    I see Carleton’s admission standards are still pretty much: “Must have a pulse, and their own pencil.”

    They’re complaining about fictional characters in CARTOONS.

    Dear God, these people need to be exposed to some actual hardships in real life, so they can cop some perspective.

    Academics.  Feh.  Go invent something useful, then we’ll talk.  All you’ve produced is a laundry list of written complaints.  The real working world has tons of those already.

    FAIL.

  2. Well, Tiger beat me to it. But my take is that if the concern was coming from a group of parents I might give it some credence.  Since it is coming from a bunch of academics and it fails the smell test, I have to laugh it off.
