I am so sick and tired of AMERICA being controlled by ignorant, petty ‘rules’ about what a person can or can not do on their property. Having said that, however, Mr. Wood should have said the first time - I have proper paperwork, permits, and the city/whatever approved such paperwork and permits. The city/whatever should have stated the first time to the neighbors that Mr. Wood had the proper paperwork and permits. Houses need to be inspected and then is the time for the city/whatever to note violations and legally force Mr. Wood to make corrections.
Instead we allow this petty crap to escalate to this point - and then wonder why there are ‘postal’ situations, school cliques and neighborhood squabbles escalating to shooting sprees.
Common sense everyone - put a stop to this crap when it starts. No one can build a house without serious city/whatever controls and the nosey whinny neighbors should have been told that in the beginning - seems to me Mr. Wood should have sued the city for bogus charges and both the city and neighbors for harassment.
Only some sick twisted freak would see that as a “flying fickle finger of fate”.
Me, I just see a little birdie, or a cactus, or perhaps a Hawaiian good luck sign…
I never met the man, but I like the way he thnks!
Some people just never seem to think out what their actions and words might bring...piss be upon them!
