   And on this subject, and American Climate expert of some kind, didn’t catch his entire title on radio last night for about a half hour, and he is I think they said professor of something, I missed that too darn it. Anyway, he claims the warming is not just real but has been getting so warm over past 100 years, that the ice caps are really melting and sea levels will rise and ... we will see more storms like Sandy.

   My first dog was named Sandy. Gosh, so long ago.

   btw ... will I need a wet suit or just a regular bathing suit for the next meltdown?

3. I should get serious about this and I didn’t above. Forgot to mention it.

   If O. is gonna get more entrenched and get into the gorebal warming thing, I hope our side has the votes or what the heck ever else it will take, to block him.  I’ve seen quite enough of the euro/uk save the planet and hug a tree and get rid of plastic bags and other bows to mother earth activists; to seriously worry about the same lunacy being bought by many back home.

4. The only fair tax is 1) a flat tax that everyone who earns any kind of income - pays exactly the same rate. Or my favorite ‘fair’ tax - no income tax what-so-ever. Let the gas, car license taxes, registration taxes - go to DOT, SS taxes go to SS, Medicare taxes go to Medicare, Property taxes go to local hospitals, roads and schools.

   I’m all for (war) bonds or ‘creative’ ways to fund the Defense (FDR did it in WWII - stamps, rationing etc)

   All bent upon removing the career, above the law crapweasels in DC lying about the desperate financial situation of America that is desperate only because they steal from the employed to give to themselves, the entitlement crowd and of course all the cronies - that use the money to fund their campaigns and get them re-elected. Rinse (or not), repeat, used to be every 4 years - now seems continual.
