What, no chickens, no ducks?

 

1. Of ALL the things in the world happening today- including one Paki Islamist leader getting whacked in some in-fighting, the Russians doing exercises in the Black Sea, Moldavia facing Russian ultimatums, the Chinese buying up yet more of our debt, and South Africa continuing to spiral into hell- THIS is what the news focuses on?

   Oh yes, and it is ironic that Kenya’s relative prosperity in Africa in not unrelated to the fact that the British crushed the oh-so-lovable “nationalist” (in reality largely ethnic nationalists) before granting independence (and they did it rather brutally, as well). Bet you will NEVER hear about that from the PC crowd.

   But still, this is pathetic reporting.

   They seem to have been striving towards irrelevancy.  Pat them on the back, they’ve been doing an exceptionally good job of achieving that goal.
