7. One of these vermin branded an 11 year old girl with his initial. The stories coming out are gross and maddening beyond imagination.  Some of these gangs have been operating for a number of years. It isn’t like something was just discovered yesterday.
   It doesn’t matter what the crime, there is NO real justice to be found. None!
