1. they will blame the United States in some sort of backhanded, “clever” uniquely French way.

   The French will not see the light vis-a-vis the islamic terror threat until a nuke is detonated in the middle of Paris.  And then, there will still be those who protest any military action on the part of the French government. 

   I can hear them saying right now in a thick accent, “What’s so bad about converting to Islam?  Sounds allright to me, we just pray five times a day and don’t eat pork, dress our women in burlap sacks?  No probleme, if they will leave us alone then.”

3. I’ve thought about this since the news broke.  The French are screwed either way, and they know it.

   Also, the whole “foreign policy” merde has just gone out the window, but that pill is far too bitter for them to swallow or admit at this point...how could they after all of their posturing and finger-pointing?

   I think it will take more than this one instance (regardless of outcome) to wake them up, as well as retarded leftwing Americans to the REAL nature of Islamofascism.

5. Of course they’ll blame the U.S. and they’ll not see the light, they’ll surrender to the IslamoFascists. Probably sell out the EU for their release, after all it’s not their fault that the mean old U.S hurt their little buddies feelings. As for the “journalists” they gambled and lost, let France send in the Legion to get their sorry asses out.

6. I love how this contentuos law is supposed to preserve freedom for all.  So freedom for all means that no one can show any sign of what they believe?  Sounds more like repression and lack of freedom to me.  Maybe we need to invade France to rescue it from a repressive government....
