A judge has now ruled that this law implies “sexual relations must form part of a marriage”.
Hmmm…wonder if I can cite this ruling when negotiating with my wife?
OY!!!! please warn before posting a link that has some english tart telling me squatters are not criminals!! (it might be the case in england but that does not make it true!)
ANy picture of the lovely wife??
Chris, did you want a pic of my lovely wife? Or some generic ‘lovely wife’?
The sad part is that a judge had to intervene.
Obviously if you marry you consent to sexual relations with your spouse. It’s even Biblical. But within reason.
I’m not gonna bother looking up the requisite scriptures, but I do believe you have a ‘duty’ and another ‘duty’ to not force sex. Sad, but I have to side with the judge on this:
But a judge in the south of France’s highest court in Aix-en-Provence ruled: “A sexual relationship between husband and wife is the expression of affection they have for each other, and in this case it was absent. By getting married, couples agree to sharing their life and this clearly implies they will have sex with each other.”
Exactly. Now I’ll give him a pass for age and health, but I know there are other ways to ‘sassify’(apologies to Clarence Carpenter) my woman.
This is a problem that should have been dealt with by friends, family, etc. And there is another couple who should have been involved: the Best Man and the Maid (Matron) of Honor. They are the ones who are supposed to look after the marriage of their friends.
We’ve forgotten what the role of Best Man/Maid(Matron) of Honor actual mean. The best man is supposed to remind me of why she’s the hottest woman I’ve ever met. The Maid/Matron of Honor is supposed to do the same for my wife.
It’s a shame that both have gotten divorced themselves.
Don’t get me started on God-parents…
