  1. He must be cleanin’ up on all those ads he’s selling.  Not for long, though, once the advertisers get wind of a movement to boycott his site.

  2. I can’t say that I’m boycotting Drudge. I go there when linked to a story but otherwise I don’t bother. I’m not testing FireFox on ‘em though, unless somebody presents a link. grin

  3. Oh, and anybody who is on the net today without a firewall and virus protection is asking for a problem which will surely find them. Yes, even dialup users.

  4. Doesn’t seem to be a problem with FireFox. No popups from Drudge. If it would make you feel safer, you can also run SpywareBlaster with Spy Sweeper. Very seldom do I see a popup from anywhere.

  5. I have been using Google’s blocker with no problems.I also have Ad-Aware Plus with Ad-Watch.No pop-ups or ads ever since cool smirk

  6. Firefox has killed every pop-up on Drudge since I started using it last summer.

  7. Uh...gee...I’ve had Drudge as my default homepage for years. {Hey! If you want a cross section of “whats going on” quickly, and a dose of occasional quirkiness, you could do worse!} Anyway, the Ad-Aware freebie and Popup Stopper freebie seem to stop everything for me.
