A career criminal with more than 100 offences has again walked free from court, despite getting a ‘last chance’ from the same judge two years ago.
Judge Carol Hagen decided it was ‘not in the interests of justice’ to enact the suspended sentence drug addict Sundee Spaulding had been serving during her shoplifting spree.
The mother-of-one, 25, already has 33 convictions for more than 100 theft-related and dishonesty crimes.
But Judge Hagen gave her one ‘final chance’ and let her walk free – even though she had broken her supposed ‘last chance’ given after her last conviction.

She told Spaulding: ‘You present me with a real problem Sundee Spaulding. You commit offence after offence and always there is some excuse on your part.
‘The question for me is do I send you to prison or not. I am persuaded that it is in the interests of justice that I do not activate that suspended sentence.

‘It seems to me to offer the best chance at this point in time to dissuade you from committing further criminal offences.
‘I’m giving you a final chance. If any of these conditions I impose are breached you are going to prison for 12 months.  ‘This is a real opportunity.’

Bristol Crown Court was told Spaulding had stolen two meat joints from a Co-op, in Avonmouth, Somerset, on April 12.
After handing herself in to police, Spaulding, from Shirehampton, Bristol, then tried to steal £241 worth of shopping from a nearby Asda in nearby Patchway.
It was only when she tried to exit the store through a closed door and security guards approached her to tell her which door to leave by, that the theft was spotted.
Nadeem Aullybocus, prosecuting, said: ‘Miss Spaulding has 33 convictions for an impressive 100 offences.

‘The defendant has had every single sentence the court could possibly give her. Alongside the thefts she has also breached her suspended sentence.
‘This is not the first time she has done this.’
Spaulding was given eight months suspended prison sentence by Judge Hagen in 2010 for handling stolen goods and shoplifting.
On that occasion Neil Treharne, defending Spaulding, said: ‘She’s well aware that this is her last chance.’
Mr Treharne, again representing Spaulding today, asked the judge to give his client a spell at outreach centre Eden House Project instead of jail.
Defending, Neil Treharne, said: ‘The Eden House Project is a very worthwhile project.
‘I have seen great success in the past and on this occasion I really think that Sundee is motivated and she would succeed.

I had to post this story as yet another example of a system that is just totally broken and defies any logic. And some wonder at the public skepticism of justice in our countries. What the heck brought courts to thinking like this?

Past The Tipping Point And Down The Slippery Slope

Lack of babies could mean the extinction of the Japanese people

Japan has a problem, a lack of children, and it seems likely there will be even fewer in the future.

Japanese researchers have now warned of a doomsday scenario if it carries on this way with the last child to be born there in 3011 and the Japanese people potentially disappearing a few generations later.

Academics from the city of Sendai, which was hit hard by last year’s tsunami, calculate there are now 16.6 million children under the age of 14 now in Japan.

And they say that number is shrinking at a disturbing rate of one every 100 seconds.

So if you do the mathematics, as they did, then the country will have no children within a millennium.

Another study recently showed Japan’s population is expected to fall a third from its current 127.7 million over the next century.

Government projections show the birth rate will hit just 1.35 children per woman within 50 years, well below the replacement rate.

Hmm, I wonder if this always happens when the standard of living gets too high? Or perhaps it always happens when the State gets too powerful, beneficent or not. When life is too easy, do people just stop trying? Or perhaps when the definition of “the good life” is set too high, they sacrifice their future to attain it? One thing I can say about the Japanese is that they don’t suffer a moment of “yellow guilt”. They believe in their own racial superiority but good. But we’re talking Japan now, so it will be for some really strange reason the rest of the world can’t even fathom.

The question everybody asks is why is there a lack of children?

The answer seems to lie in several reasons.

One reason is the cost. Japan is an extremely expensive country and getting a child through college can wipe out a family’s finances.

But research shows it goes much deeper than that as the Japanese state does throw a lot of money at people with children.

Another argument is that there are more effeminate men now called “Herbivores” there who are either not interested in sex or women don’t find masculine enough.

Then some suggest many young Japanese people prefer “virtual” friends with a robot or on the internet, while others suggest their fascination with comics rather than relationships is the cause for a lack of babies.

A study was released earlier this year in which it showed Japan’s young people are shunning the idea of marriage and having children.

The National Institute of Population and Social Security Research study also showed one in four unmarried men and women in their 30s had never had sex, and most young women preferred being single.

It also showed over 60 percent of unmarried young men didn’t have a girlfriend, and nearly 50 percent of women of the same age weren’t dating.

If that wasn’t bad enough, young Japanese people are also, it seems, increasingly not interested in sex.

A survey by the Japan Family Planning Association found that 36 percent of males between 16 and 19 had “no interest” in sex.

Herbivores? Ouch. And half the youth don’t even want to get busy. How in hell can you be a teenage boy and have no interest in sex?? Good grief, IIRC that’s pretty much all teenagers think about. It’s in the genes to get her out of her jeans.

Another point that Steyn makes, one that’s pretty obvious when you think about it, is that the aging population is not helping. Too much health care? I can’t say, but with everyone living forever, there is no room opening up for the next generations, so they aren’t bothering to even have next generations. This is how a really large part of Europe is, and now it looks like Japan is in the same boat. Is it as if human beings subconsciously feel a population density pressure point, and don’t breed past that level? That would explain the Red State population growth here, at the expense of the Blue State coastal growth where populations are dozens of times denser. On the other hand, if such innate pressure sensitivity exists, it might be racially connected. China and India have insanely large populations, with more people per square mile than anywhere on earth, yet they continue to churn out the young. Ah, but the quality of life there isn’t all that great, nor is health care, nor is longevity. So those “switches” might override the density switch and keep them in “panic mode” breeding? I don’t know. Is there a sociologist/anthropologist in the house?

Japan’s population isn’t falling faster because people there are living longer.

Japan has a life expectancy of about 86 years for women and 79 for men at present, and the ages are expected to rise in the coming decades.

More than 20 percent of Japan’s people are aged 65 or over, one of the highest proportions of elderly in the world.

Japan’s graying population is a real problem for the country’s leaders as they need to ensure the dwindling numbers of workers can pay for all the care needed for the growing army of pensioners.

And the elderly have increasingly more economic clout with Japanese companies targeting them increasingly.

Like I said. And like Steyn said, maybe the real reason for the breeders not breeding is that they don’t want to raise children who are only going to be slaves to the geezer-state.

VERMIN ATTACK ON LONDON, AUTHORITIES HELPLESS

The problem is we are not judgemental enough (or some of you aren’t anyway). I know its only a small island, but surely we can take in all the worlds waifs and strays and we can all live happily ever after in one big happy melting pot! Let’s let the whole world in to our country, because apparently there’s no downside to uncontrolled immigration. And if you say there is a downside it will soon be time to start shouting RACIST.

Hell of a way .............

Throw them out. Of course if the Guardian reading lefty Nimby’s are prepared to pay for these Romanians, a roof over their heads, food in their stomach, clothes on their back, together with paying for their private health insurance, their childrens education and a bond to guarantee that they won’t commit any criminal offence that would warrant a jail term, then they are welcome to stay. Alternatively, I would gladly contribute a few ‘bob’ to help these Romanians set up camp on Hampstead Heath. The poor old Roger and Daphne brigade won’t dare leave their homes to go to the wine and sushi bars at night in case they come back to find the Romanians have set up camp in their house.

But I need undivided attention .............

I can only write about the experience we have here in Stuttgart - a small but wealthy city - and therefore a lot of Romanian Beggars - first most of the beggars are actually from Moldova - but due to ethnic reasons have Romanian citizenship - further developments are now they beg using either very old or severly handicapped people to increase the pity effect - and they also tend to use very young puppies to get the cute effect. Unfortunately they are not allowed to keep the money collected rather must hand it all up to so called “controllers” - I wonder what the Romania government is doing to solve what is increasingly becoming a pan European problem.

And figured rightly or wrongly this’d be a good way to get it.

Bothers me on more then one level.
You readers will not be aware of the hoops I had to jump through and the many questions I had to answer, including some personal ones, and then paying several hundred (wife says it was $500 but I don’t remember exact figure) non refundable dollars for my Brit Visa to come to the UK in 2004.

It’s heartbreaking to see our Country being ruined before our very eyes. God help us, they are in every City and Town - even the sleepy little town I live in which is no bigger than a large English Village there is one touting the big issue and another begging outside Boots. This needs sorting out.

In fact ..... the original questionnaire given me was, I think, 30 pages long. Or close to it.  When I questioned the length and thought many of the questions didn’t apply to me, the embassy (Brit) gave me the short version. It was about 18 pages.
I bet ya LyndonB might know what I paid in US dollars in 2004.  And btw, I had to prove I wouldn’t be a burden, had someone here and we provided the MIL’s name and address as where we were to live, but finally got thru the vetting with relief. They even asked for and got our bank account number. 
So then, seeing what I have seen over the years I have been here can send my blood pressure up.  And even my wife who has always been the level head and non violent of us, where I get worked up and say shoot the bastards, well, my wife doesn’t cuss but the shoot em idea has begun to appeal even to her.

The above comments are just a few of the 400 so far at the Mail on line with regard to immigration.
And here’s the latest on the influx of verminous scum this country just does not seem prepared to deal with. Cos apparently they have rights and there’s idiot Brits who will defend these dregs, this stain on Europe and curse on England.

More than 50 Romanian beggars evicted from London’s Marble Arch have moved just a few yards away to the exclusive Park Lane area of the city.

The group have moved to the road’s central reservation within full view of the capital’s high-end restaurants and hotels.

They were moved on from the streets around Marble Arch and Oxford Street last month as council workers battle an influx of Romanian crime syndicates ahead of the Olympics.

The gang had been sleeping in cardboard boxes in a subway which runs under the central reservation until the midpoint entryway was barred shut last week.
Coachloads of penniless pickpockets and prostitutes are arriving in the capital every day, many already armed with maps directing them to the best patches, which they have been ordered to defend from rivals.

this morning, two police vans were parked in Marble Arch, while a small group of six Eastern Europeans sat nearby with several large black bags.

A British homeless man said it had become too dangerous to sleep out in central London because of Romanian gangs roaming around at night thieving at knifepoint.

Westminster Council has held a summit meeting of local agencies including the Foreign Office and representatives of the Romanian Embassy to discuss the problem.
It repatriated 18 people to Romania recently, but only after the coach company insisted on them being given showers and new clothes before they boarded a bus.
Westminster councillor Nickie Aiken said: ‘These people are dispersing but they are not going away. They are either camping in Park Lane or moving into South Mayfair and around Oxford Street.

‘The police and council are doing all we can about this but the taxpayers are picking up the bill, mainly the cost of cleansing because they have no toilets.’
Last night, a group of around 20 - split between elderly women with walking sticks and headscarves and men in their 30s with hooded jackets and mobile phones - sat together on a tatty blanket playing dice for piles of £1 coins in the dual carriageway’s central reservation.

Push-along suitcases, beer bottles and carrier bags littered the grass yards from the prestige car dealerships, Speakers’ Corner and some of the capital’s best-known hotels.
‘Police here earlier, no trouble, no problems,’ said one man in his 20s in broken English, before adding: ‘No camera.’

An elderly woman broke away from the group to pull down her tights and relieve herself against a fence.
‘It’s disgusting,’ said Brian Portman, 46, from New Zealand, waiting to board an open-top bus tour. ‘It’s definitely not what you expect to see in London. It’s like something from the Third World,’ he told the Standard.

Sarah Greene, who has manned an ice cream booth opposite for more than 20 years, said: ‘It’s disgusting. I’ve seen men from the council come down to move them on, but as soon as they leave they come back again.

When you walk past the subway it stinks of urine.’

The council has asked the Foreign Office and the Romanian government for a publicity campaign in Romania to try to deter people from coming.

Hey big shot powers that be. You wanna “deter” then you must give the lice that infest your capital city a demonstration that involves killing a goodly number. VERMIN AT LARGE IN THE UK, PART ONE

Didn’t think I would be on line today but booted to check things.

I wasn’t going to post the story or pix thinking you folks could see the same thing in any country you’re from while visiting us at bmews.
I haven’t a clue about the laws or systems of justice in other countries.  But justice seems to be sorely lacking in some western countries and especially here in the UK and perhaps the USA as well.

I’ve been here a number of years which doesn’t qualify me as expert in any way. But heck, I read the papers and listen to the radio, and have no TV by choice.
And what I see and hear makes me despair. 
How is it that growing up in a very innocent age, by comparison to today, I still managed to work out right from wrong?  I didn’t need anyone to tell me. I knew. We all did.  Which ain’t sayin’ we always did right when sometimes wrong was fun or just something we knew we could get away with.
But I promise you we never even thought of doing the things I read about today.  Rape? Stabbing ppl?  Sure, it happened even then. But never on this scale.
And of course in those days there was the death penalty.  Emphasis on that last word.  Doesn’t seem to be much of that anymore.

A few weeks ago I saw two stories crime related, never posted cos it was the same old same old. But what did stand out was that in two separate cases the accused when being sent off to prison, shouted out in court, haha. Easy. I can do that.
Another said, “I can do that standing on my head.” Or words similar.  They just don’t care and they know they’ll get out sooner rather then later.

One prisoner with a violent background even took the prison to court AND WON the right to be called Mister by the prison guards.

And here’s this group of sub human life forms who if you read it all will discover that for them, they were merely doin’ what comes naturally.

And speaking of what comes naturally, take a good look at this animal.
He looks like he grunts, ape like, instead of speaking as humans do. And he’s only one of that group.
Sickening. 

Six months for boy who raped girl of 11 sparks outrage over 16-year-old thug’s soft sentence for attack in McDonald’s toilet

A teenage gang member who raped a girl of 11 in a McDonald’s toilet will serve only six months behind bars after an astonishing ruling by a judge yesterday.

The 16-year-old was one of several thugs who preyed on the ‘vulnerable and lonely’ victim over a number of months.

They subjected the girl to a series of horrific rapes before trying to intimidate her into staying silent.

But incredibly, he was locked up for just one year yesterday after the judge said the victim’s unwillingness to have sex ‘may not have been obvious’ to him and he deserved ‘very great credit’ for pleading guilty.

The teenager – who cannot be named – is likely to serve only six months in a young offenders’ institution.

Last night the sentence was condemned by victims’ groups, who said it trivialised the rape of a child. In law, a girl of 11 is deemed incapable of consenting to sex in any circumstances.

Jo Wood, a spokesman for Rape Crisis, said: ‘Victims will be appalled by this kind of sentence. That victim will undoubtedly serve a life sentence after what has happened to her.

‘It will have taken considerable courage for her to come forward. I am very concerned that this sentence does not reflect the seriousness of the crime at all.

‘Courts will need to seriously consider the message that sentences such as these send out.’

Stephen Timms, the Labour MP for East Ham, said: ‘These attacks were horrendous, repeated and committed by young men who seemed to have little remorse for the trauma they have inflicted on this girl. I am shocked, especially given the gang dimension to this case, that their sentences are so short.’

Conservative MP Philip Davies said: ‘For a court to hand down such a derisory sentence for one of the most serious crimes seems to me to be totally unacceptable.’

Mr Davies said such sentences had ‘left the public with no confidence in the criminal justice system’. He added: ‘It certainly won’t act as a deterrent, or encourage victims of rape to come forward.

‘Given how serious the problems with gang culture are in this country, I think it is very weak indeed.’

The victim, who is now 13, stared at the floor in court yesterday as Ibraheem Giwa, 15, and his 16-year-old co-defendant, who cannot be named for legal reasons, were sentenced to five years and one year respectively.

Both had been members of the Say No More gang from the Custom House area of Newham, East London – an area blighted by violent turf wars.

Ibraheem ‘Ibby’ Giwa – described as the ringleader – was just 13 when he carried out the first attack on the girl in September 2009, Inner London Crown Court heard.

He dragged the girl, who had just started secondary school, into the bushes at a park, and raped her while another boy watched. He then invited her to his house, where she asked him: ‘If I do it, are you going to leave me alone?’

Giwa then raped her again, before inviting a queue of up to eight other gang members to do the same.

The victim wept throughout the attacks and asked the boys to ‘stop it’, but they simply told her to stop crying because it ‘made it look like they’d done something’ to her.

She later told police: ‘They didn’t ask me if I wanted it or not.’

Six months later, in March 2010, she was attacked in the toilet of a McDonald’s restaurant in East Ham, East London, by the gang member, then 14, who had heard about the previous rapes.

He followed her into the toilet and raped her while his friends waited outside the door. After the attacks, members of the gang bombarded the victim with texts and phone calls warning her not to tell anyone about what had happened.

On two occasions, she was beaten up as a warning not to report the crimes. When she finally did go to the police, officers seized the defendants’ computers and found that Giwa had discussed the rape with others on Facebook.

In one conversation, Giwa had written: ‘I think the girl we rapped (sic) went to police.’

A 15-year-old, who cannot been named and who was later cleared, wrote: ‘What girl?’ Giwa replied: ‘The girl we bang at my house.’

Passing sentence, Judge Patricia Lees said the rapes had been ‘selfish and debased’ attacks on a vulnerable and lonely child who had been left genuinely frightened of gang reprisals.

I used to live in England and now I live in the United Nations

A couple of months ago I posted a YT video of a woman losing her cool thru drink, and going on a racist rant on the tube. That’s Britspeak for subway.

So then here’s an update which is interesting and just shows how right, maybe I should use the word correct instead, people accused of the big ‘R’ actually are.
There are valid reasons for their many seasons of discontent.  Mostly the feeling that they are losing their country. Their culture is being buried and they don’t understand how it’s been allowed.  The huge and people I do mean the very huge influx of uncontrolled immigration to this ISLAND.
I just need to emphasize that in case anyone forgot.

About a week ago an MP complained loudly after getting a less then quality sandwich and apparently not what he ordered, because the person who waited on him didn’t have much of an understanding of English. And so he asked why the fast food place couldn’t hire English ppl or at lease ppl who had a grasp of the language, instead of so darn many eastern Europeans.  Naturally the bed wet crowd called for his head accusing him of ... wanna say the word?

If every single person who felt the same way this woman did and spoke out the same way, drunk or sober, they would number in the millions and there would not be enough room in the jails to house them all.

Now then, what has me seeing red this chilly grey morning, is that the lady in question here could face jail because of her drunken rant on that subway.

Seems to me I recall a gang of four black muslim slags who beat the hell out of a white girl but were let off cos .... they weren’t used to being drunk.
I wonder if this woman can use the same defense. Course not. She be the wrong color and religion and race.

A drunken secretary has admitted hurling racist abuse at fellow passengers on the London Underground after a video of her appeared on the internet.

Jacqueline Woodhouse, 42, directed a drunken, expletive-ridden rant at passengers on the Central Line between St Paul’s and Mile End stations on January 23.

The court was told that Woodhouse had drunk an ‘unknown’ quantity of champagne at a retirement party before getting on the Tube at 11pm.

She now faces jail, after police launched an investigation into a seven-minute long video of the verbal assault that was uploaded to YouTube.

Today at Westminster Magistrates’ Court, Woodhouse, of Romford in Essex, admitted causing harassment alarm and distress to the Sikh man who filmed her - Galbant Singh Juttla.

The video clip begins with Woodhouse shouting in a thick Essex accent about ‘foreign s*** heads’.

She turns to her passengers and asks: ‘Where do you come from? Where do you come from? Where do you come from?

‘I would like to know if any of you are illegal? I am sure like 30 per cent of you are.’

She then turns on the Pakistani man sitting next to her, who is singing his national anthem, and threatens to ‘punch him in the face.’

‘I wouldn’t mind if you loved our country,’ she adds.

She then turns to Mr Juttla’s camera, as he assures her he would rather be listening to his music than to her.

She goes on: ‘Why don’t you tell me where you’re from?’

He replies: ‘I am British.’

She gets her phone out of her black handbag and looks as if she is filming him too.

Mr Juttla warns her: ‘Watch what you are saying.’

She replies: ‘I used to live in England and now I live in the United Nations.’

As he tells her to keep her mouth shut, informing her that she has had too much to drink, she becomes extremely agitated and starts screaming.

‘It’s not your country anyway so what’s your problem?’ she yells. ‘It’s been overtaken by people like you.’

The court heard that Mr Juttla decided to film Woodhouse after she started berating an unidentified black female. She then sat down between two men and began another barrage of abuse.

Woodhouse told police she could not remember the rant but recognised it was her in the video.

She attended court today wearing a black suit and white shirt. She sat in the court with her brow furrowed and her head bowed as the magistrate was shown the video clip.

Ms Campbell said Woodhouse verbally abused a male passenger while on a train to Stratford. She asked whether he had paid taxes, adding: ‘I have had enough of it, why don’t they go back to where they come from?’

Outside court Mr Juttla, who runs a print company, said: ‘I found it very distressing.

‘I uploaded it to YouTube because I thought that was the fast-track process to catching this person.

‘I also needed to show the public that kind of person is out there and not to put up with this kind of behaviour.

‘My kids have seen the video and they are disgusted by it. They don’t expect for someone to shout abuse at their dad.’

Adjourning sentence, District Judge Elizabeth Roscoe said: ‘Bearing in mind the level of abuse, the persistence of the abuse, the number of people on the train unable to leave without aborting their journey, and the children present, means that I think the court has to have a pre-sentence report.

‘I make it clear that all options are open to the sentencing court, including committal or immediate custody.’

The judge imposed stringent conditions banning her from the Tube network (for two years it’s reported elsewhere) and she was ordered to keep to a daily curfew between 10pm and 6am, which will be monitored by electronic tag.

She will be sentenced at the same court on May 29.

The claustrophobia of diversity.

I am amazed and impressed by this site I found on the recommendation of someone.  ENGLAND CALLING A blog site run by Robert Henderson, who I had not heard of till today. But this site and all the links will I am certain keep me pretty busy.

It is I guess a repeat but better said, of things I’ve been ranting about since coming here.  LyndonB has also brought up the subject(s) herein.

With regard to the video.  I watched it without the music, if it can be called music.  Don’t like having my ears assaulted and it loses nothing minus what I call sound effects and many refer to as music.  Be all that as it may, it’s the message that counts no matter the background noise.
Yes, it is from one perspective. But I honestly believe it’s the one correct perspective.
This country is really in serious trouble as I view things.  It will only be a matter of time before the left has its way and triumphs, destroying forever a culture and tradition that has survived bombs and plagues and home grown terror attacks during “the troubles” which btw, seem to be alive still with the discovery the other day of a 600 pound bomb. 

What I have posted below is a very much altered editorial. By that I mean, it’s long but interesting and I had to crop a bit. I suppose I could have done even more but this give you one heck of an idea what this island faces.  Sadly and depressingly, I don’t hold out much hope for a future I won’t be around to see anyway.  I personally know a few people, not at all bad folks by any means, but to hear them talk about diversity and the benefits of multi-culture and keep in mind, they honestly believe that idiocy.  You can see why I think they’re doomed. These folks vote, and so will all those ‘diverse’ and multi cultured immigrants who listen to the lure of the left who pamper them and pay homage to their various imported cultures which in time will supplant the native one.

A Nation in search of a State

This week witnessed the death of Ray Honeyford, the former Bradford Headmaster who had the integrity to speak the truth about the ruinous consequences of multiculturalism, and paid for this with his career. Honeyford, like Enoch Powell, was an outspoken and prescient man of principle who paid a heavy price for speaking the truth. Vilified, scapegoated and threatened with death, this good man was to be proven right, despite the professional naysayers within the race relations and ‘diversity’ industry. Alas, Honeyford has not been the only individual to have had their career destroyed for the sake of protecting the multiculturalist diversity dogma, although other cases have usually received less publicity or none at all.

In the same week that Honeyford died, we witnessed Neil O’Brien of Policy Exchange writing a piece in The Telegraph and appearing on Radio 4 talking about the “challenges” of “integration” now that English first language speakers are in a minority in London schools. This in itself is bad enough, but it is also something of a jolt to learn that 16.8% of all state primary schoolchildren in 2011 had “English as an additional language”. This prompted O’Brien to pose the following questions:
“But will children with English as a second language grow up to feel British, to get jobs and to feel included?

I think that is the bigger challenge, and the statistics above make me think it is a likely to be a rapidly growing one.”

what we English in particular feel increasingly uneasy with and alarmed about is the mass scale of the immigrant influx and the demographic fecundity of the immigrant population. This theme has very much been in the air this week, with Alasdair Palmer of The Telegraph penning a piece entitled ‘Multiculturalism has left Britain with a toxic legacy’. This conclusion is one that is difficult to disagree with. However, when it comes to the question of “integration”, it strikes me that mainstream commentators are rather missing the point.

The size of the immigrant population is now such that it is not possible to integrate it effectively. Whereas immigration pre-1948 was on a relatively small scale and those who arrived largely assimilated and blended into the indigenous population, what has occurred since has not so much been mass immigration, but mass colonisation. London is now effectively a non-English city, and I no longer regard it as our capital in any meaningful sense, for it has become another land (this transformation was examined in the earlier article Celebrities note the Death of London). Given this fact, why should we wish to “integrate” with incomers who by dint of their numbers threaten not only to displace us, but also to replace us? The task is not so much “integration” as “preservation” of our native peoples and their rights.

Before closing, I shall return to Ray Honeyford and an article penned by Leo Mckinstry for the Daily Mail. In this, it is clear that Mckinstry disapproves of today’s race legislation, and its attendant repressive professional apparatus that justifies its existence through creating an “atmosphere of synthetic outrage”. Mckinstry writes:
“When Honeyford wrote his article, he was branded a heretic. His words had to be suppressed, his influence crushed. But that did not stop him being right.”

“In the name of promoting tolerance, race-fixated zealots exercise the most extreme intolerance, suppressing free debate and indulging in witch-hunts against anyone who dissents from their creed of multi-cultural diversity.”

climate change a feminist issue?  and keystone kops let thieves go worried bout their safety

It was only minutes after 6pm when I sat down to write this. I had no plans to boot today and although 6pm is quite a bit early to most people, to me it may as well have been the middle of the night.

As regulars at this site know, my wife is suffering from particularly bad case of Shingles.  Had they been able to catch it in the first 48 to 72 hours, it would not have been as severe as it became.
There were none of the usual signs to alert her doctor, who misdiagnosed what she saw in my wife’s eye as a scratched cornea. She was immediately sent to an eye clinic late in the day in another city with specialists who agreed the cornea was scratched.  And so, for several days that’s what she was treated for, all the while the pain building and a quick call made to the duty doctor who after hearing what was going on re. pain, said he was certain she had Shingles but suggested I bring her in and he’d fit her in as soon as she got to the practise. There are 12 doctors at that office.  He took her as soon as we checked in and sure enough …. she had it. 

Her doctor has been checking her every week and increasing the dosage of the one drug they claim fights this damned painful infection.  So, her meds were increased today and she’s now on 600mg three times a day with something called Gabapentin, plus three other drugs.  200mg of Tranadol 2wice a day and then another pain killer as needed.  Plus something called Omeprazole once a day in the mornings to avoid the stomach troubles that can happen with these drugs.  In between all that, I keep frozen wash cloths she uses as needed which is often.  At least her eye must be healing because she says the itching is driving her nuts, and she wishes she could take out the damn eye and really scratch behind it.  So as you might correctly guess, I’ve kinda had my hands full.  I can’t describe the pain she has because lets face it, I don’t have it and so can only guess by what I have to see everyday. And it ain’t nice.
Which brings me to, just why the heck did I boot anyway.  It really wasn’t to tell you all of that.
Nope.  It was an article in a newspaper as usual.  I read this thing and I thought, if I go upstairs and go to bed with my book, I’ll feel guilty that I didn’t boot this machine and share what I saw.  Because I doubt you will have seen it back home in the states. Or who knows, maybe you have and I’m late.
Whatever, take a look at this.  And this is my only post for this day.  It can’t get too much crazier.
Can it?  Actually, it not only can but it did this week with another story but I’ll get to that another time.

Women are at greater risk from global warming than men, claims MEP in ‘bonkers’ EU row

A bizarre row has broken out among EU politicians over whether climate change is a feminist issue.

Members of the European Parliament will vote today on a report by a French Green party MEP who claims global warming ‘is not gender neutral’.
Women, claims Nicole Kiil-Nielsen, ‘consume more sustainably than men and show greater willingness to act to preserve the environment’ as they tend to organise household consumption and childcare.

She said that discrimination against women could be made worse in the developing world if climate policies do not take gender discrimination into account.
She was yesterday subjected to a withering attack from Marina Yannakoudakis, a Tory MEP for London, who called her motion ‘bonkers, baseless and bad for women’.

The report – Women and Climate Change – calls for a 40 per cent female quota on all EU delegations in climate negotiations and on the committees that allocate climate aid from member states. Funding is set to reach £62billion a year by 2020.

The report also calls for new EU-funded initiatives to help women’s groups get involved in climate policies, and for the EU to start gathering data on the ‘gender sensitive’ effects of climate change on women.

Mrs Yannakoudakis said: ‘This is the kind of thing that gets the EU in general – and its Women’s Rights Committee in particular – a bad name.
‘Where on earth they got the idea that climate change affects women in any way differently from men I have no idea. It would be comical if the people behind the report were not so earnest and its proposals not so patronising to women.

‘Global warming is not some male plot to do women down. The climate is the same for males and females so far as I know. When it rains we all get wet.’
Mrs Yannakoudakis and Miss Kiil-Nielsen are both on the EU’s Women’s Rights and Gender Equality Committee that voted to adopt the report into law by a majority of 47 to 7 in January.

Police give up chasing thieves who stole kayak on quad bikes because culprits weren’t wearing crash helmets and could be injured

Cops let a gang of thieves escape after they abandoned a chase over fears for the health and safety of the crooks.

The gang, riding quad bikes, were allowed to flee with a £700 kayak because they had no crash helmet and could have crashed and injured themselves.

After she saw them snatch the boat, owner Rebecca Jones and her boyfriend Mark Skirrow called police and ran off tracking the thieves across fields.

Within minutes police arrived on the scene at Harlington, near Doncaster, so Miss Jones and Mr Skirrow let them take over.

But minutes later the pair watched in dismay as the cops gave up and let the them disappear with the boat before admitting they had abandoned the pursuit because the thieves were not wearing crash helmets and were driving erratically.

More than 90 rounds fired at freeway chase suspect

Officers fired more than 90 rounds at a motorist who was killed on a San Fernando Valley freeway after a wild car chase, police said.

A partial transcript of a 911 call placed by 19-year-old Abdul Arian during the Wednesday night pursuit shows Arian claimed he had a gun and would shoot officers.

He didn’t have a gun.

TV news helicopters showed Arian jump out of the car and repeatedly make movements with his arms as if taking a shooting stance.

The Los Angeles Times says eight officers fired more than 90 rounds, killing him.

The Police Department, which did not release the actual 911 recording, said in a statement that the man had a lengthy conversation with a 911 operator, who urged him to stop.

“I have a gun,” was one of the statements police quoted the man as saying.  “‘I’ve been arrested before for possession of destructive devices, I’m not afraid of cops,” he said.

“If they pull their guns, I’m gonna have to pull my gun out on them,” he was also quoted as saying.

Police said that when the operator told the man, “I don’t want you to hurt yourself,” the man responded with obscenities.

“I’m not gonna get hurt ... these police, they’re gonna get hurt,” he said.

The police statement said that when he jumped out of the car he appeared to be taking “an aggressive ‘shooting stance.’”

Arian’s uncle, Hamed Arian, told reporters that his nephew wanted to be a police officer and drove a dark Ford Crown Victoria, a car model used for police vehicles.

But he added: “He was always afraid of the cops.”

Hamed Arian said his nephew did not have a gun at the time of his death. “He didn’t own a gun,” the uncle said, adding he felt nonlethal weapons should have been used to stop his nephew. He said the shooting was unjustified.

[police spokesman Lt.] Neiman said the uncle’s reaction to the shooting was not unusual.

“It’s not unrealistic for family members to feel that their family member is victimized,” Neiman said, who added that authorities had no motive for the teen’s actions.

elf ‘n’ safety and a vote against competition

Were there any rules like this when we were kids in the olden times?

Two volunteer football coaches have been suspended – for allowing kids to play competitively against each other.

A couple of volunteer coaches who spend hours of their time running a junior league, are to be taken to task and have been ordered to stop their activity, after receiving a complaint.  That’s how it was reported. A complaint. I take that as meaning just one goof ball wasn’t happy but hey. That’s all it takes is one.
However, just to get it straight and be fair it should be explained that these miscreants did violate a very important rule.

They breached regs which clearly state that there is a ban on kiddies under the age of 11, from taking part in competitive matches, as per the Central Wales Football Assoc.
Here’s a quote for ya BMEWS.

To protect the losing side, rules dictate that teams belonging to the league must play each other on a friendly basis, with no league table or points being recorded.
In England, the Football Association imposes a similar rule banning under-eights from playing competitive league and cup games.

The coaches, who commit around 1,000 hours a year to organising junior football, were accused of flouting anti-competition rules by organising an additional ‘festival of football’ tournament this season.

The coaches’ suspension takes effect from next year.

Now then, is it any surprise to anyone that you will read the following in this morning’s Daily Mail.  The story above is the sort of thing that leads to the article below.  And just like Drew’s story posted about the New Hampshire gun owner and comments made asking what this world was coming to, well take a look. It’s come to this and it is not the first time in the last year we have read about this kind of lunacy. What makes it so miserable and so dangerous is, there are authorities in power who believe in this kind of thing.  And enforce it against all logic.

25 firemen who scrambled to rescue a seagull from a 3ft-deep pond refused to wade in because of regulations - leaving it to Joe Public to save the bird

· Emergency crews forced to watch as bird centre volunteer dons waders and rescues bird from waist deep waters
· Health and safety rules prevented firefighters from risking their lives in the shallow pond
· It is the latest in a string of incidents in which health and safety rules have left 999 crews powerless during an emergency

It looked like a major emergency – 25 firemen standing at the water’s edge assessing the life-threatening situation before them.
Stranded 200ft out and struggling for survival was the victim they had come to rescue...a seagull.

And if that scenario were not ludicrous enough, there was worse to come.
The firemen were then barred from going into the 3ft-deep water because it was judged to be a health and safety risk.
As crews from five fire engines stood beside the pond in South London for up to an hour, it fell to a member of the public to pull on his waders and rescue the bird, which was caught up in a plastic bag.

Ted Burden, who watched the seagull incident unfold, said: ‘The bird must have been in the water for the best part of an hour by the time he was rescued.
‘The plastic bag was caught right around his foot and he was gradually sinking.
‘It was a bit ridiculous really. Five fire crews turned up, but because of protocols they couldn’t go into the water. The water was not really any more than waist deep.

‘The gull was rescued just in time. When their feathers become too waterlogged, they get hypothermic and drown.
‘Luckily the gull escaped uninjured. He was just a bit shocked.’

The firemen attended Carshalton Ponds in South London at 2pm on Saturday, responding to a call from the RSPCA, which had been contacted by a passer-by.
Crews arrived from Sutton, Wallington and Croydon fire stations. There were no police or health and safety officers present.

After a health-and-safety assessment it was decided not to allow the trained rescuers to enter the water, as it would put their lives at risk.
A London Fire Brigade spokesman defended the numbers of firemen sent out, saying it was a standard response to an animal being in trouble.
But she added: ‘We are not willing to put the lives of our firefighters at risk for the sake of a seagull.

Defies logic. Why is it standard procedure to send out all those guys if three feet of water in a pond is life threatening, to a group trained in safety and saving lives?  Read the entire article. Authorities knew from the get go it was a bird in trouble. But apparently it might not have mattered if it was a person as we know by now.

‘Our firefighters get called out to lots of different incidents and never know what they’re going to find when they get there.
‘At any incident we need to make sure we have enough staff on hand in case something goes wrong and to ensure that our firefighters, and the public, are safe at all times.’
The fire service later stated that not all the crews had remained at the scene for an hour.
However, a brigade source said firemen were frustrated by the strict protocols they had to follow, which sometimes did not fit the real situations they had to deal with.
The source added: ‘Although we have the facilities to effect a rescue, we are not allowed to do it for a bird. There is no leeway.’

useless info that is certain not to make you feel any better for knowing

A tourist asked by the officer in passport control at Athens airport:
What is your nationality?
Tourist replies:
German.
The officer then asks: Occupation?
Tourist replies:
No. Only visiting.

It’s been a crappy month so that’s my contribution to humor for the rest of the year. Maybe.

Don’t wanna bore readership with health issues but my posting has been nil to none with mostly none of late.  Wife still having a problem which naturally affects me cos I love her and hate to see her hurting.  As for myself, I’ve had a short spell of something I think was self induced.  In an effort to get rid of one pain I went about creating another which has plagued me for a week now but I must be better since, at last, for now, I’m back.  Yawn. I heard that! 

Now just cos I’ve been away in a manner of speaking, should not imply that I haven’t been reading the papers.  And the goofiness always manages to get to me.  Sometimes anger and sometimes a laff but almost always frustration, because I can’t take in how easily educated people let themselves be taken in by this world of the politically correct.  Many of them are I know way smarter then I am, or anyway, they’ve had enough on the ball to pass college exams. Or maybe they’ve excelled in easy courses.

There have been some suggestions I have read by these people like, and I kid you not, the suggestion to drop the terms husband and wife as those terms are dated here in the 21st century and haven’t the same meaning they once did.  HUH?  Yeah, the suggestion is that the word “partners” be used in place of.
I read that weeks before April 1st. Just thought I should mention that.

Then of course another write up on the suggestion to let boys wear skirts, because clothing that is too gender specific can cause distress.  A commissioner for kiddies says that with regard to school uniforms, young ppl with “gender variant issues” who are forced to wear gender specific uniforms could be in violation of the UN Convention on the “Rights of the Child.”
OK, I see what he’s saying.  Little boys and girls who somehow believe they aren’t really little boys and girls but instead are little girls and boys deep inside, will somehow be harmed by being made to wear a uniform that doesn’t fit with how they see themselves.
I have a lot on my plate right now so I’ll let you figure that one out all on your own.  I know you can.

Then there’s something else with the kids in mind.  In one school anyway and forgive me but I have lost my link and notes, even the hard copy I had. So from memory now, apparently kids should not be encouraged to form the kind of friendships that will lead to emotional distress and hurt.  Hmmm. Kay, so far a parent reading that might well say yes. You know, like the wrong influences at school that your child may encounter.  But the advice went beyond that. No longer must kids develop friendships where the friend is referred to as, “A best friend.” Kids should not it is claimed by some dim light, have a best friend, because either due to a falling out or a move away or illness, accident or the worst, losing someone regarded as a best friend will emotionally damage a child and cause much hurt.  I could never in my wildest imaginings make that up.  And just to give you an idea of how goofy our world is, not just goofy but actually unreasonable as well, take a look at this letter to an editor of the Mail.  No link so I copied out what the person wrote. 

MIND CONTROL

WHAT is it with our schools?  First they aren’t allowed to have “a best friend,” only groups.
Now, at my grandson’s school in Kent, the words ‘boyfriend’ and ‘girlfriend’ are taboo.

When he and two friends were heard saying these words, they were kept in class.  They’re eight years old. Is this brainwashing?

A drug dealer served five years in prison and was to then be deported. But first, he dumped his wife and his children for another woman. With me so far? Good.
Because it turns out the govt. can not deport this fellow because he has “family rights.” Yeah but … he deserted both wife and kids.
Yes. But he now has a child by the mistress, AND, an immigration appeal found that an earlier tribunal did not take into consideration the “detrimental effect” deporting him back to Jamaica would have on his mistress and their child. 
Then why not send them all to Jamaica to keep him company?
It isn’t as if there’s a shortage of that minority group in this country.

Heaven help the USA if the libtard fools who pray (it seems to me) for a one world lets all hold hands and kiss have their way.  As they often seem to. If this were an isolated thing we could write it off and hope it wouldn’t happen again. But that is not the case. This case is one of many.

Oh and btw …. as long as I’m ranting about the bizarre and stupid, that Qatada fellow (pictured here with his lovely bride) that the govt. just couldn’t deport (his human rights) even though the govt. says he is a danger and a terrorist.
Just so you readers know who I am referring to.

Only a man described as Bin Laden’s right hand man in Europe is all. Right now, he’s the happiest man in England.

The man who owns the property this vermin was living in (at taxpayer expense) did not know who was living in the property until the news broke about him.  When he found out he blew his top and told the powers that be here to take the scum out of his property. He wanted no part of him.  Soooooo …. said terrorist was moved and is he pleased, according to his brother.
He now has an even larger abode and a more expensive too. With compliments of the taxpayer as usual.
His deportation was halted by European judges.

What a fracked up world I tell ya.
The Brits gave their all and stuck it out all through the blitz.  They were brilliant with code breaking and propaganda and a never say die attitude.

And that was just the women.

ANGER AS SOMALI PERVERT WINS RIGHT TO SUE BRITAIN

A SOMALI sex offender who sidestepped Home Office attempts to deport him yesterday won the right to sue the Government for failing to release him quickly enough.
Bashir Barrow, 51, was originally allowed to stay in the UK after fleeing his war-torn homeland.
But instead of repaying the favour he ended up costing the country hundreds of thousands and went on the run to avoid being sent home.
Now the pervert – who once turned up to an immigration hearing so drunk it had to be abandoned – could be in line for a cash payout after the Court of Appeal gave him permission to continue a taxpayer-funded bid for compensation.
The UK Border Agency paid out £4million in compensation in 2010 for 152 cases – including many unlawful detention claims – at an average of £26,600 each.
Ukip Euro-MP and home affairs spokesman Gerard Batten hit out at the farcical situation. He said: “It is getting crazy. Not only can we not deport foreign criminals we don’t want here, but we are finding we have to pay them for the privilege of staying in the country.
“This is exactly the kind of reason that we have to get rid of the Human Rights Act.” Yesterday the Court of Appeal heard how Barrow arrived in the UK in 1995. He was refused asylum but was granted exceptional leave to remain that year and indefinite leave to remain in 2002. Within a year he was jailed for indecent assault, theft and breaching a community order. He went on to commit a string of driving offences and returned to jail in 2007.
Home Office staff had wanted to deport Barrow after his first jail term but he went missing.
By the time of the second deportation attempt, in May 2008, he had written to the European Court of Human Rights pleading for help.

Strasbourg judges then ruled that sending the criminal back would violate his human rights. He was later granted bail from an immigration centre in September 2009, when a judge ruled that – although he was “a pest” – he had to be released.

Barrister Shivani Jegarajah told the appeal judges her client’s criminal record was “not serious” and he should have been released soon after the European Court ruling. Lord Justice Davis, Sir John Thomas and Mr Justice Black ordered a High Court review of Barrow’s case.

What the hell is going on with the moms?

Some people automatically accept men are supposed to be these sexually perverted beings that live under rocks.  There are many who fit that description.
But someone has to feed the perverts and I naively am shocked every time I see evidence that the enablers are actually women, mothers who think it’s perfectly normal and perfectly okay to turn an 8 year old into a would be sex object.  It’s wrong just plain wrong and frankly I think it should be made illegal.
We’re talking about wee kiddies here and even at the age of 10 they are still too damn young.  But what kind of message are the kids getting as they grow up?
This can not be okay.

I’m not sure but I think it comes from the USA. Hope not but I think it does.

I suppose it could get even more politically correct and dumber.  That’s why I’m not asking, does it get any dumber then this? Cos of course it could.

I am not one who supports unions but here’s a case of ppl I generally despise who actually have done no wrong.  In fact, I’m their side in this ONE example of our loony tune world.

How could anyone with a brain link this ancient thing to race?  And of all the dumb things to do, why did anyone think it necessary to say sorry if offense was caused.  Only a total idiot, a brainless twit with no idea could have come up with a racial slant.  But hold on.

The person or persons who thought it was racist obviously also thought the three wise monkeys looked like guess who?  And are they saying at the same time that those same ppl aren’t able to spout any wisdom?  Now that smacks of raaaaaaaaaacism.  Granted, I’ve seen many who .... nah. Won’t go there.

A group of union activists have been cleared of racism for producing a leaflet with an image of the Three Wise Monkeys proverb - after a £200,000 legal battle.
The Unison branch members chose the picture of the ‘hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil’ monkeys to mock their leadership for failing to tackle issues.
The ancient Japanese saying is a gentle insult routinely applied to those who deliberately ignore an unwelcome truth and the four thought it would make an effective satirical point.

But bosses of Britain’s biggest public sector union branded the cartoon ‘offensive and racist’ - because the 15-strong committee criticised contained a single black member.

And the chairman of its National Black Members Committee said the pamphlet ‘belonged in the past with Bernard Manning’.

Officials mounted a full scale investigation and banned the group from holding office in the union, which represents over 1.3 million workers.

The so-called Unison Four, who had already apologised for any offence caused, claimed they were victims of a witch hunt and sued the union.

But it took a four-and-a-half legal battle costing up to £200,000 for justice to be done.

One of the pamphlet producers, Glenn Kelly, 50, accused the union of a ‘scandalous waste of money’.

The four were all hard-left members of the Socialist Party seen as rebels by the New Labour loyalist leadership and Mr Kelly said the racist slur was a ‘pretext’ for kicking them out.

The Employment Appeal Tribunal ruled that the four were unjustifiably disciplined under the Trade Union and Labour Relations Act.

It upheld the findings of an earlier tribunal that the four were ‘committed anti-racists and have fought against racism’.

It accepted that the cartoon was intended to suggest the leadership was ‘closing its mind to and ignoring issues that concerned the membership’.

It also concluded of the four: ‘It is obvious to anyone looking at the cartoon that it is meant to represent the well-known image of the three wise monkeys who see no evil, hear no evil and speak no evil.

‘It never occurred to them that anyone would take it out of context and consider it to be racially offensive because one member of the committee, the chairman, was a black man.’

The EAT panel also ruled: ‘The right to freedom of expression entitles a union member to reasonably express his opinions on internal union matters generally and the right to freedom of association must entitle members of the union to influence the policies and actions of their union.

‘The disciplinary measures that were imposed on them preventing them from holding any office in their union plainly had a serious effect on the exercise of their freedom of expression and their freedom of association and that of their members who voted for them.’

THERE’S MONEY FOR NONSENSE BUT NOT ENOUGH FOR A HISTORICAL ICON

Libs take the time to go out and look for things to get upset about. When they can’t find something they’ll be most well pleased to simply make something up.
Well, I don’t have to look for things to get me seeing red.  All I have to do is open the morning paper or go to one of their websites and it seems like almost everything gets my goat.

Like this upsetting story.
Mind you .... the country is broke or almost but still has millions and millions to give away and another million to so to give to Turkey.  Yeah, it’s to improve their sewer systems. But unless the Daily Mail is holding back something, the country might not have enough to save Nelson’s Victory unless it’s leased out as a party boat.  (screams and pulls what hair is left) Two million a year for upkeep is cheap.  STOP sending money to savages in far off places for a start. Oh, can’t let the Africans starve.  Why not?  They’re used to it. Been doin’ it for a thousand years. 

I am so glad I got to board and take a private tour of this great ship. It’s a thrill I’ll never forget.  And sad to think they have money for all sorts of things but come up short on a project as important as this.
Oh what the hell.  What difference does it make?  Who’ll even know what the Victory meant to this country in another few generations.  Muzzies will probable relate that word to their cause and sharia law. 

Walk along this deck for a few minutes and look at the rope ladders the powder monkeys had to climb and you get a feeling for this thing. Decks were painted red before battle for obvious reasons.

I’d rather save this one ship then all of any country England is sending money to.  Cos ain’t one ovem worth this one boat. Not even one plank on this boat.

Fears historic vessel will be hired out by museum to foot £2m-a-year upkeep

The hammocks were intended for weary sailors, not weary revellers.

And the cannon were definitely not intended to herald a corporate event with a big bang.

But now, Lord Nelson’s flagship HMS Victory could be turned into a party venue as Ministry of Defence bosses plan to donate it to charity - because they cannot afford a £16million repair bill for the historic vessel.

The 247-year-old warship is set to be given to the National Museum of the Royal Navy, which will foot the bill for its £2million-a-year upkeep.

However, it is feared the 104-gun vessel, which retired in 1812 and is kept at Portsmouth Dockyard, Hampshire, will be hired out for private hospitality functions and parties.

Part of the restoration needed on the famous ship - which took Britain to victory against the French and Spanish in the Battle of Trafalgar in 1805 - involves replacing its rigging and timber.

A Royal Navy source said: ‘This is unacceptable. This historic ship should be kept by the Navy and honoured for what it did to this country.

‘It is an outrage and this should not happen. If Lord Nelson knew what his prized ship was being turned into, he would turn in his grave.’

Ministry of Defence chiefs want to offload the ship but said it cannot currently be used for advertising as it is still part of the Navy’s fleet.

Former First Sea Lord, Lord West, said: ‘It is inevitable she will be used for corporate events - but if we have to go this route to prevent her turning into a wreck, so be it.’

Leaking, rot and a dangerous weight: The repairs the MoD can no longer afford

The MoD is considering the controversial move as part of a bid to reduce a £38billion defence deficit.

An MoD spokesman said: ‘We are considering options. Under consideration is how her future can be secured by responsible custodianship as befits such a national icon.’

Whatever does happen to the ship, it will keep its status as flagship of the Second Sea Lord and will not leave Portsmouth.

But what would Nelson really think? Well, apparently, he was a bit of a party animal himself.

His mistress, Emma Hamilton, arranged his 40th birthday celebration for 1,800 guests at her husband’s house.

And she once danced naked on a dining table for the benefit of her spouse, Sir Harry Featherstonhaugh and his friends.
