Spring Hill is known for it’s low lifes down here in Florida. I can’t think of one person worth knowing from Spring Hill.
And Spring Hill schucks are an easy target for New Yorkers. Really, if you want to charge 156% interest annually, or better yet monthly, I have always said Spring Hill is the place for you. Looserville, even though their property values are going through the roof. But that’s all of Florida. Hell, my house went up $35K before I could even move in.
Floridians can make more with their houses going up in value than Michiganators can make working 8-5 for a living.
