2. My BIL, a PE, once worked for a guy like the pointy haired dude in Dilbert.  Had a budget but couldn’t spend any of it.  Got in a world of hurts when he went to get a bite to eat before the stated lunch hour.  Had people working for him (supposedly) but was micro-managed to the point that he left.
