Update On Ward Churchill

 

1. Counseling? No one should be “counseled” into the fold of decency. I am pissed off when our kids have to be subjected to lefty “counseling”. We don’t need to invent our own.

   Let the school make it’s decision, and let the parents vote with their wallets.

   And what in the buggeryhell was the state senate doing wasting time and money on this piece of offal?

2. Well now Yogimus, you are spot on. I would
   add that Churchill will resign and write a
   book AND be featured in a made for TV movie
   AND pull a cool 5 Mil outa this. He will
   get twice what he has for speaking gigs AND
   make a grand a day for interviews on TV.
   Fucking asshole. There are some people that
   just ... dive into the crosshairs. BTW. Did
   you know that the first crosshairs were made
   with the thread of spider webs? So too, was
   the Norton bomb sight. Because, spider silk
   does not fluctuate with temperature. Just
   thought you should know.

   I believe that your pessimism is probably the correct feeling to have. The C.U. Board of Regents initiated the “due process” by which Churchill can be fired yesterday. This “due process” starts with an investigation by the University’s Presidents office. The Presidents office then makes a recommendation on whether to drop the action or proceed to the next step. The next step involves hearings, faculty review, Blah, Blah, Blah.

   The short story - if it leads to a firing - two years, and the fucker is still in the classroom during the whole time, continuing his anti-American, pro-violence, hate speech.

   Churchill has a civil rights lawyer on board and if Churchill does get fired, they will file suit in federal court on a civil rights violation. All Churchill needs is the judge to place an injunction( I hope thats the right term) on the action to fire him while the court hears the case and Churchill his back into the classroom. Civil rights cases can drag on for years, if both parties dig their heels in and decide to fight.

   Churchill is 57 or 58. I believe that he will retire before C.U. can fire him. Or do what Steel Turman has suggested except it will not be a made for TV movie but a Michael Moore documentory.

   The reasons to TERMINATE Churchill go beyond his 9/11 essay. A good short source for documentaion on this Pus-Bag is at KHOW Radio. It is an easy read and has a very good MP3 file of Churchill speaking to students in Oakland.
   The MP3 is 5+min’s long and a very easy download even for dial up.

   It is unfortunate that Churchill has not been TERMINATED yet and the people of this Great Nation have to continue to put up with him.

6. Students are sticking up for Churchill? Yet he teaches them to question everything.

   I am a member of the Navajo Nation. Why don’t they question the fact that he is NOT INDIAN. That he a white guy and basicly a lair

   or that he took away a position from a qualified Native American by LYING on his job resume saying he was American Indian. Stealing a job from a Native person while really being a white guy.

   Everything he taught and wrote is lie if he lied about his own heritage.

   Sometimes when growing up poor all us Native Americans was the fact that we had something no one else had - being Native American. Churchill stole that and used it to promote himself and ideals to young people.

   He should be fired for lying on his resume and the University of Colorado should hire a real Native American. Just the fact that he mislead the University into thinking he was an American Indian and then given the chair of Indian studies is reason enough to give him the boot.

Keppler, the reason students will continue to take his class is patently obvious: the school is in Colorado; it is liberal; the students are products of a brainwashed education system; to them he is a “hero” and they will probably sign up in even greater numbers now to his class to make a counter-statement.
