  2. At some point very soon, people like this are going to keep on doing what they’re doing now, licenses and credentials, or not.  “We’re tired of your little games, and we’re not playing anymore.  Now piss off, we’ve got our lives to get back to.”

  3. So far as I can tell, this is exactly the purpose of loading a country up with nit-pickety laws. Sure, it sounds ludicrous, but think about it for a second. So far as I can tell, the sole overlying purpose of creating laws for every eventuality is to basically proclaim that citizens are forbidden to use, or even learn, judgment, they must obey the law instead.
