Good. They’re drool-worthy. Goes great with an ice cold glass of milk and some vanilla ice cream too.
I used the jar of mincemeat, which is much moister than the little box of the stuff. And a mere 2oz of the orange brandy. Together that made a huge moisture difference. I’d recommend upping the flour, sugar, and oatmeal by 1/4 cup each. Another spoonful of moles asses too I’d guess, another shake of salt, but they should be a bit drier than how this batch came out. Not as dry as granola bars or rice krispies squares, but at least as firm as a chewy cookie.
