  1. 2nd time for the insanity defense perhaps. Dan Sickles used it prior to 1860 to avoid being punished for killing his wife’s lover. It worked.

  2. My wife found some circa 1900 Indiana cheesecake—it was a chubby girl dressed only in her slip.  You could see the bruises on her knees from getting down to scrub floors.

    No, I doubt that they were from THAT.
