Well I seem to be first in line again ( maybe I should get more hobbies). Anyway, I guess if your a needle junkie or a person with rear entry issues( or maybe that should be reentry issues,You decide) it will pose some new dangers but as long as you use your own or family blood in the event of a need for such it shouldn’t affect many.But imagine that conference, a whole load of HIV folk mingling,carousing and doing what they do and all I can say to that is IIIICCCCKKKK!!!
In Britain when African illegal immigrants make a claim for asylum many of them have aids. They cite the lack of drugs in the shitholes they came from to be a valid reason for Britain to give them asylum. Now thanks to the Human Rights Act many activist judges have allowed this. Then they get free treatment for life on the NHS. So when Obummer gets his way and you have an NHS in the USA you can have this to look forward to as well.
OFF TOPIC __ Beware the new study showing the “atmospheric fraction” of CO2 has not increased in 160 years. Some bloggers are celebrating that CO2 has not increased. This is not true.
The study shows that of all CO2 emitted in any year, about 40% goes into the atmosphere. This FRACTION (4/10 or two fifths) has remained constant for 160 years. This refutes the argument that the oceans are getting their fill of CO2 and that soon the percent of emitted CO2 absorbed by the atmosphere will soar.

No blanket entry bans? THT should stick to helping people live with AIDS and stay out of politics and public health. Does this mean if, say, something like Black Plague should pop up, we should still invite people with that disease with open arms?
“Increase stigma.” Oh dear, I think a lot of these people visited this stigma upon themselves via using dirty needles, unprotected wild sex and such.
Just a thought…
