After 130 years of fundraising, Salvation Army rattling tins might offend or frighten, wanna guess?

2. Two words:  Civil Disobedience.

   If the Salvation Army folks can’t rattle their tins, have ordinary folks show up and rattle tins NEXT to them.

   When the cops ask you to move on, do so:  To another place where the Salvation Army are set up.
