of killing two gay men.

Cory-Wright, who indecently assaulted a ten-year-old boy 35 years ago, was taken to hospital with injuries described as ‘non-life threatening’.

McLoughlin, who is 22 years into a 25-year sentence at Spring Hill open prison near Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, and was on day release on Saturday. He was due to return at 7pm but never showed up and is now on the run.

Well having had a rant of sorts with regard to the european court of human rights and the latest war of words and policy on that front, it’s time to return to things in English courts to show that justice isn’t in much evidence here either, and some judges here should perhaps sit on the euro court since they seem to have as little sense of justice as do the euro socialist do gooders. Case in point.

A man who stabbed his estranged wife in the head because she was given custody of their dogs following their split has walked free from court.

After attacking Sarah Dowse in the street with a pocket knife as she walked the terriers near her home in Redcar, Martin Clarkson, 59, was heard to say: ‘I’ve given her face a good kicking… she’ll need plastic surgery.’

Police initially treated the incident as attempted murder, but Clarkson was given a 15-month suspended sentence after admitting inflicting grievous bodily harm.

Ms Dowse, 34, last night told of her shock that her former husband was not jailed for the incident on January 24, which saw Clarkson repeatedly stab his ex in the head and fracture her cheekbone before he was overpowered by a passerby.

Teesside Crown Court heard he fled to the home of another former wife following the attack and asked: ‘Have the police been?’, before describing how he had given Ms Dowse’s face ‘a good kicking’.

Passing sentence, Judge Peter Moorhouse imposed a five-year restraining order preventing Clarkson from contacting his ex, but Ms Dowse has since said the ban ‘won’t stop me feeling in fear of him every day’.

‘I expected him to get a prison sentence, and I feel what he received was inadequate for the suffering he caused me,’ she said.

Is there an old saying about coming between a man and his dog? 

Maybe there should be if not.  In any case, justice was surely denied here.  Oh come on.  A what? A restraining order?  Yeah. We also know how effective those are.  The lady maybe needs to find a gun and keep it close.  Screw the law.  She should make every effort to try and find one somehow, some way. Failing that, carry travel size hair spray.  I’ve read that some woman do carry those.

an outrageous judgement. actually, an outrageous lack of it.

Reading something like this convinces me that the system here is so totally broken, so corrupt, so completely staffed by incompetent judges, that there is no way back.  I do not believe it will ever be fixed and it will never work.  The public I think is pretty well aware and certainly the victims are, but nothing changes.

I can’t find any additional words.

A crazed woman who scarred a mother-of-two for life by biting her face ‘like a rabid animal’ has been spared jail.

Nicola Hoyes, 32, was punched to the floor and pinned down by Francesa Raby in Salford Greater, Manchester, after she greeted Raby’s boyfriend.

Raby, 22, sunk her teeth into Miss Hoyes’ right cheek, leaving her with blood pouring down her face and her injuries were so severe, other friends at first thought she had been bitten by a dog.

She suffered a 5cm wound and now has a scar across her face which she will have to cover with make-up for the rest of life following the attack.

Miss Hoyes was given blood tests and injections in case Raby’s bite had infected her with a virus.

At Manchester magistrates court, mother-of-one Raby, who has a previous conviction for torturing another woman pleaded guilty along with her boyfriend Carl Kelly, 25, who also took part in the attack to assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

But both were given two year supervision orders with Raby ordered to attend a ‘woman’s activity programme.

Kelly, from Swinton, Salford, was ordered to attend an anger management programme and complete 60 hours unpaid work.

Both were ordered pay compensation of £500 each- but they will only have to pay it at the rate of £5 per week because they are jobless meaning they will pay it off in two years time.

And it isn’t as though the verminous slut who did this doesn’t have a violent record.

The court heard Raby had been sentenced to 40 months in a young offenders’ institution in 2008 for being part of a gang that tortured a teenage girl.

In that incident she stabbed, battered and burned the 19-year old victim before locking her in a cupboard.

So the judge slaps the criminal on the wrist and says she must pay money in compensation to her victim. Like that will happen.
Oh right. This punishment will put the fear of the law in her ok. 
What a very bad joke this system is.

Unless you happen to be a French right wing conservative who recognizes what the socialist left SOBs try to say is not happening.  That your country is being over run by immigrants, many who will never fit in, do not want to anyway, and do not even approve your values and culture.  And most important, not only must one NOT be critical of immigrants, above all, one must NOT be critical of muslims.  You do NOT have the liberty to speak out and anyway, the laws in France as in Europe in general, are drawn so broadly that almost anything you say about other people can and will be taken to mean whatever the left wants it to mean, for the sole purpose of shutting you up.  You can NOT openly say your country has been invaded or say what Marine Le Pen, bless her French soul, has said about muslims praying in the streets or them and immigrants in general.  Anything those appeasing bastards on the left declare racist is prosecutable. 

Not everyone will agree with everything she says or believes or stands for.  But to give her her due, she is a French patriot and those may be thin on the ground at this point in time.  And since the left also controls the education (brainwashing really) pretty soon saluting their nation’s flag might be considered an insult to former colonies and a racist act as well.

The European Parliament has removed the immunity of the French far-right leader and MEP Marine Le Pen, paving the way for her prosecution in France.
French prosecutors opened a case against Ms Le Pen in 2011 after she compared Muslims praying in the streets to the Nazi occupation of France.
Ms Le Pen, leader of the National Front (FN), is accused of incitement to hatred and discrimination.

The vote followed a move by a committee of MEPs to remove her immunity.

The request to do so came from the chief prosecutor’s office in Lyon, the city where, in December 2010, Ms Le Pen told FN supporters that the sight of Muslims praying in the street was similar to the Nazi occupation in World War II.

In her speech, broadcast by French media, she said that first France had seen “more and more veils”, then “more and more burkas” and “after that came prayers in the streets… I’m sorry, but some people are very fond of talking about the Second World War and about the occupation, so let’s talk about occupation, because that is what is happening here… There are no tanks, no soldiers, but it is still an occupation, and it weighs on people”.

Ms Le Pen took 17.9% of the vote in the first round of the French presidential election last year.

Praying in the streets was banned in Paris in 2011 in response to growing far-right protests. And in the same year France became the first EU state to ban public wearing of the face-covering Islamic veil (niqab).

By some estimates as many as six million French people, or just under 10% of the population, are Muslims, most of them from France’s former North African colonies.

Speaking to the French broadcaster LCI on Tuesday Ms Le Pen defended her remarks, saying she would lose her parliamentary immunity “because I’m a dissident”, adding: “I’m not at all afraid of it, I’m scornful of it”.

She described the move against her as “intimidation” and said she had “dared to say what all the French people think”.

Under European Parliament rules, immunity covers MEPs for any opinions they express within the parliament.
But the rules say that “immunity cannot be claimed when a member is found in the act of committing an offence and shall not prevent the European Parliament from exercising its right to waive the immunity of one of its members”.

The Labour MEP Mary Honeyball, who sits on the parliament’s legal affairs committee, told the BBC: “Quite rightly, Marine Le Pen will now face prosecution following today’s vote. It’s taken a long time, but she must now defend her actions in a French court and follow the proper legal procedure which almost nobody else in France has immunity from. She is not above reproach.”

And another committee member, Conservative MEP Sajjad Karim, said Ms Le Pen “is, and always will be, a polarising politician who seeks only to divide rather than unite”.

“It is disappointing that she tries to hide behind her EU immunity as she espouses anti-EU and anti-immigration sentiments. Using Nazi occupation in France as a comparison to Muslims praying on the street is appalling, insulting and highly inflammatory,” he said.

The deck is stacked and the brave and true Marine Le Pen is being stitched up.  Anyone doubt that?

Sure thing.  In the same way we want Gypsies next door. uh huh.  And god forbid anyone voice anti-Eu sentiments.  That’s a think crime too.

Another woman with more balls than the men running the country is Brigitte Bardot, who has been in court and has been fined I don’t know how many times, not just for what she said out loud in interviews.They even went after her when she wrote a book and was critical of homosexuals for their behavior and critical of muslim immigration.  You can NOT do that in France.

In her 2003 book, “A Scream in the Silence”, she warned of an “Islamicization of France”, and said of Muslim immigration:

Over the last twenty years, we have given in to a subterranean, dangerous, and uncontrolled infiltration, which not only resists adjusting to our laws and customs but which will, as the years pass, attempt to impose its own.

In the book, she also made comparisons of her close gay friends to today’s homosexuals, who

“jiggle their bottoms, put their little fingers in the air and with their little castrato voices moan about what those ghastly heteros put them through” and that some contemporary homosexuals behave like “fairground freaks”.

She has paid fines in the THOUSANDS and I really think they’d jail her but for age and health and possible public outcry.

Being right and telling the truth as you see it is Verboten in France today. You can’t even say it in a book.
