1. Yeah - and doesn’t a private instructor have the right to NOT include - I mean if you think about it - anyone with any type of criminal conviction can’t take the class either. His is just personal and he states why he doesn’t want to include those people.

   A little over the top but hey doesn’t the First Amendment protect this - free speech (which is what AZ OWS will hide behind with their When is it OK to kill a Cop pamphlet).

2. My bet is that he’s has never had either a liberal or a muslime even try to take one of his classes, so he’s just making noise to drum up business.

   And if he does get one, and turns them away, then he’ll be in hot water with the state, and probably get sued as well.
