HEHE, that reminds me of the fate of the Carrier USS America. As a test we hit it with everything short of an atom bomb and it still WOULD.NOT.SINK.This site doesnt tell what they really did bt its a start.

These people are morons but they do learn from their mistakes. I think the Bofors suggestion is the most sensible option. Declare a safe zone around ships in international waters. Anyone approaching within say a mile is fair game.
