1. As a broker I read the statistics each month.

   Our local multiple listing service reconciles all sales with no duplicate listings allowed.

   How the National people can mess up such straight forward data is beyond me…

4. That’s good to hear Splugy, but things are rotten at the top. What makes it worse is that home sales are a significant factor in government statistics like the GDP, and major policy is based on those stats. If the stats lie, what hope do we have of good policy? The level of cheating, lying, and outright theft is approaching universal levels. It’s time to punch that Reset button, if I can find the damn thing.
