sorry, they get a pass. hate speech only applies to conservatives. for liberals in any nation, the US 1st amendmant applies - the same way certain international opinion applies to the constitution.

I think you’re right on target. Protecting the freedom of speech means protecting unpopular speech. Popular speech doesn’t need protection. Also, I don’t understand what the Israelis are thinking. Today’s neo-Nazis are trying to deny the Nazis ever killed Jews. Why would the Israelis help them out by pretending as though the Nazis didn’t even exist? Out of sight is out of mind.
