  1. Wouldn’t those foreign power plants come under Kyoto? I’ll bet that they’re in exempted countries. Case closed. Take a hike.

  2. What a waste of money. The only people to benefit are the ambulance chasing shysters. (the usual suspects) You would think they could waste their moonbat contributors money on more useful projects than this one.

  3. This may be one of those instances where the plaintiff’s lawyers can recover “costs/fees” if they win against the government or government agencies. It’s what keeps the ACLU in the green.

  4. I can think of some good that has come of the environmental movement, OCM. Cleaning up Lake Erie comes immediately to mind. I was out on the Niagara River (which drains Lake Erie) a month ago and it was beautiful. More to be done, of course, I think that there are still some mercury concerns, but it’s a helluva lot better than it was 40 yrs ago. You can catch Yellow Pike/Walleye on the Buffalo end. They won’t live in dirty water. Good eating there.

Their moving offshore with their bitching sort of makes a statement in itself.

  5. But OCM .... I am always right. 100% of the time!

(allan, that’s like the fellow who says “I always lie” - is he lying about lying?)

Yes. And no. Oh, fuggit! Where’s the crack down the middle?

    LOL

  6. Damn, don’t these people have anything better to do?  I’m sure that a lot of people who gave money to Greenpeace (I’m not one of them) are pretty pissed that this is what their donations are funding.

They won’t be able to prove injury.

  7. So, who’s gonna pay the zebra muscles?  I think they had something to do with it.  But, I agree that Erie is much cleaner.  Let just make sure that we don’t allow Moonbats to swim in it.
