Austrians Say Islam Does Not Belong in Their Nation:

A survey of social attitudes in Austria has revealed the vast majority of Austrians don’t believe Islam belongs in their country, with almost half going further and saying the religion should “definitely not” have a home there.

In the survey, 69 percent of those polled said they did not believe Islam belonged in Austria, a strong rise on previous polls taken before the Charlie Hebdo attacks made earlier in the year, reports TheLocal.at. Even more than that – around three quarters – thought if a citizen left Austria to fight for extremist groups such as the Islamic State, they should have their citizenship withdrawn completely.

Of the nearly seven in ten people who believed Islam didn’t belong in Austria, a sizeable minority went even further, with 42 percent of those polled saying there should “definitely” be no Islam in the country. A similar proportion of people felt Islam was a “threat” to Austria.

Although Austria was host to a large pro-Islam demonstration yesterday who marched against the German anti-Islamification group PEGIDA, it appears they represent a small, yet noisy minority. The poll found only seven percent agreed that “Islam is part of Austria”, and five percent said that those who fight for the Islamic state should keep their passports. The numbers are only slightly higher than the total proportion of Muslims who actually live in the country, which runs at 4.2 percent.

Breitbart London reported last year that Austria, and capital city Vienna in particular, had become a major European hub for Islamic terrorism, and an important stopping-off point for jihadists travelling from Western Europe to join the Islamic State. In an attempt to curb the rapid radicalisation of Austrian youth, the police raided a number of mosques and prayer rooms in November in a large operation involving 500 police officers and leading to 13 arrests.

Reports at the time said a “Vienna-based Serbian preacher” was the main target of the operation, with “terrorist propaganda” and money being recovered by police.

Poll: 50% in Denmark Want Limit on Muslims, Immigration. IT OUGHT TO BE ZERO

More and more ppl throughout European have woken up, finally, and making an attempt to throw off the chains of forced multi culture and diversity through the browbeating of enforced political correctness.

Well, they are going to find themselves a bit too late to stem the islamic tide and eventual takeover of all of Europe.
The only chance they have now that it’s gone this far, with be through violence and the retaking of their governments, the disposal of the pc leftists who have brought them to this pass. Do not look for it to happen.  There are not organized as is the left, they still cling to this ridiculous notion that the courts are their friends and that in time people can be reasoned with.
They are also for the most part, at war with themselves as to methods.  Many fear the violence that will be natural to their self survival as a nation.

So then .... don’t look for this to be a start of a new revolution. Not yet anyway.

Poll: 50% in Denmark Want Limit on Muslims, Immigration

One in two Danish citizens favor a cap on the number of Muslims permitted to live in Denmark, a YouGov poll indicates. The poll, which was conducted for the Danish publication Metroxpress, specifically targeted immigration from non-Western countries and also found one in four Danes do not want the country’s population to be more than 5 percent Muslim.

Martin Henriksen, a spokesperson for Danish People’s Party, which is considered an anti-immigration group, told Metroxpress the poll is a reflection of the country’s overall concern over welcoming foreign groups to come and live to Denmark, according to the Local, a Danish publication. “I see the results as a sign that Danes have a commonsense outlook and big worries about what is happening with our country and the consequences of mass immigration,” Henriksen said.

The Assyrian International News Agency reported Karina Lorentzen, immigration spokesperson for the Socialist Peoples Party, disagreed with Henriksen’s sentiment. “You should not judge people on religion or skin color. It’s about respecting the law, our democracy and the values of gender equality,” Lorentzen said. One should not place importance on whether you believe in Jesus or in Allah.”

Forty-two percent of Danes who responded to the poll are not in favor of setting a limit on the number of Muslims who come to the country, agreeing with Lorentzen that religion is a private matter. The Local reported Muslims currently make up less than 5 percent of Denmark’s population. Germany and France have the largest Muslim populations in Europe.  The poll surveyed 1,027 Danish citizens between the ages of 18 and 74 and was conducted from Jan. 23-25. The poll’s margin of error was not provided.

The poll’s results come amid an apparent anti-Muslim movement that is growing across Europe, partially as a response to last month’s attack on the Charlie Hebdo satirical magazine’s staff in Paris in which radical Muslims killed 12 people and injured 11.

So then, authorities know and the media has reported on these folks. More than once. It isn’t news anymore.

he described the sort of vermin (my word not his) as a 5th column.
Which of course I have banged on about for years.  Not that it took any brains to work it out.  Just eyes and ears.  It was like, E + E = 5th column.
Not only did libtards jump on his case, but so too did a few conservative (lite) people including that weak fish prime minister “Call me Dave” Cameron, who is afraid, very afraid, of Nigel Farage and UKIP.

The msm which is usually a step or two behind most of the public really dumped on him with headlines like:

And here it is Jan 13 as I write this and the left is still harping on his remarks.

In country after country over here, there are thousands of ordinary folks who are speaking out against the failed experiment forced on them, which has opened the flood gates of multi culture hell imposed on them in the form of open door immigration and refugee status.  Europe is being swamped by islamists, refugees from turd world countries many, in fact most, with no skills and no desire to integrate as have past migrants. Another group that has spread its poison all over Europe are the Romas, who are nothing less than professional thieves. 

In Germany, upwards of 25,000 people have demonstrated in Dresden, and those marches and demos, I have recently learned, have been going on for a month or more.

Sadly, it is also reported that at least 100,000 Germans have demonstrated against the anti immigration group. 
Germany’s head of state, Angela Merkel said yesterday, and this is a direct quote,

“Islam belongs to Germany”.

She repudiates the anti immigration protest.  Yeah well, with that kind of thinking, she should have said Germany belongs to islam.  Because that’s where the country is headed if the bed wetting, pant pissing, bleeding heart hand wringers have their way.
The country will be lost along with all of Europe.  And folks are aware but of course, the real reason they are demonstrating and protesting isn’t simply immigration. Nah.
It’s cos they are all racists and bigots and evil people.

I really am so sick and tired of the BS.

Should he have waited?  Answered in a different way so as to insure nobody would take offense or misunderstand?

Heartless Aqua Coyotes Do It Again

Politically Correct much? “migrants”, aka a boatload of illegal aliens, being smuggled into Italy. Again. This time, the boats aren’t coming up from North Africa, but instead coming West from Turkey or Syria. And this is now the second ship full where the smugglers have used a truly vile MO: get the boat somewhere near the coast, then abandon it. Screw the passengers and run; leave it to the Italian Navy or other patrolling safety/security force to try to rescue everyone before they sink or wreck.

There needs to be a better name for this kind of human scum than “aqua coyotes”, but that was all I could come up with on the spot. Pirates of some kind, no doubt. Attempted mass murderers by deliberate negligence. Really heartless bastards; you’d think they were trying out for ISIS.

ROME – An Icelandic Coast Guard ship was towing a cargo vessel to Italy Friday with about 450 migrants who were abandoned by smugglers, leaving the vessel in rough seas without a crew, authorities said Friday.

Italian Coast Guard Cmdr. Filippo Marini said that after several hours of struggling, Italian rescue teams shortly before dawn managed to secure the wave-tossed Ezadeen for towing toward the southern Calabrian region. The Icelandic ship Tyr, part of a European new European patrol force to detect and aid migrants at sea, was doing the towing.

Children and pregnant women were among the migrants, most of who were believed to be Syrian, said Marini. The Sierra-Leone-flagged cargo ship apparently set sail from Turkey, he said.

The Ezadeen, sailing under the flag of Sierra Leone, lost power in rough seas overnight off the south-east of Italy.

A total of 796 migrants were rescued from another ship found abandoned without any crew earlier in the week.

Italian coast guard Cmdr Filippo Marini told reporters that the vessel was being towed by an Icelandic ship that is part of the EU Frontex border control mission.

Children and pregnant women were among the migrants, most of whom were believed to be Syrian, Mr Marini said.

He added that the 73-metre (240ft) Ezadeen was believed to have set sail from Turkey, although earlier reports suggested it was sailing from Cyprus.

The alarm was raised in a distress call from one of the migrants using the maritime radio on board, who told the Italian coastguard: “We’re without crew, we’re heading toward the Italian coast and we have no-one to steer.”

The Ezadeen was built nearly 50 years ago and is a livestock carrier. It appears to be registered to a Lebanese company and has come under the control of human traffickers.

The Ezadeen is the latest uncrewed ship full of would-be migrants to be left to drift to its fate in the Mediterranean Sea.

People-traffickers appear to be behind the phenomenon and one source with close knowledge of the rescue operations is concerned that it “seems to be something of a new trend”.

God willing, there’s a special kind of Hell for people like this.

Another Huge Government Lie Bubbles To The Surface Of The Swamp

Staggering statistics that show nearly a half-million people were caught trying to enter the U.S. illegally—and more than half were not Mexican, a number far higher than in 2013—reportedly were posted on a U.S. government website for just a few hours last month before being taken down.

According to the Center for Investigative Reporting, the numbers were posted on the U.S. Customs and Border Protection website on Oct. 10 for roughly five hours. The dramatic numbers raised questions over whether they were yanked to protect the administration before key midterm elections.

Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, told the Center he’s worried “they may have been taken down for purely political reasons.”

“If the information is ready it should be made available. The idea that it was and then yanked down for political reasons is outrageous,” he said.

The numbers could have become a political football less than a month before the elections. They emphasize the challenge still facing U.S. border agents—the reported number of apprehensions is larger than the population of major U.S. cities including Atlanta, Miami and New Orleans. The number has dropped from even higher levels a decade ago, but the flow is staying strong, even as a virtual army of border agents numbering close to 20,000 remains posted, to catch them.

Outrageous and dishonest are the watchwords of this regime. As I’m sure you’ve noticed for years now.

My question is, given how porous the border is, and how the border guards have been nearly forced to NOT do their jobs, my question is, how many of these wetback beaner bastards got through? Two million? Five? Ten?

When the fuck can we get out the bayonets and the cattle cars and send this INVADING ARMY the hell home?



But setting that tirade aside for a moment, can you imagine the election results if a) this information hadn’t been hidden, and b) that this national disgrace was actually reported on by the major news networks?

Back for short while with apology to Drew who already has lots on his shoulders.

Some notes of interest and the usual flooding of immigrants who are mostly illegal.  You can’t say that of course, because to say so makes one a raaaaacist.
Which in my case is true but truth to tell, I am aware as too many on the left are not, that white or otherwise, this is still an island.  No matter how many migrants are allowed in or sneak in, the island will not get bigger.
At the moment, the problem across the channel in Calais is quite serious and the French for some reasoning I can not make sense of, seem to think the problem is England’s problem. The French say the Brits, should be paying more and seeing to the invasion of French soil.
What I don’t understand is why it should be the responsibility of the folks here in the UK.  Those immigrants are in France illegally to begin with.  So why can’t the French simply shoot a few hundred and deport the rest? 

At least there is a tiny bit of good news to come out of this latest mess.
One girl tried chasing a truck to get to the UK, got greased by a car and went to wherever it is those sub species go when they stop breathing.
One less breeder.  Hey, that’s a good thing.

By nightfall reinforcements had been drafted into the port from nearby towns in northern France, including Boulogne and Lille.

Police had no figures for arrests, although it is common practice for anyone involved in such incidents to be allowed to go free.
Few of those involved have any papers, and there is very little the authorities can do with them.

Calais mayor Natacha Bouchart said she was sick of the numbers queuing up in northern France to try and sneak across the Channel.

‘I could take the decision to block the port,’ she said, following a meeting with Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve in Paris in August.
‘I could bring pressure to bear. It would be illegal, but today I want to make a strong gesture towards the British.’

Just hours after the clash a 16-year-old Ethiopian girl was knocked over and killed on a busy Calais road yesterday as she tried to board a lorry to Britain.
Her death is the third in as many weeks and highlights the increasingly desperate plight of migrants who are willing risk their lives to cross the Channel.

Anyway ....  About the time I get used to things, more or less, and don’t think anything new on the immigration front will surprise, up pops this story.
Tell the truth ... I sometimes wonder if the papers make up these stories.
Here are ppl living hand to gaping mouth taking charity; and they’re complaining ?  So yeah, that got my eyes open.

Why the French can not simply turn these filthy rotten- flea ridden- lice infested scum back with threats of being shot dead, I don’t know.
The French public, at least many of them, are quite upset too.  They don’t like what’s happening to their country.  But they must be a small minority because the French elected a socialist president in their last election. 
What I am certain of is with each charitable day, immigrant numbers will grow and grow and .... well.  You get the picture.

Oh ... before I forget.
The leader of the Lib/Dems here (Liberal Democrats) thinks that this country needs more immigration. He thinks taking in the oppressed and the hopeless and jobless and oh lets not forget the homeless, that will be provided of course.  And that baboon loving buffoon is the deputy prime minister in this coalition govt.

Immigrants in Calais who are desperate to reach Britain have complained to charities that the free food being handed out to them is not spicy enough.

Many were accused of being ‘pampered’ after they rejected the meals offered in northern France by the aid association Salam.

The group’s spokesman, Jean-Claude Lenoir, said it was ‘very disappointing’ that some went without a meal because of the row. 

‘The leaders staged a small protest and prevented the others from coming to eat,’ he said. ‘This was unacceptable.’

Mr Lenoir said the meal was ‘a lot less salty and not very spicy’ compared with what was usually served.

He said spices are ‘very expensive’, and went on to criticise the refugees.

‘I find that they’re a bit too pampered by now,’ he said.

‘As soon as 15 or 20 refused the meal, I stepped in to tell them if they didn’t want the food we could put it away and that it was scandalous,’ he said.

Referring to the tough economic circumstances in his home country, Mr Lenoir said: ‘Many in France don’t even have an evening meal.’

While aid workers were happy to help the migrants, ‘there are limits with regards to what we can propose’.

There was no violence during the protest against the food being served, and some of the migrants apologised afterwards.

There are currently 2,000 migrants sleeping rough in the Calais area as they try to get aboard ferries to Britain. There, many will claim asylum, so gaining access to free housing and social security benefits.

Over the summer, Calais mayor Natacha Bouchart threatened to close the docks following an attempt by scores of mainly Eritreans and Sudanese to storm a ferry.

Ms Bouchart said she wanted ‘far more help from the British government’ to deal with people attempting to cross the Channel illegally.

The number of migrants in Calais has increased sharply in the past few months, and hundreds more are also camping out near other Channel ports, including Dunkirk and Cherbourg. All play a nightly game of cat-and-mouse with the police as they attempt to break into lorries that are heading for the UK.

The migrants are mainly from Somalia, Sudan and Eritrea, and have crossed to Italy before travelling through mainland Europe.

Violent clashes between rival migrant groups and people smugglers have also broken out in Calais.

According to the Calais Prefecture, 7,414 undocumented migrants were arrested in Calais in the first six months of this year, compared with 3,129 detained in the same period of 2013. Most of those detained are soon released.

ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT CALLED 999 BECAUSE HE WAS TOO COLD

A dozen illegal immigrants travelling in the back of a refrigerated lorry on the M6 were discovered yesterday after one dialled 999 because he was so cold.

Police had to close the motorway during morning rush hour after the ‘distressed’ illegal immigrant asked for an ambulance, begging for ‘urgent assistance’ in broken English. He dialled 999 because it was said to be the only phone number he knew in the UK.

The call was traced and police pulled the lorry on to the hard shoulder near Hilton Park Services near Cannock, Staffordshire. Officers were stunned to see a dozen poorly-dressed men emerge shivering from the back of the lorry.

The M6 was shut for two hours as the men – believed to be from North Africa and the Middle East – were examined. The driver of the lorry was being questioned by police last night.

Sure thing.  Anytime some folks get just plain fed up seeing their country over run and protest and make loud noise, they are Fascist thugs.
In this case, okay. There may be a bit of neo going on here but, I can’t say as I blame some natives for being somewhat restless.
Anyway ... all patriots are Fascists anyway. Right?  It’s getting so you can’t tell the real ones from the ones who aren’t.
Food for thought too.
At the rate western governments are taking in refugees and asylum seekers and even allowing illegals to stay, making all sorts of allowances including benefits, I find it hard to find fault with the natives by whatever name libs want to call them.  Furthermore, those governments are surely making neo Nazis out of folks who perhaps while bent in that direction anyway, haven’t been up to or encouraged or motivated or had deep interest in right wing politics before, to make their voices heard.

Some politicians and some groups of idiot enablers, won’t be happy until all of Europe is dominated by muslims and others from turd world countries.
One huge caliphate one end to the other.  The only place you might see a white person in another few hundred years, will be in a museum in the form of a wax figure behind glass. 

The headline below comes from the newspaper, but the on line headline reads as if it’s the Germans who are the refugees. Hey wait. Could be them after all. Like, refugees in their own country. Hmm. Sounds about right too. I believe a good number of Brits feel the same.

It looks like a relic of the Cold War, but the Spreehotel’s defences were erected only three months ago at a cost of £15,000 to protect 150 asylum seekers from Syria, Afghanistan and 15 other countries who live within.

“The fence may look sinister, but its not some kind of Berlin Wall that’s meant to lock people in,” manager Peter Kilian Rausch, explained. “I had to put it up to protect of my residents. They are frightened.”

Since he converted his conference hotel into a refugee centre four months ago, Mr Rausch has twice been threatened with murder. His establishment was surrounded nightly by gangs of black-clad neo-Nazis, until the police stepped in.

Mr Rausch is banned from three shops in Bautzen for encouraging “refugee spongers” to live near the town. He has also been spat at and insulted by local people when giving his residents a lift into town, and attacked online.

The Spreehotel’s residents are also frightened. Most are wary about going into Bautzen except in groups. Mohammed Orfali, 24, from Syria, who crossed the Mediterranean in an open boat, said: “I always thought of Germany as the greatest country. I am just glad that I have met a few nicer Germans who speak English.”

Mr Rausch and his residents are the victims of a racist backlash against Germany’s growing refugee population, which has grown to be the largest for 20 years. An average of 25,000 people request asylum in the country each month. By the end of 2014, 200,000 immigrants will have applied. In comparison, the UK had just 20,000 asylum applications during the whole of 2013.

Last week German television viewers were shown a video found on the mobile phone of a security guard working at a refugee hostel in north-west Germany.

The video showed two grinning guards, one with his boot placed on the neck of frightened and handcuffed Algerian asylum seeker lying on the floor. The guard asks the refugee whether he wants “a kick in the face”. Police investigating the incident said the video looked like something from “Abu Ghraib or Guantanamo Bay”.

The news magazine Der Spiegel commented last week: “The politicians appear helpless in the face of he growing refugee influx.”

But the issue has provided big political gains for Germany’s new eurosceptic Alternative for Germany (AfD) party, which has just won its first seats in the parliaments of three states. In Thuringia, where the AfD’s candidate claimed foreigners were set to replace Germans as the dominant racial group, the party won 12 per cent of the vote.

Chancellor Angela Merkel’s conservative allies have responded by calling for the reintroduction of controls on Germany’s border with Austria. The federal government also this month imposed a block on asylum applications from the western Balkans by declaring that the region was officially “safe”.

But given the increasingly unstable situation in the Middle East, few expect Europe’s refugee flow to decrease in the short term. At the Spreehotel, Mr Rausch says the addition of a security fence has increased his residents’ sense of well-being: “It cost a lot but I’m very glad it’s there,” he said.

Worry, It’s Not Malaria

Cases of enterovirus D68 (EV-D68) are exploding all across the country with nearly 20 states reporting dozens of cases. The outbreaks are growing so quickly that the Centers for Disease Control are lagging far behind announced cases.

On Wednesday the Washington Post reported that 16 states had reported cases of the respiratory illness. But only hours later, New Jersey also announced it had found some cases quickly bringing that number up to 17. Then Minnesota became the 18th state later that same day.

The outbreak has been growing since at least mid-August.

The CDC confirms that children are most susceptible to D68 because their immune systems are not yet developed enough to beat the virus.

Also, the CDC says children with asthma seem to have a higher risk for severe respiratory illness.

There are currently no vaccines for D68 and doctors suggest that those at risk keep their hands clean, avoid touching their faces, avoid kissing and hugging, and disinfect frequently touched surfaces such as counters, tables, and even toys.

So far, cases of D68 have been seen in Alabama, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

Since mid-August, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention had confirmed 140 cases of respiratory illness caused by Enterovirus D68 in 16 states: Alabama, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and Virginia.

New Jersey also has confirmed a case of EV-D68, according to Donna Leusner, director of communications for the New Jersey Department of Health.

And “in the upcoming weeks, more states will have confirmed cases of EV-D68 infection,” the CDC said in a statement Wednesday.

Enteroviruses are very common. The CDC estimates that 10 million to 15 million infections occur in the United States each year. These viruses usually appear like the common cold; symptoms include sneezing, a runny nose and a cough.

Most people recover without any treatment. But Enterovirus D68 seems to be exacerbating breathing problems in children who have asthma.

In July and early August, doctors at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta diagnosed 15 to 20 children a week with serious respiratory infections—a normal number for the summer months.

Then, pediatricians started to see more children who were having trouble breathing, more parents with worried looks on their faces.

Since school started, the hospital has seen an average of 100 cases a week.

“We are seeing a double to quadruple increase in the number of children with respiratory infections,” says Dr. Andi Shane, hospital epidemiologist at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

Over at American Thinker, from a couple of weeks back, is a statement of the blindingly obvious:

The dire prediction is that in the coming weeks and months, Enterovirus EV-D68, origin unknown, is due to spread to all 50 states and afflict great numbers of otherwise healthy children.

Referring to borders between states, ABC News Chief Health and Medical Editor Dr. Richard Besser said a mouthful when he pointed out that “Viruses don’t tend to respect borders.” The problem for America is that if international borders are not respected, viruses native to other countries migrate as well, and to date are being scattered around the nation, rather than deported.

What more potent a formula for disaster than “unaccompanied minors” with all sorts of contagious diseases coming across the border into our communities, and more specifically into our schools, where American children are now falling ill.

That’s why the obvious question is this: Where did Enterovirus EV-D68 originate and did it ‘entero’ the U.S. via illegal children?

Dr. Besser contended that enteroviruses tend to show up in the summer, which, this year, just so happens to coincide with thousands of unvaccinated and sickly illegal children infiltrating the U.S. border.

Besser also claimed the virus spreads when children go back to school. Unfortunately, what the good doctor chose not to mention is that viruses of unknown origin have more of an opportunity to spread if public schools are overrun with illegal students infected with God-knows-what.

Then Besser said, and this is a winner for sure, that “This particular Enterovirus EV-D68 is very rare and they have no idea why it showed up this year.”

If Dr. Richard Besser doesn’t suspect that the flood of children from south of the border are bringing with them all sorts of Third-World diseases and are likely the primary source of this and many other illnesses poised to become a problem, then maybe ABC News needs a new Chief Health and Medical Editor.

Prior to this break out, EV-D68 had not been seen in the USA since the early 1960s. Nearly 50 years ago. Sure does make you wonder.

Assuming ICE hasn’t accidentally crashed its hard drives, a la the IRS, or hired Hillary’s staff to purge their emails and documents too, it would be more than educational to see where all those buses, trains, and planes full of illegal kids got shipped to, and if there is any correlation with those locations and the EV-D68 outbreaks. Um, right. Who am I kidding? You know, and I know, and so does everyone else who is even only slightly honest (which rules out nearly all the government) that the correlation is nearly 100%.

the unwashed and unwanted over run europe

What the Germans could not do in the last war …. is nowadays doable on an even larger scale.
The continuous and successful invasion of the British Isles by foreigners.
The weapons this time however, are not bombs, guns, and dogfights over the skies of London and Southampton and Portsmouth.  The weapons these days are far more powerful and damaging.

The ‘rights’ industry and the former govt., the Labour Party and the bleeding heart, hand wringing bed wetters of the left.
The weapons now are …. human rights and civil rights and the right to a family life here in old blighty, even if you are a convicted rapist, killer, robber or simply someone here illegally cos you came with the other hundred thousand of the invading force.

Things have gotten to a point where the mayor of Calais says that Brits should be paying France but specifically her port city of Calais for the immigrants over running her town and causing chaos and riots.

Very large numbers of these latest unwashed masses of lice have come via Italy, where that government has softened it’s requirements and border controls, due to being over run by boat people.  The Italians as well I think, for reason I cannot relate to, appear to feel bad about a few hundred illegals that have drowned in the attempt to invade Italy.  I would think they might want to celebrate that nice fact.  But no.
The politicians at least, seem to think Italy has some sort of responsibility to save the lives of a sub human group.  Go figure.
So anyway …. Huge numbers of this flotsam find their way to Le Belle France.
And Calais has become a major gateway to the rest of Europe where the vermin spread, and breed, and increase their numbers beyond the ability to keep track of them all. And that’s far from all there is to report on.

Here is a new wrinkle to the wash.
Illegal immigrants are now targeting ordinary motorists and tourists by clinging to the undersides of the larger vehicles like RV campers and the like.  Called caravans here.

Of course many are welcomed by the usual useful idiots on the left.
Those dutiful devotes and worshipers at the alter of multi culture and diversity, which eventually means their own culture diminished and deleted over time. But that’s okay. One serves the church of diversity and multi culture as best one can. Even if means committing cultural suicide.

Anarchy reigns in Calais as migrants’ attempts to reach UK - ‘El Dorado’ -

Seventy years ago, the Voix du Nord newspaper declared that the Pas de Calais region of northern France had been liberated from Nazi occupation. British tanks had swept into the city of Lille and elsewhere only a few pockets of resistance remained.

One was the fortified port of Calais, which was to stay encircled for weeks to come. The Voix du Nord dutifully reproduced its historic front page yesterday morning. A Union Jack flew over Calais’s picturesque town hall to mark Britain’s wartime efforts.

But the current news is less euphoric, the entente far from cordiale. Calais is under siege once again, they are saying here, and this time the town’s former liberators, the British, are perceived to be to blame.

As many as 2,000 migrants from Africa and Asia are encamped in and around Calais, population 75,000, in conditions of considerable squalor. They are here for one reason and one reason only: to get across the Channel to Britain…

France was yesterday accused of providing a ‘refuelling stop’ for illegal immigrants trying to get to Britain with plans for a new Sangatte-style refugee camp.

MPs said proposals for housing 400 people near Calais would act as a magnet, encouraging more desperate people to attempt the perilous journey to the UK.

They were also furious at plans to set up ‘welcome centres’ providing help and advice to people seeking to reach Britain’s shores. These may be used to help migrants make applications for asylum in Britain.

The row began after Calais mayor Natacha Bouchart announced plans for a state-funded camp, providing shelter, food and washing facilities, for thousands of migrants who pass through the port.

In words which have already raised the spectre of a new Sangatte, she said that allowing them all to sleep rough in her town was ‘unsustainable.’

Mayor Bouchart said: ‘Calais is today under an unbearable strain from the highest number of migrants we have ever known.

The small vessels - which was crammed with men, women and children - sank late on Friday near Qarabouli, 35 miles east of the capital Tripoli, according to the local coast guard.

It comes as Italy’s maritime search and rescue team are being called upon to retrieve hundreds of migrants who are trying to flee North Africa via the Mediterranean Sea on a daily basis.

A Libyan coastguard spokesman Abdellatif Mohammed Ibrahim said: ‘A few miles off the coast, we found the remains of a wooden boat which had some 200 migrants on board.

‘We managed to save 16 people and recovered 15 bodies, but the search continues for some 170 people who disappeared at sea.’

He added: ‘It seems that among them are Somalis and Eritreans in addition to other nationalities. One of the fatalities was an 18-month-old child.’

Around 3,500 migrants and found 19 corpses have been discovered since Friday during a spate of attempted journeys by traffickers trying to take advantage of calmer summer seas.

The Italian ship Sirio recovered 18 corpses and 73 survivors from a raft, after a frigate picked up one corpse along with 1372 survivors on Friday night.

The Mare Nostrum search and rescue mission began after a shipwreck near Italy’s coast killed 366 people last October.

The mission costs around 9 million euros (£7.5 million) a month and has sparked fierce debate in Italy, which slipped back into recession in the second quarter after years of stagnation.

A breakdown of order in Libya since the toppling of Colonel Gaddafi has been exploited by human traffickers, pushing the number of arrivals into Italy since January past 100,000.

At the frontier between Europe and Africa, Italy has long attracted seaborne migrants, but the number of arrivals this year is already above a previous record of just over 60,000 for all of 2011, when the Arab Spring uprisings fuelled migration.

Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi has called on the European Union to take responsibility for rescuing migrants by investing in border control agency Frontex, and on the United Nations to intervene in Libya to manage the flows of refugees.

the right to protest somehow turns out to be the right to deny you shopping unhindered

This isn’t the only business to be picketed by these meatheads.  And they are everywhere. Like insects.

Another supermarket targeted and closed for four hours over fear of crowd demanding “justice for palestine” by idiots who don’t seem to realize that most if not all the products come from places other than Israel. Poland for example.
Another source is Egypt for typical Jewish item called Matzoh. Crowd of fools would not be interested in the facts anyway as their agenda for the most part I think, is a desire to belong to a movement of almost any sort, where they can wave placards and shout slogans and look really cool. To themselves. That doesn’t hold true for all of them course.  The rest are also idiots and most likely have a score with not simply Israel, but Jews anywhere.  However, afraid of being arrested by the police who are ruled as all here are, by a slavish devotion to political correctness, they can vent against Israel as a blind in place of …. JEW!

Birmingham MP Shabana Mahmood hauled in by Labour bosses after this video of Sainsbury’s Gaza protest

A Birmingham Labour MP who took part in a pro-Gaza demonstration which forced a city centre supermarket to close has been hauled in for talks with the party leadership.

she posted a video to her YouTube account, filmed as the demonstration took place, boasting that the store had been forced to shut and lose business because it sold goods from Israeli settlements.

She said in the film: “We’re calling on Sainsbury’s and all other stores that trade settlement goods that they stop doing so.”

Labour has now issued a statement saying that Ms Mahmood, a Shadow Treasury Minister, does not support a boycott. Instead, she supports “proper labelling of goods”, the party said.

In the film, Ms Mahmood appears to be calling for a boycott of goods produced in Israeli settlements in the West Bank, an area of land effectively under Israeli control but which should be part of an independent Palestinian state, according to United Nations resolutions. She does not call for a boycott of goods made in Israel itself.

Speaking at the Birmingham protest, Ms Mahmood said: “A peaceful protest outside of a Sainsbury’s store in central Birmingham.

“It’s half past three and the store has actually just shut as a result of the peaceful protest, that’s about four and a half hours worth of business that Sainsbury’s is losing for supporting goods from the Israeli settlements which are illegal under international law.

“So we’re calling on Sainsbury’s and all other stores that trade settlement goods that they stop doing so, that they do not support people who have broken international law.

“There’s been a huge response today just here in central Birmingham, incredible to see, and the passion here of all of the people campaigning is incredible to see.”

In another film on her YouTube account, taken outside the BBC headquarters in London on August 9, she calls for “a two state solution”, which would mean Israel and Palestine both existing as independent states in line with United Nations resolutions.

A Labour Party spokesperson said: “Ed Miliband has been clear that Labour does not support boycotts of Israel and we resolutely oppose the isolation of Israel.

“Labour remains committed to a comprehensive peace based on a two-state solution, international law and a secure Israel alongside a secure and viable state of Palestine.

“Having spoken to her, Shabana has made clear that she does not support calls for a boycott of Israel but supports the proper labelling of goods from the region as per the DEFRA guidelines.”

I guess she now receives a get out of jail card.

Peaceful protest. Sure.  As long as no customers even try to get into the store.  Judging by the photos at the link, they have a protest right, but you don’t have a right to shop unhindered by vermin laying in isles blocking your path.

Killer allowed to live in Britain

Labour has condemned a Home Office blunder that means a double-murderer from Bangladesh can come to live in Britain.
The shopkeeper - known only as “ZR” - won his case to be granted entry on human rights grounds after a paperwork error by the department.
The man was convicted of murdering two people in Bangladesh in 1990 and sentenced to life imprisonment, but released in 1997 due to a “general amnesty for good behaviour”.

According to papers released by the immigration tribunal, he married a British woman in March 1998 and they had three children, all UK citizens.
In 2011, ZR applied to the Home Office to come and join his family, but was refused on the grounds that his admission was “not in the public interest”.
The lower immigration tribunal then backed his case under Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights, which protects the “right to private and family life”.

But although Government lawyers could still appeal that to a higher authority, they failed to lodge the papers in time.
Refusing permission to accept a late appeal in the upper tribunal, Judge Peter King said: “I find that the application is out of time without any clear explanation for being out of time.

“I do not find that it is in the interests of justice or fairness for any extension of time to be granted. Accordingly this application is refused and time is not extended.”

Conservative MP Dominic Raab, who is campaigning to reform human rights laws, told the Sunday Telegraph: “It is a damning indictment of Labour’s Human Rights Act that a double murderer can claim a right to family life to skip past UK border controls designed to protect the public, and gain entry to Britain.
“Article 8 claims are making Britain a safe haven for the most dangerous foreign criminals.”

An American crack dealer has won the right to stay in Britain because he relies on free NHS medical care and has a depressed girlfriend.

Johnny Callie was jailed for seven years in 2007 for conspiracy to supply crack cocaine and heroin following a two-year covert operation by Ipswich police.
Callie was part of a 10-strong gang that flooded the area with drugs from their base in Colchester and was arrested following raids in August 2005.

In January, 2011 Home Secretary Theresa May refused to revoke an order for Callie’s deportation after he appealed the automatic order made following his sentencing in November 2007.

But the decorated Vietnam war veteran, who is suffering from diabetes, high blood pressure and ‘degenerative changes to his right knee’ has now argued he would not be able to afford medical care in the US. He also cited the ill health of his long-term girlfriend.

The 64-year-old has been fighting his deportation through the courts since his release from prison in August 2010.
He earlier halted the order on the grounds it breached his right to family life under Article 8 of the European Convention for Human Rights.
Mrs May appealed that decision, but Judge Bernard Dawson ruled that Callie could stay.

This Polish boy lives in Warsaw… So why do WE pay his child benefit?

Mateusz Kossmann is a ten-year-old boy with a winning smile.

Every morning, he’s taken to school by his mother Evita, who is delighted her son is in a small class of 14 other children.

The lessons are well-disciplined, pupils thrive academically and politely shake the hand of their teacher at the end of the day.

It is just the kind of education Evita wants for Mateusz — and she has found it in her native Poland after a dispiriting spell living in England.

Once Poland became part of the EU in 2004, Evita — like thousands of other Eastern Europeans exploiting the EU open borders policy — excitedly migrated to Britain with her husband Sebastian, and their young son, to begin a new life.

Sebastian, now 35, found an £18,500-a-year job in a Bristol factory and the couple successfully applied to be given £82 a month in child benefits for Mateusz, which is more than four times the £18 rate paid for children in Poland.

The Kossmann family is also entitled to £143 a month in child tax credits - a benefit not paid by the Polish government - to supplement Sebastian’s low income. This is paid annually, in arrears.

Like countless other EU migrants, the family qualifies for the child-linked benefits because at least one parent works in Britain.

‘From day one, we felt the British welfare system was very generous,’ says Sebastian.

‘We are receiving far more than parents get in Poland. Getting the child tax credits, too, was a big amount of extra cash for us and we were pleased.’

But two years ago, the Kossmanns reluctantly took their son out of his local Roman Catholic primary school in Bristol after realising he was struggling to learn.

In a huge class of 35, he was bullied, almost had a nervous breakdown, began stuttering and then refused to speak at all — in English or Polish.

Evita recalls: ‘At first, Mateusz put on a brave face about going to school, but he would come back crying each day. Then he began panicking about going at all. It was heart-breaking to watch.’

He earns £21 thousand .... but gets benefits of 55 thousand.

Not that very many people ever read this far down, but this blog was the creation of Allan Kelly and his friend Vilmar. Vilmar moved on to his own blog some time ago, and Allan ran this place alone until his sudden and unexpected death partway through 2006. We all miss him. A lot. Even though he is gone this site will always still be more than a little bit his. We who are left to carry on the BMEWS tradition owe him a great debt of gratitude, and we hope to be able to pay that back by following his last advice to us all:

1. Keep a firm grasp of Right and Wrong
2. Stay involved with government on every level and don't let those bastards get away with a thing
3. Use every legal means to defend yourself in the event of real internal trouble, and, most importantly:
4. Keep talking to each other, whether here or elsewhere

It's been a long strange trip without you Skipper, but thanks for pointing us in the right direction and giving us a swift kick in the behind to get us going. Keep lookin' down on us, will ya? Thanks.
