  1. People like this asshole frost my balls. (yea I’m angry)

I’m in a wheelchair (have been for 20yrs.) and yea, I’m fat. I used to be a counselor at an Independent Living Center who dealt with discrimination due to disability.

This is NOT discrimination due to disability, not by any stretch of the imagination. Given the fact that for libility reason they don’t let people with active or prior menntal conditions talk with Dr. Phil and they state that up front. Also the asshole was acomodated in attending, makes me think this may have been a scam from the start.

The ADA was meant to provide a level playing field for people with disabilities. Which in my opion it did. It was never intended to to be used for used as a club to rob people.

I would never have counseled one of my clients to sue over some non-issue like this. Hell I would have never counseled getting with in eye contact distance with an attorney, no body wins when they show up.

This idiot has forgotten his “rights” end where the other guys begin.

  2. That guy ought to change out the “S” for a “P” in his name.

  3. Ric is right, this guy and his lawyer are just abusing the system. In addition to tort reform we need to tar and feather a few lawyers.

  4. Ahhh… discrimination…

It’s my right to discriminate. And my duty. I’m married… therefore I discriminate daily against all those women who want to bed me… (my soon-to-be-ex-wife thinks I don’t discriminate… but I do.)

Dr. Phil, who I respect as much as I do Oprah, [insert snicker here] has every right to discriminate. This is called ‘freedom of association’. Dr. Phil, as a private, as opposed to a ‘public’ (meaning government) entity can associate with whomever he pleases. See the SCOTUS rulings on the Boy Scouts and queers.
