This actually happened to me when I was working for them. We removed (deportation is a totally different thing) a Turk back to Germany where he had been living and had claimed asylum. Essentially what happened was this Turk and his family came to Britain and claimed asylum. An investigation revealed he had already claimed (and had been refused) asylum in Germany so he was refused. All the time running up tens of thousands in legal aid I might add.
So we invited him to interview and detained him and his family. Because family accomodation is very hard to arrange we let the wife and kids go back home. We sent them a letter telling them to be at such and such airport on such and such date where they would be flown back to Germany (I shit you not, that’s how pathetic Britain is when it comes to immigration) the shysters and bed wetting maggot liberals would scream blue murder when we removed people. Also since we tended to “remove” people on commercial flights these deadbeats would often cut up rough which was not very nice for people who had paid for their flights. That then meant we had to arrange escorts or the removal would be nacelled and often especially with Africans they would make so much fuss it would have to be aborted. One time we ended up hiring a jet to fly a dozen Congolese scumbags back to the Congo. It cost the government over £60,000
Anyway to get back to the Turk. So we had him locked up and we shipped him back (at public expense of course) to Germany. the Germans locked him up and two days later he was back in Turkey. The Germans tend to be more robust in their approach. Well then the shit really hit the fan as the shysters and their scum supporters including “judges” were threatening legal action. Honestly guys you have no idea of how much of this shit has gone on. It used to seriously depress me dealing with these bastards which is one reason why I left. The public have no conception of how poor our border controls are hamstrung by the human rights crap brought in by Labour and their liberal chums.
