1. The UN of course, eliminate the UN and replace with a body of democratic nations who have demonstrated humanitarian competencies.

2. The UN - damn if you dump the pennies you throw into a drawer, into a sock - you’ll have a very handy always around weapon to protect yourself. So see, they are useful. Keep them, the way the world’s going hard curancy will be worth a damn site more than the paper garbage.
