If people would exercise common sense and self control, these kinds of numbers would not exist. Oh, I forgot, we don’t need these things a liberal world.
By the way, Skip, was there not a fairly big media splatter a few months ago, concerning Frisco losing population due to the paucity of live births? If I remember rightly, the contributing factor you mentioned was at the top of the list of alleged causes.
A while back on another blog, I read about a Guttmacher (?) poll that showed that most abortions were due to the inconvenience factor, rather than rape, incest, or mortal danger to the woman.
Also, this article reminds me of another one written about a month ago in that limousine liberal rag New York Magazine about how New York is the abortion capital of America.

As you can see, it’s really about these girls refusing to keep their legs together or taking responsibility by using birth control. It’s as if having sex regardless of the consequences is a constitutional right!
New York is the center of hedonism so why would it not be the center for abortion? As lisar915 posted, it’s about young women who don’t take responsibility for their actions. The attitude of “it’s my body, I can do what I want with it”.
What gets my soooo angry about pro-abortion people is the fact that they will calmly accept partial birth abortions in the third trimester but if a baby is born 10 weeks premature it’s considered a miracle. What would be there reaction be if someone stuck scissors in the back of a premature baby’s head and sucked the brains out?
