  1. Well to be fair, more study *is* necessary. I mean, we can’t yet get truly *accurate* forecasting of the weather right over our heads, so it’s probably a little much to hope for accurate forecasting of the weather 93 million miles off. Which of course is precisely what the global warming kooks don’t want to hear. “The science is settled”, to hear them tell it.
This is not to diss scientists for lack of success in prediction, either. Yes, I know they’ve been working on weather forecasting for a good century now. But then again, I also know that last week I stood in my back yard, dark grey sky muttering above me, and watched a patch of rain about 20 feet across hit my front yard, my neighbors yard, and the pasture behind me. While I, 60 or 70 feet away, never felt a drop. I don’t expect prediction and forecasting to get down to a scale of under a mile regardless, but when I have evidence like that of how chaotic the factors are *going into* the mess right over my head..... it’s like expecting them to track the movement of every single piece of rice or peppers or _________ in a BIG pot of gumbo. In real time.
