  1. I’m still laughing. Thanks for a good chuckle to offset the incompetence on view for the rest of the news.

  4. An old Styx song started running through my mind…

‘Too Much Time on My Hands...’

Yeah. Somebody is soo wealthy he/she/it can waste time coming up with this.

There is only one explanation for this phenomenon. Capitalism!

  5. Uh, Christopher - too much time on his hands was exactly what my hubby said about your honey badger post!

Can’t forget the classic problem concerning users.

One day when Abraham couldn’t find something, he called over to Joshua to help him and after a few moments of investigating Joshua proclaimed - “I have found the problem. People Eating Blintz Kreplach And Challah.” Problem Exists Between Keyboard And Chair.

  6. Wardmama, the difference is, I didn’t make the honey badger post. I just linked to it. Somebody had time to make the honey badger vid. and…

    Ouch!

...sorry, my cat is actually pawing me for attention…

Back to my thesis. Capitalism makes all of us wealthy enough to either make such entertaining crap, or have time enough to find and post it on BMEWS.

Frankly, I’ve not got time to even think it up, much less make it.

  7. Chris ... are you having a funny five minutes?
OK, we can’t please all the ppl all the time. But Crap?

I see it as pretty clever and inventive. And I didn’t have to find it, someone was thoughtful enough to send it to me and I liked it.

It also struck a chord with us due to our exposure to the gloriously wonderful and irrational exuberance of our dot com days, when Amazon (AMZN) was referred to by some experts as Amazon dot Bomb.

  8. peiper…

Yes, I’ve had my funny five minutes. My apologies if I inadvertently offended you. I just have too much time on my hands....

Omigosh! I did it again didn’t I? Sorry...you can edit that out? No problem.

Five minutes dragged out to 7 and a half…

  9. Chris ...
No offense. Honest. But I admit to a bit of confusion at the time. But all’s well.
