Regarding the use of invective: a very little goes a very long way. None at all goes even further. Screaming rants, like the one word diatribes Eddie Bear writes, are entertaining and have great impact, but only once. When you read several and realize that one-word is his only theme, with only minor variations thereon, it gets really dull really fast. Well, aside from picking out the notable word combinations. On the other hand, if you’ve ever known a drill sergeant, or worked behind the counter in a restaurant, there are very few ways of cursing that are actually new to you.

Wow - I tried to post but Google account is rejecting me again (does this periodically) - I too have tried to use truth and such with the faux (lying) Peace Mom, Code Pinko and other assorted leftists I’ve encountered - They not only can’t handle the truth - they don’t want to hear it at all.
Read their books (I’ve gone through drivel by BHO - peas be upon him, Jim Wallis, & Tom Hayden (since 2001) - and they all say the same thing - We are the ones who will do it right - What a crock - wasn’t it a liberal psychiatrist who said - a symptom of mental illness is doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result?
And still they lie - which is the worst aspect of this whole mess - I’d listen and be more willing to deal, if they would only tell the truth - cheat and are attempting to make themselves into the new Masters.
