  1. I took my kids to Disneyland California in March. I was astounded at the lack of VISIBLE security. I was hoping that the security was tighter, just not as visible? The closer I looked, the more I realized they are very vulnerable. The people searching bags at the front gate are clueless, and very non-threatening. When you ride the monorail from Disneyland to Downtown Disney, you are within a stone’s throw (literally) of many of the ‘workings’ of the park (cooling towers, transformers, etc). With just my limited experience, I have to say Mr. Christian hit the nail on the head....it would NOT be pretty.
