Dont worry it is just the plan, the nationalisation is in reply to an artificial and deliberate problem, the banks were kneecapped EU wide and when the USA socialist caused problem erupted the booby trap sprang and off we go, next will be a Wilson like (UK Harold not USA Woodrow) limit on moving funds out of the EU (in the 60s it was limited to £50 per person per year or similar) the excuse could be to confound the dodgy currency dealers or some such lie.
