2. And this is only one race of three. It’s now 30 years since Seattle Slew took the whole thing, followed by Affirmed the next year. I wonder if we’ll ever see another Triple Crown winner.

5. congrats to dane on winning $2k on the race. At 9-2 thats approximately $400 on Street Sense to win or a $40 Exacta with Hard Spun to place.

   great race but crappy payout this year.

   picking the win, place and show proved easier this year than in years past. whoever picked imawildandcrazyguy to finish in forth was extremely lucky and rewarded with a $30k Super.
