2. Ah, the fun of homeownership ( I say its one word so sue me). No more rent(property taxes usually about same as rent), all the new stuff to fix,and fix,and replace,then fix again. Its a beautiful thing. Have fun with it and hopefully it don’t kill ya or bankrupt ya. Stay safe.

3. We find shopping together in any store is financial dangerous for us. We are one load away from emptying the storage unit. Hopefully, we can do it today - but it is windy and raining (although they keep saying snow) out there. We have a bit of tomorrow too.

5. Sounds like you’re having a spot of fun old chap.
   Good that you are on line so quickly especially in view of this storm.
   Stock market closed so must be pretty bad I would imagine, but you make it seem less so.
   I guess the area you’re in is a lucky place to be.
   Hey ... you should have been out there snapping photos of all the empty spaces and the restaurant etc.  Since you’ve nothing else to do.

   Hey, please explain. What’s with the You Tube remark?  You do not sound happy there, but didn’t say exactly why.
