Why We Fight

Was about to ask what is the threat of having an educated woman when it occurred to me that in some cultures an educated woman is indeed a substantial threat to her unlettered husband.
Illiteracy turns people into sheep, easily led. Literacy makes it much more difficult for those who wish to control other people’s lives which makes me wonder why some blacks here in the US call an education a white thing.
Those teachers are true heroes.
American Leftists are the bravest cowards in the world.
In America they’re wrapped in layers of protection with external security provided by the Miltary (whom they fear), internal security by the Police (whom they hate), Gov’t inspired social agencies and legislation (a handy Big Brother to crack their whip), the Media (for a shoulder to cry on and a hand to hold), and finally the Courts and battalions of lawyers just a phone call away to race to their rescue should they ever feel themselves threatened by the Big Bad World.
It’s funny that very few of these creatures ever leaves their nests in the evil, imperialist USA to, as you pointed out Skipper, actually help a person or group who is really being oppressed or threatened say in Darfur, Iraq, Afganistan, Lebanon, etc.
Unless it is to gather in great dirty flocks of their own kind from other parts of the “civilized world” for a UN conference to denounce Israel and the US, a NGO meeting to decide how to spend more of other people’s money or to be a human shield to protect a favored despot because they already know the American Military wouldn’t really bomb them.
Because outside the evil USA and their Third World luxury resort enclaves, they know they could be made to pay with their lives for their beliefs. That’s the last thing a Leftist would ever do. They would rather we pay for them.
Let’s see them free Tibet.
These things need to die. Our “Glorious Leader” needs to tell the left to shut up or face charges of treason, THEY need to be sat down to a slide show of things such as this, and find out if their moneys where their mouth is. HOW DO WE TELL AMERICA TO WAKE THE FUCK UP???????? Insane.
We can’t (wake America up)until the enemy are on our shores - the people in ‘control’ of the msm and Congress are just so twisted by their own softness that they perceive America as a cesspool of inequality and oppressiveness when they refuse to actually see reality outside. This isolationism (hidden behind cries of imperialism and agression) will lead to our downfall. Then combine that with those here who are so wrapped up in their own selfless self - be it race, poverty, or their own personal failures that they are busy blaming on the rich and powerful (instead of themselves) and they too are so narrow of view that isolationism is the only way for them.
And those that see the big picture - that what happens in the World does affect America, what violence and evil that there is out there can and will come here if we don’t stop it and that we need to come to together to defend America from those who seek to destroy it - is lost amongest cries of pc ‘offensiveism’, torture, imperialism, cronyism, hubris and whatever word they can twist to bait and inflame anyone not them.I just can’t believe that these people still find more anger and angst concerning the President than these terrorists who want to wipe us out and prove it day after day after day and have no problem with killing their own that they feel aren’t abiding by their stupid interpretations of their ‘religion’.
peiper, I know what you’re saying. Sorta. But can you blame me for screaming? Apparently in the dark, but screaming? Not here, we see the truth. To the blinded morons of society who simply cannot be pragmatic about this.
Optimist: Half full! It’ll be okay! We won’t have to fight, they’re really nice people.
Pessimist: Half empty. America is so evil we need them to help us. We’re all gonna die! There are too many of them!
Pragmatist: Half a glass. It’s gonna be war. It’s gonna be nasty. It’s gonna happen. We’ll win, but a lot of people are probably gonna die. Our best chance is pre-emption.
