  1. Sorry Jay, but I really have no idea who these women are. But they certainly are attractive.

A quick Google shows me that Amanda Holden runs marathons, and was slightly your neighbor once upon a time, coming from Bishop’s Waltham and Waltham Chase just down the road a bit.

These days she’s a big TV star on BBC. Intensely cute!

Anthea Turner is one of those lucky ladies who just seems to get prettier as she matures. IMO she’s got that well bred high society look down cold. Pity about their financial plight, but the “little” home they had to move to seems to be 6 full size Tudor homes rolled into 1. Plus a really large house as an outbuilding. What on earth do 2 people, no kids, do with such a place? A single game of hide ‘n seek could take days!

Interesting show she was on as well ... The Perfect Housewife. I watched 2 short YouTube video bits from that show and now know how to fold towels and t-shirts quickly and properly. But I won’t be cleaning up any broken glass with a slice of bread. Effective, but bread costs too much for that, and I have a dustpan.

  2. I think Holden is also a judge on some TV talent show. ?? Not certain. You’re right. She is pretty.
And I just knew you’d feel sorry for poor Anthea and her husband, having to downgrade like that.  Jeesh.  I’m not sure I’d ever want a place like that even if I had the money.

My wife was once in the employ of Hollywood people, nanny.  She always told me how little real privacy any had due to staff it takes to run those places. Ppl in and out all of the time.  She said that during the day if you wanted a private conversation, you’d almost have to either go outside or use the bedroom.  In fact, she told me that the reality is ,, they live in their bedrooms. ??  She once worked for David Swift and his family, lived in Switzerland and traveled Europe fist class. That was in the early 60s.
